Idk if any of you guys noticed this, but there's a date on the left page with the design for the plane which says "Feb 26th, 1932." It's in the top right corner of the page, someone take a look. If the map's taking place after the 1940's, why was the Instruction paper's created in 1932, if that is the date of creation.

Which raises the question of why they have a newspaper that's 5 years old O:

Seemingly Random text, or an encrypted message?
raza416 replied to raza416's topic in Mob of the Dead
Yeah i've been researching exactly that all day long, however considering that each section has 6 letters, wouldn't we use the ADDGXV cipher? Only problem I see with this is that V is never included, So confusing D: -
Seemingly Random text, or an encrypted message?
raza416 replied to raza416's topic in Mob of the Dead
MOB OF THE DEAD 1234 is what this says. Take each number and relate to the Alphabet. 13 - M, 15 - O, and so on You got it just before I did! Now, does this somehow relate to the code above? And why is there 1234 underneath? Maybe we're supposed to arrange it in a certain way? -
Well Alcatraz is in San Francisco, whereas this Newspaper was printed in New York. This raises questions, how did they get hold of the newspaper, does it hint towards a map occuring in New York? So many questions D:

Seemingly Random text, or an encrypted message?
raza416 replied to raza416's topic in Mob of the Dead
Okay guys, has any tried to use the graph that's located on the sheet? If you look at the bottom right, you can see a table. Here's a crude representation of what it says A =(?) 13 15 2 15 6 20 8 5 4 5 1 4 1 2 3 4 -
Okay guys I think I've found some undeniable proof of the time period in Mob of the Dead takes place. While analyzing the Instructions sheet of Mob of the Dead looking for a possible keyword for the encrypted message, a few words on the right hand side of the picture caught my eye. It reads" ...Panic as stocks crash". A quick google search gives me the EXACT newspaper with this headline, which fully reads out "Wall St. In Panic as Stocks Crash". It was published by the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, in regards to the 1929 Stock Market crash. Here's a link to the newspaper article http://globaltrendtraders.com/stock-market-crash/learning-from-the-stock-market-crash-of-1929/ (Could someone please embed this as i'm not too hot with that kinda stuff ) Anyways, not only does this confirm that Mob of the Dead takes place after this time, but perhaps upon further inspection of the actual newspaper we can discover some more information! I haven't been able to find a high quality image of the Newspaper, but the word "Warden" seems to be on the page and it talks about keeping some sea trip a secret. Please tell me what you think, and if someone could embed the actual picture of the newspaper that would be great! Thanks!! I gotcha Also I am glad you used my writings image. ~way

Seemingly Random text, or an encrypted message?
raza416 replied to raza416's topic in Mob of the Dead
There's a lot of different ways to approach this, I'll start looking it at all the ways mentioned above -
On the "Instructions" sheet of MotD, there's a series of words, each six letters in length. The second I saw this, I instantly thought that it's gotta be an encrypted message. All encrypted messages require a cipher, which is basically the key to solving the cipher. Now, you'll notice that at the bottom, there's two letters: AF which stand out as they don't belong to any of the 6 letter series of words. I'm thinking that THIS is the cipher, however I haven't deduced what the specific key is to solving the encryption. Here's the series of jumbled words for you guys: GFFAGF GGDDGF FFXXFF FGDFFG FDGFFG FDGGFF FGFGAA FXFXDX XFXDGF FAGGFF AF First thing you should notice is that the letters are all in groups of 6, disregarding AF. If this truly is a encrypted message, it's safe to say that these aren't all 6 letter words but that the message has simply been divided in such a way to simply make it easier to read. Removing such spaces would leave us with FFGXGDGFFAGFGGDDGFFFXXFFFGDFFGFDGFFGFDGGFFFGFGAAFXFXDXXFXDGFFAGGFF AF I haven't included AF as i don't believe it to be part of the supposed encrypted message. I'm no expert at encryption so Please let me know what you guys think of this, and if whether or not anyone wants to chase this theory with me. Thanks!

Hanford is located in Washington state...

He does say they are present in some way, however he doesn't say that they're present in Green Run. Furthermore, considering that Avogadro appears from within the machine, how is it possible that one of the original four got from the moon to earth that quickly. We know a lot of time hasn't passed due to the fact that when you get a power-up Richtofen exclaims that he hasn't gotten used to the Aether. This shows that not much time has passed since earth had been hit by the missiles. Lastly, Treyarch knows that the zombie community LOVES the original crew so they probably wouldn't be willing to cut them out or dramatically alter them in the game. Personally, i believe they're still stuck on the moon and we'll help them get back to earth in one way or another.

