September 1st will arrive next week, so I wanted to shed some light on the occasion. During a Gamescom 2010 interview with Josh Olin, he announced what the Multiplayer Reveal would be.

A lot of people were and or are confused about what was going to happen on the 1st. Well you no longer have to guess what Treyarch has in-store for us.

 Sept 1st will not be just another trailer, it will be an event! The red carpet event is Los Angeles, CA will consist of media and community members who will be given the opportunity to play Black Ops multiplayer.

I will be there and reporting on all the juicy multiplayer details I can get my hands on. It is my understanding there is no embargo for the event, so whatever we see, play, or hear is fair game! I will be sure to take pictures and video as permitted, along with a full write-up upon my return from the event.
