When you get to the Pack-A-Punch with the death machine...
EternalDragon6661 replied to xStopDropNKillx's topic in Ascension
Why is everyone so fascinated about PAP the Death Machine? It's instant kill already! The only thing that would be an improvement on it would be if it dispensed an infinite number of Dr. Peppers! -
I heard that today. it was something along the lines of: "I think I remember seeing Richtofen somewhere; can't remember much before Shi No Numa, hell, I can't remember anything." probably not the exact quote but I know it's more accurate.

Five part of zombie story line because of Ascension?
EternalDragon6661 replied to Didier337's topic in Ascension
If it is related, then there is a big gap in the storyline. How EXACTLY does "Five" fit in? We go from an abandoned weapons research facility in Germany to an abandoned theatre in Germany to the Pentagon half way across the world? So what if there is a teleporter in "Five"? Ever since the thought of teleportation, civilization has been fascinated by the idea. The same can be said about space travel ever since the story of the Chinese person that strapped rockets to his chair and supposedly went to the moon. Again, refer to easter egg comments. As far as I'm concerned, everything is hearsay until some concrete evidence is presented linking it to the other maps. Yes the USSR was working with 115. The meteor landed in their back yard! and the USA took it for study to Area 51. So we know that 115 causes reanimation/zombification, that means that most if not all of the country is turned into Zombieland due to the fact that Element 115 is being held clear across the country in Nevada. That's pretty far from Virginia. Now don't be hatin'. This is purely my opinions and thoughts. -
this is the most winning thread ever!

Five part of zombie story line because of Ascension?
EternalDragon6661 replied to Didier337's topic in Ascension
I don't believe it is. I'm not saying it's not...just not believing it. Everyone knows that with zombies Treyarch puts alot of easter eggs in their maps now; whether it's related or not. Until i see hard evidence that "Five" is somehow relevant to the storyline, I will dismiss that map. I still think it is just an extra map that Treyarch threw in to keep us busy until the first map pack came out seeing as how SO MANY people are fanatic about zombies and that an constant replay will bore easily. P.S. The pentagon thief is not Clarke. again refer back to my easter egg comment. it is not unusual to reuse some character models and characteristics to save on memory -
Has anyone else had problems losing audio after the monkeys appear? It has happened to me 3 times now.

I like the idea of a stand alone Nazi Zombie game. just cut the BS with the maps and give us a full blown game. Wouldn't you think it would be easier to tell the story that way?

What we consider "camping" in an online FPS is actually a pretty common thing in the military. No one just runs around the battlefield at a million miles per hour without taking cover while eating bullets. It's how you don't die, which is kind of the point in the real military. You totally missed the argument here. I'm sure as with all multiplayer action with other FPSs that they didn't intend for the players to sit around and wait for someone to come around and then pop them in the ass. That's what the sniper class is for. It is just not fun if people don't actually play the damn game like it was made to be. Point is if you're gonna camp, get a sniper rifle, don't be a pussy, find a strategic spot and go from there. Don't sit in a dark corner with a shotgun, ballistic knife, tomahawk or what have you and wait for someone to come by and gank them. Get into the battlefield, shoot and get shot and have fun. You're gonna get shot but it's trying to avoid the bullets, coming up behind the enemy, tossing 'nades, getting shot and running someplace to heal just to go back out and get shot some more that makes the multiplayer fun and worth while for all involved; not sitting like a pussy in a corner of a popular path and taking down everyone that comes by. If you're a camper and proud of it, I hope your Xbox red rings or your PS3 gets the yellow light of death. Same goes for noob tubers too.

Guns, power ups, and random box and leave a comment
EternalDragon6661 replied to TIGERxxxD3adly's topic in Ascension
but the WunderWaffe is gone. it overloaded the MDT and it was destroyed when they teleported through time. that's why it doesn't show up in Kino. But the PPSH-41 I TOTALLY agree with. I miss The Reaper. -
I have to go with Mako on this because it does make the most sense. There have been many instances where everyone had full bars but there was still very noticeable lag. Hey Treyarch! If it's worth doing, it's worth over doing! Get Activision to open up their solid gold vault and get some money to beef up the servers/add more. They can afford it.

