Looks like a Sputnik to me. By the way, the "Beep-Beep" (http://space.huerz.ch/media/sputnik.wav) transmitted by the Sputnik was sent on 20,002 and 40,005 MHz . an alternating pulse of 0,4 seconds. Anything to get on those frequencies at the moment ? Maybe this is important, maybe not.
