  1. How far would time turn back? And if so, why would anyone want to turn back the clock and prolong the end of their Zombie game? Most Kids care about their Leaderboard rankings. It's a good theory. It just seems like a snitch thing to create on the developers parts.
  2. Sorry but that doesn't sound right at all hes there on round one i doubt that. Watch the Inside Xbox video on the first page of this topic. At the 3:20 mark it's round 1 and Romero is already out.
  3. Well first of all, welcome new one! Secondly, I really don't know what I'll do with Romero. I guess it just depends on what I see of the map more and how intractable the surroundings and Romero come to be. Probably won't kill him... Probably can't for that matter. What'd be the point of him coming Round 1 and then getting kill only for him to never appear again?
  4. Honestly, the only aspect we know of this gun is that it apparently makes Zombies into Humans. That's all we know of the gun thus far. For all we know it can turn out to be some elaborate easter egg which involves turning one of every kind of Zombie into a human and blah blah blah. For all we know there could be side effects; whether good or bad; of this gun. I'm just gonna wait. :3

  6. Max Ammo: A must in the later rounds, depending on the map and how well you can work with traps. Insta Kill: It's good in the later rounds, but early on I'd say before round twenty five or so it's quite useless. You get more points shooting than knifing all together. Double Points: A must in the early rounds, and somewhere in the middle. Early it's good for gaining points fast to buy things. And in the middle if you were to go down and you needed your stuff back. Nuke: Depends on the situation. If you're in a pinch then I'd take it, otherwise it's not necessary. Fire Sale: When you are constantly trying to get a good gun, yea it's good. Otherwise it's kind of just okay once you have what you need. If you are trying to do the "I need more ammo, so I'll toss my gun in to buy for it again" thing then it's perfect. Bonfire Sale: Kind of lame that it was only in Five. Whatev, I guess. I never PaP before round twenty anymore anyways. Carpenter: Prolongs the round, helps somewhat if you need a quick breather. Perk Bottle: Good, but it'd be pointless now because the point of getting a free Perk was because you saved the ones you had from the Monkeys. Death Machine: A good "Save your ammo, teammates! I got this." power up. It's okay in the later rounds, but it slows you down like no other. As for new Power Ups, I can't really see anything cool happening aside from... Guardian Angel: A drop that only appears if you're in a round with at least one teammate down and out of the game. Picking this up would bring said player or said players if there were more than one down back to life During the round. That way if you were to have a crawler, it saves the annoyance of spawning back the next round with nothing and then immediately going down a second later because you're useless to your team. AmmoMatic: Not what you may be thinking, but in the sense of like a Death Machine where you can just go all out on Ammo without essentially waisting any. It'll give all players a sudden reloaded clip of their gun and you can spray your balls off for ten to twenty seconds; each time being different on how long it lasts. Once it's gone you go back to what you had, but be careful for it ending when you have no ammo! :3
  7. Rewatch the videos. they have the m16 without scope with the new perk, so it can't be attachments. It's more than likely a modification of steady aim, not auto headshot or any other nonsense. As for attachments. Finally something to pay for in the higher rounds. Of course it could all be fabricated nonsense for trailer and video purposes. I've watched the video and that's why I posed to both sides of the argument. I never said just because you had it meant you'd get a magic new sight on both of your guns.

  9. Honestly I think it'll depends on the weapons you get. The developers did say that they've definitely highlighted Sniping in this map, so for all we know everyone could end up falling in love with the current and new Snipers that have been put into the map. I've a fan of Run&Gun and Camping, so I guess I can't have an idea on what to think until I actually play the level.
  10. We've all pretty much assumed that there will be attachments in CoTD. From whether we saw them attached in the cutscenes or in actual gameplay [very rare, from what I've seen.] If attachments are indeed 100% confirmed aside from what all of us have seen of what we think they are, then yea, there are attachments. We just don't know How they'll be played into the gameplay. A lot are assuming it could be effected by the new 'Headshot' Perk, but then others say that said player was seen with the Perk, yet no attachment. I'll probably post this somewhere else too since this is about Attachments, but what if the 'Headshot' Perk doesn't help with steady aim or better headshots for more points, but think somewhat outside the box, yea? What do you need to look down to shoot the gun? The sights. And you can get different sights for different guns; the new perk has a head and then a scope lens in front of it. Possible, yes?
  11. If the Dolls do return with the original characters, I wonder if there will be an Easter Egg hunt for the dolls around the map. Maybe finding them will give out clues or quotes that will help you around the map. Or just be funny. I wonder what other grenade will return for this map since the Dolls have returned...
  12. From what I've seen of the Map, sorry for going off topic, lightweight, but I haven't really seen any locations where it'd be necessary to fall and cause an explosion from Flopper. I think that the splash damage has just been removed in general from the Ray Gun. From the video of it being used, the Zombie got pretty close and the was killed by the RG and there wasn't any damage done to the player. From what I can tell, that is. And on where SoH is... I doubt it'd be taken out. It's def top two of the most needed perks in Zombies.
  13. Just saying, but I really wish that Zombies was five people. :| It's lame that it's still four because it's hard as it is already. But I do see where you are going with this post. Just don't have enough information to continue on what it actually does.
  14. So I've already seen it, but since it's a big topic now, I thought it'd be good to discuss. Since we mostly have all seen the video of the new Wunder Weapon in use and how it appears to turn Zombies back into a Human state, as discussed in AgentA's topic http://callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=10437 Possible tie in with the story we have so far? Personally, I think someone can be accomplished if used against Zombie Romero.