If you look at the power room picture, on the board to the left of the picture there's some writing, can anyone make that out?
-
Considering that the two maps are identical, it's without a doubt that Green Run takes place in Hanford.

Hey guys, just found a little something and since i haven't seen it anywhere on the forum i thought i'd post it. Anyways, i was venturing through the fog when a Denizen attacked me, and while it was attacking me i walked under one of the green lights spread across the map and it jumped off and started digging. Then, it looked like it created a teleporter of sorts so i jumped onto it and it teleported me to another one of the green lights. Unfortunately I cannot record this occurinh and I haven't found anything on Youtube but if someone could perhaps test this out? Thanks :D

If the bus driver were a zombie, why are zombies chasing after the bus? Furthermore, if you look carefully you can see barricades on the inside of the bus which is obviously meant to keep zombies out.

The Reason Why Zombies Attack Us
raza416 replied to xXExpertCoahXx's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Before anyone got into the MPD, perhaps their hunger for flesh was controlling them? In the Der Riese radios, we hear a zombie not following commands and begins to run towards Richtofen, perhaps they were plain old zombies before Samantha got into the MPD. -
8 Players.. why it's not bad.. at all
raza416 replied to D3adZombz3's topic in General Zombies Discussion
To add on to this, having 8 players, especially in a "Classic" game mode would mean larger maps and possibly split up players, like there were in Verrückt. Furthermore, map elements would also have to be changed, for example, eight people fighting over a single mystery box wouldn't be practical so perhaps there will be more than one box available? Also an increase in spawn locations for boxes considering how large the maps may be. And obviously, more zombies, which means more zombie spawn points, perhaps different varieties of zombies such as on Shangri-La etc. Thats all i could think of at the moment, add more in when I'm done my homework :D -
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Super-Guide (Update 5/6)
raza416 replied to BlackOpsTiger's topic in Single Player
I agree with this, at 1:50 of the trailer you see two heavily armoured men sitting in a helo and on their chests it says "Secret Service". The secret service protect important US members of the government, either she's the president or someone important. If you look at the chests of the two soldiers on either side of the lady, they both have words on their chests, compare to the trailer at 1:50 -
Hey guys! Just a theory I had, I'm thinking that Tacitus is a Company similar to Lockheed Martin, a company based in the U.S that supplies the US military with aircraft, land vehicles, etc. However, while browsing their site, i happened to come upon a section for "Unmanned Systems". Going through this section, I found something which has a very similar concept to something we've seen very recently. I've always had problems embedding pictures so here's the link, if someone could embed it for me thanks! : http://www.lockheedmartin.com/us/produc ... er_TX.html Anyways, as I was saying, Tacitus could have a contract with the US to supply them with UGV's and UAV's. However, as we found out in the trailer, these vehicles have been turned against the US. I doubt Tacitus is behind this and instead, they were hacked and someone found the "Key" to the lock, the key being a way to control the UAV/UGV's. Well thats the end of my theory, tell me what you guys think :D

Call of Duty: Black Ops II Super-Guide (Update 5/6)

At 1:50 in the video you see two soldiers in a helicopter who are members of the secret service. The president of the united states or some other higher-up could play an important role in the plot? -
Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for iPhone, iPad and iPod
raza416 replied to Covert Gunman's topic in Black Ops
What game is that at the top, first screenshot? Was going to ask the same thing... That's actually really good graphics. Its called Modern Combat 3, pretty solid game, $6.99, awesome multiplayer as well. -
It doesn't cook, it causes necrosis which is the death of cells.
-
Well, if that's the case, then I can only pray it doesn't have splash damage. I cannnot tell you how many times I've died from that damn ray gun and its splash damage. You would think I'd have learned, but it's just so pretty. II used to have splash damage problems, until I consulted a doctor. I recommend you visit him was well. His name is Flopper. LMFAO xD I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist! But as to your theory (Wave Gun made out of Microwave technology), I find it unlikely. Then again, we've been fighting an undead war which at first seemed to just be a bonus level at the end of the campaign and has extended with a backstory for the past 2 year..and now we're on the MOON, so anything is possible. /endseeminglyrunon How is it unlikely you must look at the facts. First of all, notice how similar the ray gun and wave gun look. Secondly, what other type of tech do you know fo that cooks zombies from the inside out? Certainly not fire so must be something else AKA microwave tech
