lol, you dont need steam, all you have to do is buy the british version and not hook it up to steam, allthought that means no multiplayer even though theres no dedicated severs in germany :(

Death Race: Players use a RD-XD to run around the map throught checkpoints and the oppoments can expole3d to kilkll you off aswell :D
