Those forums you posted are for the Global moderators, it's the same forum, 30 is for the section it's under (like Black Ops is under Call of Duty) and 31 is for the actual forum, and I really don't know much about how powers work for dweller mods, so I couldn't help you there.

My opinion is Treyarch needs to go out ON THEIR OWN, not under Activision, I really don't think they can, or if that's even legal but it would be amazing. They know that zombies is the key to their fanbase, I think they want to take advantage of it, but just can't. I do not think it's going to happen, but I want a zombies game badly. I have BO solely for zombies, I bought back WaW solely for zombies. The only only time I play multiplayer on BO is wager matches, or if my friend begs me.

There's always something that causes a glitch, an overlooked piece of information that wasn't expected to be needed in the code. Whether it be you, or something in the game, something has to cause the glitch.

We are, but I've never actually been in charge of a group, I don't know if you can just add anyone, since you don't actually request the group you just post to, or if you can just accept requests, if it's the latter, then only an Admin can do it, and yes, the people my color are global moderators, I don't believe the Dwellers are, could be wrong though.

Because moderators can't, only admins can. I've asked multiple times to be put in charge of it, but haven't gotten a response. The way that people request to be in group (in this thread instead of through User Control Panel) makes me believe only Admins are able to add people, but I'm not sure. Getting a response would help.
