Its been confirmed that it adds NO damage do the gun, i say the perk deep penetration should be put back in sorry for double post, are you talking bowt black ops? cuz in moderwarfare 2 when you put FMJ on ur gun ur damage rises! Yes the bar raises for some reason, but it only add's damage when shooting through an object.

FMJ will stay, it's used to shoot through walls, and barely adds damage. If you're getting shot at with a gun that has FMJ, the FMJ won't make a difference.

Yeah but i'm sure they have a mob of testers working on the gameplay stuff right? Releasing a beta close to launch wouldnt give them the time to resolve engine/gameplay issues. Matchmaking etc they could fix right?

Actually it's for the next three years I think activision/xbox have something in the works. Something bigger than DLC. But back on topic, the Beta most likely will be for all platforms. I don't see why not, they gotta test the servers for all of em.
