I need some serious advice with the signatures..

I use Photoshop (varying versions depending on where I make them), I got it through work, as I needed to it do some stuff. It's a great piece of software, but Paint.Net or GIMP are good for just doing signatures. -

Instead of a UOTY, why not have individual awards (they can just be a banner for the winner's sig, not a group). Stuff like: - Most contributions to WWK - Most Mature Member - Kindest to the Newbies - Most Online Stuff like that, little things ;)

Guys, you can get them shipped to the UK. It doesn't have "United Kingdom", but each of the countries individually, i.e. England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. Shipping is $6.24 to England, and takes 3-4 weeks. Hope this helps! ;)

The chat is a useful feature for people like me who don't really have time to post, but like to interact with the community. I think a VIP chat would probably work best, maybe with a system where a certain number of members have to nominate a new member to join the chat, to stop spam and meaningless messages. Regardless of your decision on the chat, I'll back your decision.
