A "Giovan cipher" is a Vigenere cipher. Giovan came up with the Vigenere cipher. Move the Circle piece down and to the right, should line up with the redacted "To: ******" part (if you know what I mean) thats exactly what i was thinking...

from what i see it says... subject: NOVA project( then something else that is unclear)... we are on schedule thus far, stability has be(then gets cut off) however are promising and yield results beyo(and then cut off even tho atleast we know that word is beyond) the remaining issues and action items are as(and then once again cut off) (a something) stability is still an issue - we are(cut off) stability report NO: NOVA and something which seems to be sr like space grass said or maybe something else followed by 2010032 and the last line which is very light might be" testlog with trial hatches to derive (and ofcourse what else but the big cut off) also on the left i see somthing that says gk logo then under that i think it says gk-0984242-p a little to the right of that it says ORIG scanned from the top left corner of a memo of some sort... but to me the most significant part is that the semi circle under ORIG looks just like the semi circle that is in transmission 5... oh cant forget about the hand written circle with a line drawn thru it diagonally... this is all taken from what i seen on the link fgsfds put up... hope it helps...

yes the style is much different i even think they added those 4 buttons close to the bottom of the tv... they also zoomed it in or made it much bigger... and is it me or does this transmission never end... i tought i heard it echo after it was played a couple of times or maybe it was just cuz i hit the 5th transmission a couple of times... i think we might have to do a Temporal Frequency Analysis as we did to see the whole 5+5=10 thing... or maybe some other type of program can be used.. it starts of with the MOD NSAM55 and then it goes on to some type of keyboard or organ sound with pauses every couple of seconds that are not in uniform... all this with 1/4 of a zero or some type of part circle on the screen... i say maybe if we count the seconds of the rhythem between pauses and maybe we can come up with some type of code or cipher... sorry if i wasnt any help i had more knowledge on the other transmissions but was too late on my input... so this time i want to get in the mix early...
