  2. YEAH CHRISTMAS YEAH GET PUMPED

  3. Let's see if I can convince my parents to road trip up to Canada for this, I think it's worth a shot This would be absolute heaven, I've always dreamt of hearing these songs sung with choral arrangements, the harmonies would sound sick.
  4. Sasha New York Year 2025 Everything in Sasha's world seemed to be crashing down. Moments before, she watch as her brother, Bolek, dashed around their small home, gathering what seemed to be essential items if you were going... camping? She didn't know. She had never been camping before, only saw her brother pack for trips and tell amazing stories when he returned. Her mother was standing by the window, every now and then peering out of the curtains. Sasha now sat behind a trap door at the back of their pantry. She thought of how her mama had said it was too late, how she forced Sasha to hide here. She remembered the look on her face, the tears in her eyes as she kissed her forehead and told her she loved her very much. No one had told her anything, except that she needed to stay quiet and by no means leave the pantry. With no idea of what was going on, Sasha was startled by the sudden, heavy knocking on their front door. She heard Bolek slowly unlock the door and open it, then the sound of footsteps flood into the living space. There were muffled voices talking back and forth. Sasha tried to distinguishing what the voices were saying, and if they were voices she knew. "I'm sorry, my daughter is not here." That was mama. Her voice was calm now, as it always was. "She hasn't been here in a very long while." "Then would you mind if we looked around?" This was a voice unfamiliar to Sasha. It sounded like a woman's voice, stern yet sweet. It didn't sound like the voice of someone mama would need to hide her from. More muffled chatter filtered through the walls, then there was the sound of things being moved around. Heavy footsteps rattled the stairs above her head. She desperately wanted to know what was going on, what these mysterious people were looking for. The air around her began to glow and fizzle. Her eyes faded from bright turquoise to an almost white color. Sasha found a soul, bound temporarily to earth, and fabricated it in another room. She manipulated it, forcing it to move itself at her will. Now she could see everything that was happening. The soul crept slowly around the living space, observing everything that was happening. There were men with weapons walking throughout the house, checking every nook and cranny. A woman in a neat suit stood in the middle of the room near mama. Suddenly, one of the armed men pointed where the soul was and yelled. Everyone in the room turned to look, but merely saw was seemed like a cloud of dust dissipating. The cloud of dust swirled at the floor, then made its way towards the pantry, slipping through a crack at the bottom of the wall. Sasha felt as if everyone's eyes were still focused on the soul, on her. She heard mama and her brother protest and yell, as well as someone walking into the pantry. The hidden door began to open, flooding the small space with light. The neatly dressed woman stood in the pantry, smiling down at Sasha. "Please stand up and come with me." Slowly, she stood up and walked toward the woman. Looking past her, Sasha could see Bolek holding their mother, stroking her head and whispering to her. She didn't understand why mama would be so sad, no one had died or fallen deathly ill. There was no reason for her to be crying like she was. The woman strode over to the front door, reaching her hand out to Sasha, signaling for her to follow. Mama broke free of Bolek's grasp and nodded to him. He jumped up and ran to a nearby table, grabbing something off of it. "Wait!" Everyone in the house stopped and glared at him. "Can my sister bring something with her? A momento to remind her of her family?" The men looked to the woman, who shook her head in approval. Bolek held something out towards Sasha, urging her to take it. Upon looking at it, she saw it was a photo in a simple wooden frame. It was a picture she had never seen before, with three unfamiliar faces staring back at her. "The older couple are our grandparents, and the young boy is papa. Mama planned to give this to you eventually, but now is the only time we can give it to you." Sasha threw her arms out and hugged her brother tightly, not wanting to let go of him. He was her closest friend, as well as her only sibling. She looked up to him for help, and now even he couldn't explain what was happening to her. One of the armed men grabbed her arm and pulled her away from her brother and out the door. He led Sasha to the back of a small truck and helped her up. She saw another man motion to the seat next to him. Without hesitating she plopped down in the seat. The woman in the suit stepped up into the truck and sat in a seat on the other side. She yelled to the driver, and the truck began moving. "Everything is fine, dear." The