What the “colour codes” are. There’s been some confusion for a while around the “colour codes” that you can find in the Nerthus room in The Darkest Shore. The codes are on the edges of those sacrifice restraints you can see in the blood pool. Some people have been thinking they are a cipher, some thinking they are hints towards the main quest. There didn’t seem to be a complete answer anywhere, so I did some research myself. Turns out the three codes on the three “pagan restraints” (is what they are called in the game files) are indeed instruction for the “Pagan Sacrifice” steps of the main quest. So do you like this map? What's good and what's bad, would like to hear other peoples opinions :) Personally, I think this is not as strong map as The Final Reich, but still nowhere near the worst zombies maps. The wonder weapon is great, it's innovative, powerful, but not overpowered. One of the things I like is that it takes your melee weapon slot instead of a normal weapon slot since it has pretty low ammo count. It's also very easy to build but you need to pay to get it, which I also like. The fog is something I don't really know if it's a good or a bad thing. It comes every few round with this new spider looking zombie, it slows down the regular zombies, …

Hi all, I know you aren't really meant to look for people to do Easter eggs anywhere apart from the LFG if thats what it's called but I noticed that they didn't have the option for WW2 zombies so if anyone is interested in doing The Final Reich or The Darkest Shore Easter Egg please let me know Thanks Nate (Panic)

Nethrus first I want to credit @anonymous for mentioning the name! I’ve been looking into Nethrus and was trying to finish throughing something to spark some fire to the discussion and @anonymous was mein Muse mein flame... Also make sure you check up on what @certainpersonio follows up with in the comments. He has brought some good info into the last few topics I’ve posted! In Germania, Tacitus records that the remote Suebi tribes were united by their veneration of the goddess at his time of writing and maintained a sacred grove on an (unspecified) island and that a holy cart rests there draped with cloth, which only a priest may touch. The …

Once again, all credits for writing this down to @Lizizadolphin. And once again, a mysterious story is found in the audio logs. Here you go: "Red Riding Hood" (the corpse, not the head), possibly:

A reddit user by the name of u/rTwGNaywaoaLh posted ~6 days ago the subtitles for the intro and outro. View at your own risk, friends. Intro: Spoiler Marie: It's too soon for us to be back in the field. Marie: Rideau was wrong to send us out. Drostan: Yeah, anybody else wish he hadn't survived the train wreck? Drostan: Oh shit... Olivia: I watched you at the briefing. You don't like this place. Jefferson: What is it? Rideau said you'd been here before. Drostan: Yeah, well... this place has got some history. Drostan: Poking out of the sea like Lucifer's middle finger…

Sledgehammer recently released a sneak-pea trailer looking into the incoming 1st DLC for WWII, "The Resistance". We also get a chance to see very brief segments of the new Nazi Zombies map "The Darkest Shore". In this new chapter, the crew gains intel on where Dr. Straub is now - an island just north of Germany. So far, new intel includes the return of the fog mechanic, a new terrifying Zombie type, a new weapon w/ buzzsaw capabilities, and much more.

*Note, this is a tweaking of a post that I put on reddit not too long ago. I think people here will appreciate it too! Also, check out @anonymous's great post on the Ahnenerbe (i've also linked to it in the post below for background references)* As far as I know, the exact location for the Darkest Shore has not been confirmed. However this is strong evidence points towards Heligoland. I think MrDalekJD's video is a good summary of the available evidence. In the teaser trailer for DLC1, Cameron Dayton states, “for this next chapter in our game, our characters have received intel about the movement of Dr. Straub. He’s gone to this foggy island just north of Germ…
