Wasn't that caused by the explosion of the QED? I'd assume that it's just a PaP gun spray that's going off because I remember the Flamethrower shooting out Flames, not Smoke.
-
Not possible, we see the Pack-A-Punch at Area 51. Picture please, because I haven't seen the PaP there yet. :1
-
I thought as much. Well... We have nine days till the maps out. I'm just going to wait unless something big happens.
-
Youtube comments = Wikkipedia believability. I still think that there is only one new perk. I feel like the OP of the video is just a think it know it all. lOL.

Since when? Unless Im missing one. Juggy. Sleight. Double Tap. Quick Revive. Flopper. Stamin Up. Deadshot. 'Quick Draw'.

All Seeing Eye: Sounds reasonable enough. Feelin' Perkey?: I think the name of this achievement sounds stupid. But then again, a lot of things are. But what gets me is, even though this is the last map pack for now, it doesn't really make sense to me as to why they'd offer this achievement up Now compared to some of the other maps. CoTD you could get all seven perks by defeating George. SL you could get all seven perks by being extremely lucky with the Monkeys. With Moon, it makes me wonder what you would have to go through to get the extra perks? Phasers seem like they'd be on Napalm/Screecher level of Zombie types. Unless they're George typed... :| From The Inside Out: Sounds reasonable enough. Trespassing: This one seems really really obvious. So much that it kind of just bugs me to the point where it makes this achievement list seem really fake. Redemption: 1. the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil 2. the action of regaining or gaining possession in exchange for payment, or clearing a debt With those two definitions in mind, it kind of leaves a gateway for anything being possible. Redemption from Samantha and the Zombie era? Redemption of past WW's to aid in your survival, but at what cost? All in all... All Seeing Eye: 30g Feelin' Perkey?: 20g From The Inside Out: 30g Trespassing: 5g Redemption: 37g But my gut feels like these are kind of fake.

My two cents. I thought about posting this earlier, but then thought about all the talk it would get against the idea, but now I really just don't give a rats crap. lOL. So with the whole "There's no Round Counter when you're in area 51" talk. Honestly now that I've had more time to think about it, here's what I have to say about it. I remember reading or hearing the description for Moon and how it kind of went like, "After out Heroes were overrun in Area 51, they fled to the Moon in hopes of finding out the final answers to the Zombie outbreak." or something more official than that. And it made me think, "We've never been to Area 51 yet. At all." but then I thought about some of the other maps; 'Five' and CoTD in particular. If I remember correctly, feel free to correct me if Im wrong, those were the only two maps that had Intro videos. Pretty much leading in the story of that map. What I thought of for Moon was a playable prologue. Now why would they start you off with PaP'ched guns? Well in 'Five' our heroes grabbed guns off the walls and were ready to go ape shizz on those Zombies, but then we all started off with Pistols. Why does that matter in any sense? Well whether it was a fake Leak or not I don't really care for it, obvi why I read the Leak the guy said to activate the PaP you'd have to activate Ten switches around the map. Now going by what we've seen so far from all of hte preview trailers, Moon Has to be the biggest map created. By far. Which in turn would mean a hell load of doors. In turn, the playable prologue would simply be kind of like a Round 30 set up with a bunch of Zombies and you have to fight off until you're pretty much overrun, then in turn you have to flee and fly off to Moon where you really start. Reason why Quick Revive is in that room. This is definitely just a farfetch'd idea, but Im just throwing in my two since. Hahha. Ok. All done.

I actually think those may be the Phaser Zombies. Imagine something from halo- In halo, when someone becomes invisible, you can always see a little ripple in the air where ever they are. I think those are the phaser zombies, because there's only ripples on two sides, and plus. What would be the point of buying the space suit if it didn't allow you to move freely without worry of dying outside due to lack of air and gravity and etc? Im pretty sure you're right on that. I remember reading or hearing about how the Phasers can be seen even though they're invisible. The key to finding them is to watch carefully for strange ripples and movement on your screen. And comparing them to Halo is a def good example of what to watch for; although these are a lot tricker to spot. It's kind of like seeing heat waves on a really hot day. You kind of have to focus on it to actually see them.

