ok so so far what ive deduced is that this is not a cipher. according to the definition of a cipher, it is an algorithm and the video says linear not algorithmic so i dont think its a cipher. im gonna research linear codes more and get back to you

i think thats just because thats how they are supposed to look with the viginere cipher. that and the idea that they some are relatively similar numbers so the letters would be similar.