I saw this soon after I posted this!

yeah I would rather see a COD: Nazi Zombie movie rather than a movie based on COD. think about this for a minute. 1: If based on WWII, they would be redoing what has already been done over and over again. There are a plethora of WWII based movies, documentaries, mini-series and so on and this will just be another brick in the wall. 2: If based on Modern Warfare, again already been done over and over but not as much as WWII though. Still, point is, it has been done and there is not really much to do and chances are that like most movies based on video games that the characters would be badly portrayed and/or poorly casted, i.e. Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, Mario Bros,. etc. I still have yet to see the Tekken or King of Fighters movies on fear of it ruining the series for me. 3: If a movie based on Nazi Zombies, there would be a more compelling storyline, more mystery, more humor (thanks to the hatred yet will to survive amongst our heroes and Nikolai, of course) and will just make an all round better movie in my book, IF DONE RIGHT! If it can't be done right and closely reliant on the fundamentals of the game, then it ain't worth SHIT! Hollywood should NEVER think about having a movie adaptation of a game w/o consultation from people who will actually watch it: the gamers that have played the game. Sorry had to let off some steam. I think for the most part there should be a separation of Game and Movies.

"something is attacking the building"
EternalDragon6661 replied to rob09mantis's topic in Kino Der Toten
I mentioned this a long time ago. use the search bar before posting something. and no one knows what it is -
It could be used in the same sense as when you are downed. but something to ponder....if it were to be the same as being downed then why have the monkeys at all? why not just have more zombies? just throwing it out there. I think it just sounds stupid and far fetched and the only way to actually know is to wait for the trailer and the map to come along. P.S. I have never trusted IGN in all my years.

The ROFLCOPTER - A great moment of WTF
EternalDragon6661 replied to Chaoscrazy25's topic in Black Ops
I don't even know what to say about that. that's one of the weirdest glitches/bugs i've ever seen. Definitely deserves a WTF :?: -
it has to be fake. think about it. how in the hell can the monkey steal your perk? the perks aren't something physical floating around you or something you place in your pocket. NO! So far, you ingest chemically altered drinks to gain perks. So for the perks to be stolen, the monkey would have to rip you apart to take something that isn't tangible, per se.

nice! As I said earlier, I consider sniping not the same as camping. The military actually has Snipers; they don't have little pansy, worthless, no good, cheating, @$$hole campers.
-
The meaning is to abuse the in-game mechanics aka "cheat"....and to be an ass. I can't stand it. The worst map I have that problem on is Havana on Black Ops side. My team is always camped right near the spawn site
-
Who else agrees with me that all campers must die?! I'm sick of it and that it what turned me off to W@W multiplayer and which is why I'm so good at zombies but I am loving the multiplayer now but at the same time am hating it because of all the F***ing campers  . They have become worse than noob-tubers. You can't even walk without some little punk laying down in the grass next to a wall killing you for the 8th time from that same spot. Anyway, there NEEDS to be something done about them. Treyarch needs to write a code for an update that kills a player if staying withing a 5 foot area for too long. The only exception would be if you had a sniper rifle. SNIPING IS DIFFERENT THAN CAMPING JUST TO GET THAT STRAIGHT! If you're a camper...stop reading and shove the controller up an uncomfortable place. If you're a true gamer....shove a camper's controller up their uncomfortable place.

that's a good question and would really suck it it's true. I play kino more cuz i think it's better plus it has a better music easter egg
-
I don't know who he is though I thoroughly believe that he is NOT Clarke. There is absolutely NO conclusive evidence saying that he is. And, I thoroughly believe that he is human. I have seen up close pictures and up close encounters with him and I see no evidence of zombification. Zombies eat your brains; not take your guns. As of this point, I say that the Pentagon Thief is just an enemy that Treyarch threw in there to up the difficulty level and to change it up a bit from having dogs. You know how Treyarch likes to mess with us. And also, I think that, still as of this point, that the zombie storyline and "Five" are not related. I think that "Five" is just an added bonus again to change things up that way you can have two zombie maps to play instead of one while waiting for the next map pack. Honestly, I hope I will be proven wrong about the story and "Five" because it would be interesting to see how they would tie the 2 together.

Is your guy in BO feel heavier??
EternalDragon6661 replied to SHadow12lord's topic in Kino Der Toten
yeah i noticed it too and i was using an AK74u but it seemed like i was carrying a LMG but later that night i was playing and it seemed to have been resolved. -
beware of the 6th finally unravled?
EternalDragon6661 replied to mohawklogan's topic in Kino Der Toten
I counted at least 5 blood splatters right there at the teleporter receiver right when you start. those splatters hold absolutely no significance seeing as how they are literally EVERYWHERE! -
well i can't say that it has ever happened to me either on W@W or black ops
-
I have been running fine with the new patch but I am running the 360. maybe due to different systems? i don't know but all I know about it is that I'm good and apparently so are many others
