you can shoot him with the upgraded VR-11 while hes in the water and he leave idk yet if that gets you the achivement but it helps not getting killed early on The only confirmed way (via YouTube video) is to shoot him with the PaP'd Scavenger. You get the achievement, a death machine and a random perk.

Your descriptions are very vague. Care to explain them more to the community? Green submarine light? Yellow blinking light in the sky? Wheel? Levers? How many turns? Etc. You are the first to find it. you better make a video or get a better description, or at least watermark your pictures (if they are legit)...before someone steals your glory.

No, this won't happen. Activision sets the prices and since they have a partner with Microsoft (When it comes to Call of Duty DLC), you would think it most likely won't happen. Maybe some free DLC from Sony published/developed games, or PSN credit. That is probably it. ... or maybe a "Hanoi Day" free map! :D
