    I'd have to agree with this. Woods' clothing and wheelchair would suggest he is in some sort of nursing home.

    Ah so this is about cyber terrorism. Anyone realize Woods is in a wheelchair?

    This, this looks like the future. And we finally get cavalry! Nice to see Woods is alive, sad he's in a wheelchair; we won't be seeing and Reznov like action from him. But this trailer just raises questions for me. How will special forces, the SOG, be distinguishable from the regular military and what tasks can't they do? What black operations can be undertaken when you have these unmanned armies. Why is Woods speaking in that sense, verifying how essential he and men like him are?

    Alaska, The Middle East, and Western Europe seem like likely locations for a 2Xst century cold war, but Japan? I could understand it, the Russians and Japanese have never really seen eye to eye nor have the Chinese, but it just sounds out of place.

    I can't see the video either but I get the error, "The Requested Video Does Not Permit Playback On Sites External To Youtube.com". It's so close yet so far away.

    "Activision's next Call of Duty is set in the near-future, the publisher has more or less confirmed via pictures of helicopter robots. " They're not completely sure either.

    We have to go back? My God, Treyarch does incredible work with this stuff. So intricate, and yet it seems so simple and clear when we finally grasp it.

    It was one of the more obvious scenarios. We're discussing defunct companies and long dead Romans.

    It's probably nothing but there are some roads in the Netherlands with name like Tacitus, Remus, Octavius, Romulus, and whatnot. As for the idea about the acronyms or it just being a synonym for secret, seeing as it's the root word for taciturn, they're equally plausible at this point.

    Are they going to reveal a picture then have some sort of external media reference to it?

    It, a zombies teaser, wont present itself so blatantly at such an early stage. Although I agree about Tankeo's "half-second sillouhette or glowing eyes" comment I don't see that happening in one of the boxes on the Call of Duty website or the teaser on May 1st. Perhaps on the longer reveal trailer and not because of sales.

    I like it. I actually think the logo gives it more of a dated feeling though, not futuristic. Although it's not completely akin to the stencil font we saw in use in the armies of old it bears some resemblance; the slices in the A and Y.
