  1. How about some of these, I found them in depths of my computer, dunno where I got them originally:
  2. That's the problem with algebra, the letters could mean anything. I doubt the use the standard physics model when coding it.

    GKNova6 unsolved?

I assume they would load new information and resources up as they need them, so people like you cannot find out their entire plan. :P
  4. Cold War - Arms Race Might have just been hinting at that. Don't forget the the first transmission was to get us interested and thinking.
  5. I think it was a joke, as the quote Vahn used was from Star Wars, and the image is the reply basically.
  6. Make any sense to anyone?
  7. It shouldn't open in Media Player, it's a .ps file, sort of like the fore-runner to the PDF. When I open it, I get a few pictures, I'll post them in a minute.

You get absolutely nothing. Just some of his arms and a bit of the bottom right,.

That is what colour 433339 is. Post a link to/image of the poster and I will try to extract it.
  10. viewtopic.php?f=41&t=967 The other topic has it, I think.

    Phil's Research

It because of the phrase he used, it was the one from Star Wars when they are trying to fool the Empire by stealing a ship and landing on the moon.

    SOG Uncovered

Studies and Observations Group were spec ops. I'm pretty sure they were named that for two reasons: 1) To avoid suspicion, Spec Ops is a bit obvious. 2) When America first went into Vietnam, they sent troops over under the guise of 'Advisers', so they would 'Study' and 'Observe'.

    SOG Uncovered

Studies and Observations group were also linked to M.A.C.V. (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam). (Random stuff FTW!). And I'm pretty sure the guys here knew it was Studies and Observations Group. Good work any way! ;)
  14. MW2 was made for the casual gamer. IW just wanted to make a money, so they made a game that anyone can pick up and be good at. M/L/C and OMA has ruined this game, it's Modern Warfare, yet half of the players run around with a knife. And the people who love the game are probably their casual fanbase. Oh, and lots of people have loved bad things in the past, yet they are still bad. And as Zhetone said, MW2 was a Call of Duty game.

    TRANSMISSION SIX

You are correct, the US gave weapons and equipment to exiles from Cuba, and then landed them at the Bay of Pigs. Castro knew they were coming, and they were slaughtered. A nova is a cataclysmic nuclear explosion caused by the accretion of hydrogen onto the surface of a white dwarf star. Fusion is a by-product. And the US had the first fusion bomb, Ivy Mike, if I am not mistaken, and it had a yield of 10-12 megatons. Something I found out recently, the first ever test trying to get energy from fusion (not as a weapon) used a laser called Nova.
  16. It plays something, just a heartbeat monitor and breathing, I think that might be used for the screen after you enter the password.

Yeah, I think the people who posted wrongly know not to now, and we can carry on with the sensible discussion.
  18. EDIT: Ignore me, realised what it is now.
  19. The documents from the trailer might be different from the drop documents, they don't want to give us the same information twice, right?
  20. Whilst on the chat last night, I found something interesting: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/teachers/a ... ng_03.html It's a chipher ring, called the "Nova Chipher/decoder RIng". Do you think that's what the paper is?
  21. Shoreyo, if you read the audio transcript a guy named John (Giovanni) gets shot.
  22. Edward J. Pool was the UK one, as he was in London. I don't know where about you are though.
  23. Could just be random. You never know...
  24. I've just realised something, GKNOVA6. 'Six', in an intelligence agency, is the guy in charge, e.g. the 'Six' of MI5 would be the boss, so therefore 'Six' might be the guy in charge. Just a thought :)
  25. It's viral marketing, you can never read too much into it! Here is what I posted before on the pencil: I know of a cipher where the paper is wrapped around the pencil and aligned with certain points (in this case the Xs) to form a word, or maybe a another cipher. The numbers could represent what letters go on what X, maybe the 3rd letter of the alphabet © goes on the first X, as the first number is a 3?
