damn good work guys, all the fun stuff seemed to happen after I went to sleep. Well anyways any clue to what would fill in the 4 blanks? is that part solveable, in the same way the transmission 3 document had stuff filled in from the clues we had gathered? As far as I can tell, dragon lady was a big clue, along with freedom 7, and few others that I don't remember.
-
looking at the document thus far there are 4 blanks that need to be filled in. the second blank is the missing part of the file that we have yet to discover... btw what is the password for the rar file? Where did mathYOU get that file portion from:???
-
I dunno... but I'm thinking that a keyed caesar cipher would be the way to solve but I spent the past several hours focusing on other methods with no promising results
-
well if he cyphered the cypher then backwards caesar 16 would give us: iiekrbxaip rmqs fhwvi xkfqe evvs hwshy we still need a key tho... possibly having something to do with these: I T C M I N M E R C H A N D I S E
-
it seems that there should be some sort of 16 caesar alteration for our solution... but not sure where to get it from...
-
somone did mention that only the second part of the text was julius caesar, while the first part is not: "If this is not intended for you, stay out of this!" which the letters spell out itifiny & soot dunno maybe that helps...

Just a recap since I can't remember that far back: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.cons ... e1d0c008f0 "The conspiracy is the cats meow." Led to: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.cons ... 68c26d402# "If this is not intended for you, stay out of this! No one is so brave that he is not disturbed by something unexpected. " Julius Caesar from Caesar's "The Gallic Wars", Book 6, Chapter 39. Then a code: yyuahrnqyf hcgi vxmly navgu ulli xmixo. 551961. And finally an encrypted rar: http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http:/ ... B56SV6LEKg And a second post: "Did you get my MERCHANDISE?? " *summed up by azure wolf on uni boards
-
I think merchandise is a key here... since the cypher got to that point, now just what to do with it? I've tried anagrams of various caesar variations but didn't really find anything good
-
has anyone figured out any clue from "conspiracy is the cat's meow" or "merchandise"
-
found an interesting site to figure out the cypher key length, and then the cypher, but I'm not really following the math to well. here
-
I think I might need help putting this together... but I'm guessing the original document should be found in the black ops teaser... I think we need all the ?green colored prints of the audio to piece together the jigsaw from the trailer to find the orinal document? I could be way off tho...
-
i wonder if we should be looking for a "giovan.sig" file somewhere?
-
Edit 2.1a "however, are promising and yield results beyond our wildest dreams" just my guess at the next line Edit - possible next line "The remaining issues and action items are as follows:" I think that would fit the math I deduced earlier. I also came up with something similar: "however, are promising and yield results beyond our expectations" but we cannot know for sure until we find something to really base accurate finding off of, but i think it helps if we are looking for something to cypher EDIt 1: Are there any other mention of giovan's cypher usage in past transmissions? perhaps we should start looking there if there aren't any google groups or other finding of a document
-
I wonder if anyone did a spectral analysis of the audio on the trailer... maybe that would reveal something useful? Also this isn't exact, but I'm comparing the ammount of character per line on the M55 document to the characters that could be on the document we are trying to complete. Since they look similar. I'll count the treyarch document to see if i get the same results, but anyways it looks like there should be about 70 characters to a complete line on this document. Which would leaves a difference of about 25 characters to be possibly found per line. I'll check my math against the document that was obviously created by treyarch from last week's transmission as that should be more accurate... if thereis a difference I'll edit this post... Edit: after counting the characters per line on the treyarch document from last week I think the difference in negligible, as this only meant to be a reference point for how many letters/words we are trying to find to complete a line. The other document had less per line by only a few characters at most, so my count could have been off, but still we are probably looking for no more than 20 characters to complete a line edit 2: also we need to double check the decyphered text "complete the file find sig giovan" I noticed last week someone was able to figure out all the notes, I'm not sure how to go about doing that could some one figure that out? or direct me to a program to use to be able to figure it out accurately? EDIT 2.1? the logical filler for the first line, IMO, would be: "en an issue. Tests," which would fit in well with the math provided... that is to say the first line would read: "We are on schedule thus far. Stability has been an issue. Tests,"

So far it seems like we have found an complete file via the ?TFA, the green images found in the sound wave. And deciphered the m55 to read: Complete the file find sig giovan So i would think that what we need to complete is obvious, but where are we supposed to "find sig giovan" ???
-
well the uni board confirmed it that it is "complete the file find sig Giovan" ...
-
if only we could figure out how to get to one of those screens...
-
i noticed the bg image on the screen from transmission 4 has changed... are all the audio files still with the original temporal analysis?
-
are there any other images from past transmissions that might fit?
-
so far on the unification boards they have solved most of the cypher of the music I think... not sure what document they're using probably the m55 one but they didn't get the first part " ___ THE FILE FIND SIG GIOVAN " so maybe use a giovan cypher on the other document to find what we're looking for to complete this other document??
-
I think neebok was on the right track, Also I noticed that the first third of the document contains 18 characters per line, with the last one overlapping to the second portion of the document, which has 27-28 characters in the line including the overlapped letter. I was hoping it would be even so we would know how many letters we were looking for...
-
TFA revealed: italics are used for my best guess where there was no lettering, hopefully that will help with the key being worked on with the M55 document to fill in the blanks and double check the info. well i'm last on this one...

I have to zoom in really far to see the temporal analysis any way for some one to type those up? * edit I just found a link above for a better view* So if the key is the NSA M55 document what does the temporal text reveal, and that symbol? That picture on the screen looks almost like the upper left portion of the nintendo logo. Also I don't see any treyarch symbol that looks like the one in the temporal analysis. However, the last document did say treyarch right? The sounds reminded me a lot of old video game midi sound effects and bgmusic... It looks like we are missing the third part of the document. Which may be what is needed from the m55 document.