I feel like me and the OP are somewhat correct on the thought of it being the QED, because even if he had used the Wave Gun, it would act like any other WW and give you 10+ for every bullet or whatever, right? But the point counter shoots up so fast because it's a mix of 10+ and 50+. Plus I feel like that IGN Leak the other day has gotten everyone confused because half say it's true, half believe it, and half of the mix of the two don't know what to believe, but have mixed ideas because they don't know whats what.

I posted about this lat night. I thought it was kind of weird. "/

I think the one thing with teleporting to the old maps is the trouble of going by yourself/getting trapped there. I mean, it'd make sense if all of you had to travel at once, but if it's like a normal teleporter where you don't need all four characters, the risk of sending two men to say Der Reise and them both going down is insane. And then you have to find your way to revive them... End Map Traveling rant.
-
You mean this? Yeah that's it, what do you guys think? It's the Moon level. There's a short clip in the Inside Xbox video that shows that door on the outside of the Moon. From what I remember. &&It's possibly in the process of either blowing up from the Wave Gun, or possibly those two duel wield guns?
-
Brdman, don't constantly post so much. There is an edit button. Not to sound like a douche, Im just saying. Anyways, it looks lightweight scary to me. Kinda makes me think of Hallows from Bleach.
-
Hm. Im a bit confused. So at the 30 second mark, the Blue character tosses out the QED I guess to help out the White character, yea? And being a grenade of sorts, you'd think you'd get points for hitting Zombies like the Dolls or the GDevice. Maybe he just hit it late and the White character already saved himself with his own QED or whatever happened, but if you look you'll see that as the QED explodes at the Zombies, the White characters points skyrocket. Could the 'curse' of the QED be related point wise?
-
I feel like the only problem with that is that people will use that to their advantage when it comes to specific guns, which would, in a sense to me, kinda keep things overpowered. You could simply toss in Porters X2 into that slot and leave it there forever. Or even the Wave Gun.
-
It was on and off for me, honestly. I hated that they were on Kino because that map was pretty chill. They're worse than crawlers. I liked them on Five, though, because they only appeared if you were on the underground lab floor.

I just felt like making one of these because everyone's thoughts seem to be so back and forth and all over the place. Ha. Sorry if I miss something! Rezurrection Map Pack 4 Preview Trailer 0:00 - 0:10: The Introduction terminal screen. 0:10: Crawler zombie starts us off. If you look carefully, you can see the Earth in the background, also a box spawn light. 0:12 - 0:13: Nacht. 0:13 - 0:14: Der Reise. 0:14 - 0:22: Straight to the Moon where we get the first look of the Wave Gun. Hits the Zombie and it appears to cook the Zombie inside out like some sort of disgusting Jelly Filled donut that explodes when it gets cooked too much. :| Ew. 0:23: Jimmy Zelinski starts to talk about the actual Map Pack itself, noting that it comes with the old World At War Maps as well, but with a new twist? Interesting. 038: One of the characters is examining a space suit. 0:40: Mark Lamia starts to talk about how to get these Maps. 0:48: Brian Tuey talks about how this Map pack is sorts of a 'Season Finale.' Sad face. 1:07 - 1:08: We see the space man using jump lifts. 1:11: Overview of the outside of the Moon. Box spawn shooting through the ground. 1:13 - 1:15: Hilariously awkward scene of the developers creating the Map, and a Zombie walking outside of the window. 1:17: Our first look at the new Perk. It appears to have the Overkill perk logo, if I'm not mistaken. 1:18: Im not a fan of remembering guns i don't use, but is that the 47? 1:23: Now I feel like this confuses me and a lot of people a lot. To me personally, I feel like this could be a new gun in general. When you look at it, the Wave Gun is supposed to be able to cook the Zombies from inside out and make them explode. Obviously this duel wield gun shocks and just makes them drop, unless that's all we've seen from this short clip. But then again, I'm actually somewhat unsure because there is a small part of me that wants to say that the new Perk has something to do with disassembling your gun for "three times the Zombie killing fun." The Wave Gun does look like two guns put together; so taking it apart for duel wielding would be kind of cool. Ionno. :3 1:26 - 1:33: "This map almost has something from all of the other Map Packs." 1:48: The Death Machine makes a comeback. 1:51 - 1:54: The Spawn of the Moon. As you can see, you can see Quick Revive in the middle of the map hidden within all of the rubble and stuff. Mmhm. 2:00 - 2:06: Just a look at some of the other maps. 2:07: The next page of the 'comic' that has been appearing in the Map Pack intros. Left page shows what just looks like a bunch of coupons. While the right side has the actual story of it. The shadow stretching across the top two panels of the comic look more like a person than the moon base. Possibly a girl? 2:14 - 2:15: You have to be fast on the pause for this one, but you'll notice that it appears to be daytime in this little split second. The character also has Mustang & Sally. There's a lot of confusion around this scene. 2:25: Creeper Crawlers make a return to Moon. Sad face. For me, anyways. Ha. 2:23: The Wave Gun...? That was just the general of what I spotted when I watched the trailer. I didn't get all deep into it. Sorry if I missed some stuff!

