I think it's a pretty obvious connection. Because... Well... It is a Giant Obviously there's no real proof of there being Giants in Der Riese. We've never really known all of what it was used for though, so we can't be sure. Thinking about Der Riese as a map and a location I can't really think of any areas that would be big enough to house and massive stonking big Diesel-Punk robot! Unless there's a massive holding area in the map that we weren't able to see :P

I think this is bang on yeah. Something odd has happened to time, as shown by Russman's death and then resurrection. Now, I wouldn't be surprised if the "objective" of the Easter Egg is to fix said Rift in Time and get the crew out of this loop. Or at least... They need help.

Really nice job man. Also... Kevin Sherwood just tweeted this post out so... Props to you :D

I love the bots on this game. I love the fact you can play Objective modes too. Played a bit of Capture the Flag the other day, but I went in and turned the spawn delay off. So much fun. Really shows how much better CTF is without the Spawn Delay

Hijacked & Cargo are my two favourites. Love the way those two play out. Worst maps' gotta be Turbine. Can't seem to play well with that map. Maybe it's because I'm not much of a sniper. Ah well :P

I really, really enjoyed this one. The story was absolutely incredible, and when you had to snipe *INSERT SPOILER HERE* and *INSERT SPOILER HERE* has to run up and pull the bag off his face, my heart sunk. That bit was incredible. The whole thing was incredible.

As you can see, pretty big fan of Domination & TDM. Nice to see Domination put into Combat Training. That's gunna be fun :D

Very cryptic. I think we could interpret this as an extended metaphor based around the theme of personification. I would rule out any zoomorphism because of the "two wheels" line. The "wheels" shake this whole thing up and make it more difficult. However, as I said, it could be a metaphor. If they're not literal wheels, then what are they? Possibly just a means of getting around. Transport. When discussing the "I am non-existent" line, I would look much deeper into it than the subject being physically, not there. Perhaps it is a person or animal's sense of un-importance. Or perhaps an object that nobody takes notice of. "I gratify another commodity" is also interesting. Gratifying is pleasing something, indulging it in something. And a commodity is a useful or valuable thing, of which we have two of. At a guess, this riddle is personifying the Bus Stop. In relation to the "two eyes", I really don't know how a bus-stop has two eyes. Perhaps the bus stop is fitted with security cameras, something like that. The "two wheels" line, to me, connotes the Bus/Buses. There could possibly be two buses that circle TranZit so we don't have to wait ages for one to turn up. The Bus stop is talking about its two lives, one where we are in it, and another where we are elsewhere. In one, it is non-existent. Nothing happens. It just stands there and nobody takes any notice of it. However, when we are at the Bus Stop fighting off Zombies, it helps us out as best it can. It "gratifies another commodity". It acts as a place for the bus top possibly re-fuel or for us to fix it up and add parts to it. I link the bus to being the commodity, because it fits in with my idea of there possibly being two buses. That's just my rambling brain spewing things out. The more I read through what I just typed the more I find holes in it. I don't think there are two buses in TranZit. I'm pretty sure there's only one. But hey! There's probably something useful in all my nonsensical babble CCM

Most definitely. I'm gunna buy the DLC anyways, and I might as well just get it in one chunk for a cheaper price. Really liked the way Elite handled that in MW3.

Personally, I'm fine with the amount of info we've got about Zombies. Two Trailers, hints towards new locations and bosses, and the reveal of a new feature! What did we get for WaW? One trailer. What did we get for Black Ops I? Nothing. I mean, GKNOVA6 was incredible, but focused much more on Campaign. We got pretty much no information at all. This year we've got loads. And it's good. :D
-
Yeah, pretty much nothing has been announced expect that it will include all DLC.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a workbench in each section of TranZit. One in the Diner, one in the Farm ETC. The same way there'll more than likely be a Mystery Box in each area, there'll be one Workbench, so you don't have to collect all your pieces then traipse all the way over to the Bus Station, for example, to fix it up into something useful.

What mode in BBOPSII do you think you will play?

Probably gunna focus on TranZit, since that seems to be the main Zombies Campaign we've all been waiting for. Might hit up Survival and Grief a bit if any of my friends are up for it, but I can say about %90 of my time is gunna be spent over in Multiplayer :D -
Nuketown 2025: Where past tense is future perfect

OK. From what I can pick out, the bus is in the same place. Same bus. The display model car we see just beyond the bus is the car by B Domination, the Green house is to our left and the yellow house is to our right. As far as I can see, the garages with the red door has been replaced with further road and railings. This looks promising. This looks like a complete re-imagining of the map. I'm excited, very, very excited :) -
Team Defender is not. Sabotage... I dunno... HQ I'm pretty sure is. Although a re-vamped HQ. Vahn tweeted a few months back asking people's complaints about HQ, and that he's going to make some changes to make it a much better game-mode.

Have any of you thought of this....
ccm404e replied to jjrocks's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Hahaha. You're just clinging onto stuff dude Look... The new characters will be just fine. The original crew have been in 2 games, spanning almost 4 years. I think it's time to let go. I can pretty much guarantee you that the original crew will be in there at some point, to what extent, we don't know. Mentions, hints, nods, CoTD style Easter Egg Cameos? Maybe they will be playable characters at some point. Just... embrace change. And keep this in mind; Treyarch are clever. Very clever. Leaving the story of our heros and their plight on the Moon unanswered would be bad story-telling, and that's just not Treyarch's style. They'll be back. In some form. Just you wait... -
New multiplayer info, emblem creator, prestige, maps...

Shameless Plug, I know, but I rounded up all the info from Hutch and TmarTn and made a video about them. Enjoy unDoT16fdp4 -
Oh, wow! Actually ON the bus. That'd make sense. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL the perks were on the bus. I mean... Imagine having to travel through the entire TranZit map to get back to Quick Revive. Well spotted sir :)

Wow. Surprised how disappointed a lot of you guys are. The old characters will, most likely, pop their heads in at some point. I don't doubt that. I mean, it'd be damn near impossible for Treyarch to progress the story at all without including Richtofen. Honestly, this is everything I hoped for. It's beautiful. The same Zombies we know and love is there, but vastly expanded on. New characters, new guns, new game mechanics, new game modes. This just looks stunning. It really does. I take my hat off to Treyarch right now. They've completely out-done themselves. Everyone just take a moment to pat Treyarch on the back. Well done Treyarch. *pat* *pat* *pat*

I like MW3. I've only really recently gotten tired of it. I thought it was great fun. I've had some brilliant moments on it and thoroughly enjoy it. I think it's a fair argument to say IW took the crown with CoD4, and that Treyarch was really lacking with WaW. It was basically just a re-skin of CoD4, just set in WWII. MW2 Was great, the game surged IW's status again, however, it had some major problems that just never got fixed. I think it's fair to say that the cross-over from MW2 to Black Ops is where Treyarch got ahead of the game. I enjoy MW3, but there are still things that Black Ops added and fixed the IW just blatantly ignored. Death Streaks, Combat Training, Improved character and gun customisation. While MW3 furthered the series in some ways, it was a step back in others, which is unacceptable. From the look of BOII, Treyarch are making all the right decisions. Taking what we know and expect from Multiplayer, those core features, and shaking them all up. The two major changes I can see are Create A Class and Scorestreaks. But... The Internet won't change. People will play the game and by the end of December everybody will be saying "Ah! It's crap! It's just the same as the last one. I'm going back to MW3." I guarantee you. Why this is, I have no idea. I've lived through that phase for MW2, Black Ops & MW3. The "life span" of this game will be 2 months. 2 months and then the Internet will turn on it. But... Just try and enjoy it :)
