  1. That one Spetsnaz guy (and in case you didn't know you can tell he's Spetsnaz by his striped undershirt) who stomps on your face kind of looks like a young Imran Zakhaev. EDIT Oh snap! Somebody already made a thread. With a pic and everything. http://forums.digitalwarfare247.com/ind ... haevs-bro/
  2. Don't forget that the "GK group" was involved in the restructuring of Berlin. There was a GK corporation that was investigated for Nazi ties. And we have German Knowledge encypted and deciphered that was brought up in the documents from Germany. Okay, now Nova. Well, for starters the documents Carbon got talked at length about how the Nazis were developing these chemical weapons, how they had some trouble refining them and how the end of the war left things in even more of a state of confusion. There was talk about ways to use conventional weapons as delivery systems. Like Tabun, Sarin and Soman, we know it's a gas and that the Russians are weaponizing it in their Ural Mountains facility. We know that it works like the Tabun gas from WAW, but that it may have possible zombie-related properties. And 6? The 6th prototype batch? 6 o'clock (behind you?) Title for some kind of leader? We won't know what it means until Black Ops comes out if you ask me.
  3. ...
  4. I also think I heard somewhere that the interrogation takes place some time in 2010.
  5. What was great about the NZ characters was that they were balls-out stereotypes. Dempsey was a badass American war hero, Nikolai was a crazy alcoholic Russian, Takeo was the Japanese soldier who kills zombies to bring honor to his family name, and Richtofen...don't get me started. Here's some more stereotypes for you, see if you can count all 37. http://www.kontraband.com/pics/24069/Me ... ge=37#show Hmm, new characters. How about a drafted hippie who's always using drugs, a KGB agent who knows way too much about body disposal, a British spy who's part James Bond, part Austin Powers and a French mercenary who had something to do with the zombies in Paris hinted at in Der Reise.
  6. With a cell phone and some wires sticking out of a brick of Play-dough attached to it.
  7. Capslock for emphasis... TREYARCH SAYS HENRY LANGHAM IS FAKE. CARBON POSTED IT HIMSELF.

"Aced," huh? Hey, who was Ace again? Wasn't he the guy who was supposed to get the briefcase?
  9. I was always suspicious but I gave him a chance for Treyarch to prove he was legit. Then again, I never voted Republican but I gave Bush the benefit of the doubt and look what that got us.
  10. Oh I KNOW I'm gonna go back. Sooner or later I'm gonna gather up every WW2 movie, game, book, comic I can find and play/watch/read them all. BESIDES, how can you not go back and play World at War if only because you know it's gonna lead right into Black Ops. Hey, who here thinks World at War DS is gonna lead into Black Ops DS? You know what? I'm almost certain it will. It might be World War 2, but you can already feel the rumblings of the Cold War - in one level in the Russian campaign, you're diverted from your mission to go into a warehouse in Berlin, on a mission ordered by Stalin himself, to find a concealed atomic lab and steal the German nuclear secrets before the other Allies find the place.
  11. Interesting. Tell us more. What does the voice say?
  12. I doubt it. Maybe if we knew who Napoleon was we'd have something.
  13. I'll watch the clips and get back to you maybe tomorrow.
  14. "Rumpled?"
  15. Que sera sera but I'll still be pissed off if it ain't zombies.
  16. Hmmm...I wonder just what that level would be like without the thermal imaging TV.
  17. It's MACV SOG. Think before you post.
  18. Good luck with the video, Sam. If you really want to make a nice, professional-quality video I recommend you wait until Black Ops gets released so you don't omit anything that comes out later. To answer your questions: A)Reznov. B)Maybe they hypnotize Reznov. C)Maybe Hypno-Reznov kills JFK.
  19. It asks you this for whatever you put in. Put in abcde and it'll give you the same thing. Oh. Now THAT'S fucked up. It'd be better if I just got something that said "You didn't find a code and you fail at life."
  20. Hmmm. Defocus your vision and try not to look directly at it. For a split second there, it almost looked to me as if it said "Treyarch," but it looks like there's more. Seeing as this is, in your own words, actual progress, it probably couldn't hurt to send carbon a PM if you haven't done so already.
  21. There is already an educational game that lets you do this. It's called JFK Reloaded. The idea is stupid anyway and money shouldn't be spent on it. The difference is that Jack Thompson's never heard of JFK Reloaded and, even though he was disbarred before No Russian, I'll bet you dollars to donuts he knows all about it. Hell, NOBODY's heard of JFK Reloaded but JT's heard of Call of Duty and, even without a license to practice law he's still capable of causing a foul stench every once in a while that can be smelled as far away as out here in West Virginia. Still, it wouldn't be the first time Call of Duty repeated something. I'm given to understand there were at the very least three Soviet flags flying on the roof of the Reichstag by the time Berlin was under control. But it's extremely unlikely. What's more likely is that you play as the spotter if there is one. That or a Secret Service agent. As far as controversy goes, games SHOULD push the envelope, but something like sniping JFK in a game like this would be almost as bad as if one of the studio heads met the Pope, held him down, and teabagged him on international television. Not that it wouldn't be cool, but it would definitely be an unnecessarily suicidal risk for such a minor payoff. Seeing as "sometimes seeing is not believing," how much you wanna bet that in Black Ops, the President is actually JFK's double?
  22. Well I don't know where you were and how you didn't know that Treyarch had confirmed Reznov would return, but you know what? Your theory makes even MORE sense than the theory I had that GK put a brainwashed subject up to it. Hell, maybe BOTH could have happened. There's the possibility that there were as many as three shooters. You know I visited the book depository once back in 2005. Or was it 06? Anyway, I met this crazy guy, some conspiracy theorist who was so on the ball on the subject matter that I asked and he told me the caliber of the round that killed JFK with no hesitation. You could tell by this dude's appearance alone nobody was really paying him to do this. But he showed a bunch of us these two different pictures of Oswald and was certain that the Oswald who joined the Marines wasn't the Oswald who was arrested for the assassination. Later that day we went to Chipotle and they made me a burrito that, I swear to God, was the size of a newborn baby.
  23. I put in ATOUGI because I didn't think anyone thought of it yet. I must have won something because the next screen asked for my phone# and address.
  24. http://www.webhallen.com/spel/kampanjer ... black_ops/ You think that Jeep is cool, imagine getting a motorbike with a sidecar-mounted DP-28. I suddenly wish I lived in Sweden.
  25. It looks a lot like my granddad's watch.