woman's voice was soothing. She pulled a thin phone from her pocket and began gliding her finger over the screen hastily. "We'll be arriving at the HASTE Facility shortly." Sasha had no idea of what the HASTE Facility was, or what was even going on. She stared down at the picture her brother had given her, clasped tightly in her hands. All she knew was that she had never left the world that existed inside her home, a world she had grown tired of. The woman leaned forward a bit, smiling as she observed Sasha. "What you did back there was... pretty interesting. Just how did you get those powers of yours?" Glancing up for a moment, Sasha blinked silently then the corners of her lips turned up slightly. The woman leaned back in her seat again, returning her attention to her phone. Sasha's eyes stayed glued to the photograph for the rest of the ride. She ignored the imagery of the city that she had always begged mama to see, the city she longed to go to. She didn't know how long the ride was, or how long it would be. Right now she only wanted to know why she was never given this picture before, or why she was never told more about her papa and grandparents. Finally, the truck came to a halt. The door at the back of the truck was being unlocked from the outside. Sasha trembled, clutching the picture close to her as she was lifted by one of the armed guards at her side. The door swung open, revealing a large window. Beyond the window, several men and women in strange white coats walked around, carrying papers and strange tools. Some had stopped and were staring through the glass, watching what was happening. The woman was helped down from the truck, then glanced back at Sasha and smiled. "Welcome to your new home."
  5. Hey Covy, welcome back!
  6. It's absolutely amazing how this turned out, looks absolutely awesome! Would be neat to see them make replicas of other zombie guns haha. I'm kinda interested though, did anyone else notice what looks to be the bust of Maxis from the Origins opening cutscene photo in the back drop of a few pictures?
  7. Flower crowns are important.

  8. Looked at my member title (Napalm Zombie) and just screamed "I'M A FLAMER"

  9. I think Abracadavre was released in the Call of Duty Zombies soundtrack that came with Rezurrection, as was Pareidolia and Coming Home.
  10. The One has new drums, and it seems like a filter was put on the vocals, and it seems in both The One and 115 it's just a different quality altogether (more prominent drums, the guitars sound like they're mashing together, but kinda messily). I liked most of the songs, some are strange but they're all pretty decent. I don't understand why they remastered The One and 115, or why they put Abracadavre and Paraphony on the album since it doesn't say remastered and doesn't sound like anything changed.
  11. I feel that there are some parts of this that are a bit askew and aren't correct. I added a transcription I made yesterday of the lyrics, with my take on some of the lines: Shepherd of Fire Let's take a moment and break the ice So my intentions are known See I have pity in watching you suffer I know the feeling of being downed alone* I got a story for you of my own Don't you see I am your pride Agent of war Bearer of needs And you know it's right I am your war* I'll be the strong aiding the weak Know me by name Shepherd of Fire Well I can promise you paradise No need to serve on your knees And when you're lost in the darkest of hours Take a moment and tell me who you see Won't tell you who not to be Now you know I am your pride Agent of war Bearer of needs And you know it's right I am your war* I'll be the strong aiding the weak Know me by name Shepherd of Fire Disciple on the cross Champion in suffering Immerse yourself into the kingdom of redemption Pardon your mind from the chains of the divine Make way the shepherd of fire Through the ages of time I've been known for my hate But I'm a giver of simple choices For me it's never too late I am your pride Agent of war Bearer of needs And you know it's right I am your war* I'll be the strong aiding the weak I am your war* I am your guilt I am your lust And you know it's right I am your law* I am your star I am your trust Know me by name Shepherd of fire Asterisks indicate words that I'm not 100% absolutely sure of.
  12. Hmmm, the eyes do look similar to the wisp... Looking back at some of the Buried EE quotes, look at how the wisp was described: Maybe what (or who) the wisp is can be explained somehow through this?
  13. *Schizophrenic, and what you're saying is not Schizophrenia, it's DID (Disassociated Identity Disorder, or better know as Split Personality). Also, the only symptom(s) of Schizophrenia that Richtofen had were the voices in his head and I guess you could say delusions of grandeur. If he truly were a Schizophrenic, he wouldn't be the lively, vivacious character we find funny and likable, he would probably be mute or speak in a monotone voice (not fun).