Ionno; I just gave it a high price because I feel like compared to all of the other Perks, having the option to have three guns is kinda a big leap in survival.
-
Those choices would be better fitted for the QED Why so?? Do we even know what the QED does yet?
-
I think the thing that people are overlooking when it comes to the new Perk is the fact that the Perks have pricing. I mean, yea the original Perks are all below 3000points, yea? Sierra Helper don't judge the name, I was thinking of what Sodas haven't been used yet. :P - Cost 10000: Ability to hold three guns. I feel like the thing people overlook when it comes to a three gun Perk is, "Oh! What happens when you go down? Which gun do you lose?!" To me, I would have two options for which one of the three you lose. 1. You have two guns, and then when you buy the Perk you get the original Starting Pistol. This is the slot that no matter what gun you replace it with, whenever you go down you lose This slot in general. So say you have the RPK and HK currently on hand, if you buy the perk and it gives you the starting pistol, if you replace it with a Ray Gun and then go down, no matter what gun you have on you at the time of going down, you'll always lose the Ray Gun. If you had the Ray Gun and RPK, and then got the HK for the third Gun, you lose the HK cuz it's in the third slot. Get it? 2. You lose a gun at random. Hehhee. ;];]

"Along with new equipment and an all-new Perk for thrice the zombie-slaying fun, you'll have the tools you need to turn back the undead tide once and for all." The full quote from the article. Ionno. It does make me wonder. I feel like it'd be cool if you could get a third gun because it's been a "Community wants this!" thing for a really long time, but I feel like there's a chance for that to be too overpowered at some point; Ray Gun, Scavenger, and VR-11; just as an example of three Guns that you Can get at once. Even though the VR-11 sucks, IMO. At the same time, I feel like it could be, in a sense, a type of Bandollier or however you spell it; the one that gives you extra ammo in WaW for the simple fact that that it talks about how you'll have it for "thrice the zombie slaying fun". You wouldn't really have to worry about not having enough ammo. Ionno. Or it could just be a combination of things.

Well, not if you blew up his rocket... lOL! Just kidding.
-
Napalms usually don't sprint, from what I remember of them. I haven't played in awhile. Napalms are usually the slow annoying ones that just burn you slowly until they get close and explode, while the Screechers are the faster ones. So it could have just been a random thing?
-
That's some luck right there. You almost missed it! :3
-
Hound Round: It was alright, it just got really annoying after... the first wave. Monkey Round: Would have been more fun if it was easier to protect the Perk machines. In general, they were annoying. I mean, it was alright if you just wanted certain four and you could just buy them back, but not everyone would have the same perks unless all players purchased the same ones. Nova Gas Crawlers: They were annoying. I was honestly hoping that at least the Thundergun would have a small secondary effect and be able to blow away the smoke since it's kinda like a sound/wave gun. Oh well. George: Never again. Napalm and Shrieker: Loved them.
