HITSAM and Hyena don't work. tried both

I tryed deleting all the saved data for black ops, but It still says the servers are offline ("The call of duty black ops server is not available at this time...") and when i made a second account (a free 1 month) the servers work fine, and i can play zombies online fine. but if i try to play multiplayer itll freeze in the middle of the game and its starting to piss me off. it also freezes at the menu for multiplayer.... do you think its my xbox? or hard drive? i knwo its not the disk.

Every time i log onto black ops. a message comes up that says "call of duty black ops servers are down". and every time i try to play multiplayer the error message for disk unreadable comes up. or my xbox just freezes, or it will simply just say the servers are down. so i thought it was the disk, so i exchanged it at bestbuy for a new one, and it still does the exact same thing. I made a free 1 month account and when i play on it it lets me play multiplayer zombies but still freezes when i try to play actual multiplayer. but the error message about the servers being down never comes up on this new account.....idk what it is thats wrong but i know its not the disk. any ideas? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Its NDU for sure. theres almost nowhere to camp, unless u camp in the basement. then u have 4 people watching 4 ways for the zomvies to get in. + you almost never get max ammos. and no percks