  14. Russman is killed first, but the rest are swarmed and killed. Someone probably talks about remembering being there before because when they die, they're brought back as Richtofen says "Accept your fate, begin anew!". The only problem with the zombie controller being the same is that during MotD the zombies had red eyes, and from what we've seen of Origins they have a yellowish kind of eye (whether it's the default color for the zombies or whatnot). I think round infinity was basically them going to retrieve the switch because their future selves were killed and did not succeed in their task.
  15. I've been thinking the same thing for a bit now. As of right now there's a possibility that it might fit with what happens in this map, in regards to the story, and maybe even the EE. The question is, what are we going to have to let go of, most likely something metaphorical rather than physical?
  16. The thing about having a prequel is if certain qualifications are met, the prequel might as well be the end. If 935 is stopped and everything is contained and destroyed, nothing would happen, meaning everything that occurred from WaW and Black Ops 1 would cease to exist (also, the time setting is quite different from the rest of the story, meaning this could also be completely different and time might have been messed with too much, or this could possibly be happening on purpose). What if "Let go and the beginning will become the end"??
  17. MyAGNdghwrw Here's the song that plays when you activate the EE song. I honestly think it sounds pretty cool, but what do you think? I personally think it sounds like it's from the perspective of the N4, playing with the fear that stems from what's happening, what they're doing for unknown reasons, and the toll it takes on their minds.
  18. Yeah I think maybe this time we'll definitely have to choose sides with this one, being the penultimate map of Black Ops 2. With Revolution in the title, I thought maybe it could be a reference of the first map pack. But yeah, all the map packs have names of themes related to the Campaign. Perhaps the Revolution has something to do with Buried's backstory or the town maybe? Maybe this town was used just like Shangri-La was (an abundance of 115, the prospect of hundreds of gold rush miners willing to work) but unlike the natives in Shangri-La, the miners caught on and revolted against harsh treatment and were killed? The mystery hillbilly might be a survivor of this, or a survivor in general, mutated by the exposure to 115 (allowing him to be of a large size/grow in size when fed candy)(If he is a survivor/knows of what happened there, he could possibly reveal plenty of backstory to this map and add more to what we know of the whole storyline). I totally agree that this map will force us to choose which side we pick, probably allowing us to know more of either sides intentions (for us AND the world). The only other thing about revolution I could think of is within choosing sides, or an option to not choose a side due to what they learn in 'Buried'. The N4 isn't like the O4 in the fact that they most likely weren't brainwashed and used by Richtofen, meaning they have their own free will, and the only things leading them are voices of Richtofen and Maxis.
  19. "When the Revolution Comes" seems pretty interesting. It could refer to the mysterious hillbilly, possibly if you don't give him enough candy he'll lash out, and we have the power to send him back to his cell in some way. (I also find it kind of interesting seeing as the map pack titles have been Revolution, Uprising, and Vengeance, all being some form of a rebellion or resistance of some sort. If it were to possibly relate to this, could it be about choosing one side over the other during Mined Games, in combination with your choices on previous maps?)
  20. I think this song is incredibly amazing. The moment I first listened to it my mind kinda dropped and I just thought about everything we've seen and know about zombies so far and how this fits in.
  21. Hmm, I think that maybe the song isn't activated like the EE songs are normally activated, but possibly by the main EE? When you're watching it on the video, it says "Featured in Uprising Map Pack: Easter Egg and Trailer", when it will normally say just what map pack and map it's featured in. They've done this before, just think back to Nightmare by A7X on Moon and how it was activated by an achievement.
  22. I think the mystery man in the top right corner is just a zombie as you can see other zombies on the lower level, they probably just put too much emphasis on that one zombie (also there's stuff partially blocking the other two).
  23. Wow, really awesome! I looked into a lot of the stuff before but what you said is exactly the same, it's interesting at how they tie things in yet it's quite a simple concept. At first I believed it was Richtofen's POV, but now with everything you've said I believe it's Maxis', and who knows, the POV of the songs might flip flop from map to map.
  24. When I hear ashes, all I can think of is that 'dragon'.
  25. I really like Marlton, his quotes are pretty funny and witty.