Call Of The Dead Trailer 0:24 - Lightning bolt on the center base of the ship, so I'm guessing you come from that side of the ship? 0:30 - Juggy! 0:37 - On the left side of the Zombies there's a gun, and I'm not one to name a gun off the bat unless it's familiar, but the Thompson? 0:46 - Top of gun off the wall [OTW] 0:51 - Double Tap, ew. :3 0:55 - Cutscene of Sarah holding Sickle. 1:12 - Death Machines return. 1:17 - Quick Revive on the left. 1:26 - OTW Gun. 1:28 - Rooker with Pap HK21 with added Reticle scope. 1:28 - Middle character has Silenced gun attachment? 1:29 - Different game ^ No more scope? 1:36 - New Wunder weapon. 1:37 - From earlier post somewhere where member thought the DG2 returned is actually Romero getting shot in the back by shotgun. Inside xbox Preview 1:57 - Romero human? 2:01 - New Perk. 2:18 - People say the M Dolls are back, but I really don't see where they are getting that from. 2:28 - New Sniper. 2:30 - Zipline in use; 360 spins, can shoot, etc. 2:45 - Flinger. 2:51 - Flinger is player activated and destroy's Zombies. Zipline is player and Zombie usable. 3:00 - Unseen Wunder weapon being used? Releases in front ball of fire/energy? 3:30 - Shotgun OTW. 3:31 - Narrator talking about how to deal with Romero and saying that most are going to kill him, but there are ways to get rid of him through interaction? No need to use ammo? 3:41 - Frozen screen? 3:42 - PaP! And that's all I got... Haha. But I'll keep looking. :3

  19. Can we not be sexist, please? Like seriously, I've already been stuck in lobbies with people who already whine about who they get as their male character and I already have people who follow me and t-bag me when I get downed. Girls play video games too, and even if she doesn't end up as the only female character, it really doesn't matter because the point is to have fun in the game. There definitely have been a lot of Female leads in video games who have survived without big boobs or a big ass.

But I definitely see where you were going with No Mans Land from Berlin Wall. Honestly, I'm somewhat hoping for them to expand that idea and also tie in the usable door on Radiation. Say for example you can activate certain habitats to let loose their animals and cause chaos for a certain amount of seconds or for them to block off an area entirely until you can activate the switch again. IE: Opening up a Lions den right after planting the bomb in Search or other to help guard it for say 15 seconds before they go back into their cages. Or depending on how big Zoo actually is cause a stampede of buffalo or some other large creature to shoot across the middle of the map since it's the 'main exhibit.'
  22. It's an opinion, everybody. Someone's idea. There is no need to bash him for what he thinks it could possibly be. If you think it's an idiotic idea then fine! - keep your comments to yourself. If in the end his idea of Egyptian Zombies turns out to be true then he'll get all the brownie points for believing in the subtle hints that were given out. Those who take the time reap the rewards; no matter how big or little they end up being. &&You're high and mighty for being able to talk trash and belittle someones ideas over the internet, but no one sees you posting your ideas with even a hint of time to show that you took the effort to try and keep your thoughts alive and have people discuss longer than three comments. So shut up, be considerate, and if you're not going to contribute to the community by helping expand others ideas and opinions and just belittle those who make the community thrive, then get out. Damn.
  23. It does get pretty annoying playing into a hella far game and then having it cut out because the host had to leave because he stayed up past his bedtime. Sigh....
  24. So would this be a completable Zombies map with "back in time to stop Maxis from creating the Zombies?" There has to be some sort of catch to make a new zombie experience.
  25. With how Zombies is now, or at least how 'Five' and 'Der Riese' are, the only logical way that I see Killstreaks working in a Zombies map are through a Teleporter type system. So say that these four new characters are actually sent to this location via Teleporter; there are still people alive in the world and these four are sent to go fix the problem at this said-snow base because it's important; but what they don't know is that this Teleporter is broken so that things can only get sent in, and nothing can go back out. &&What they don't know is that this base's communications only work at specific spots on the map. 'Sadly' for you campers though, these specific spots are very open to big populations of Zombies and it can easily be over run. So let's say Killstreaks are only available after round 10 and you have to meet a certain criteria to get a Killstreak; Finish a whole round without picking up any Power Up Drops, or Finish a whole round with no one on your team going down, etc.. Any who, once you fulfill one of these things to gain a Killstreak, you have to go to said specific spot with obtaining a Killstreak and you can contact back to base and they teleport you a care package of an RC Car or Sentry Gun through the Teleporter you start the game in. But to keep it fair in a sense you have to go from any of these locations which are around the map [think linking the teleporters on DR] back to where you started the game and you only have say 90 seconds to get to your care package before Zombies can come destroy it. Like Monkeys with Perk machines. That's personally how I would do it, or along those lines if anything.
