It/s perfectly plausible. I mean, activating the EE in Shangri-La changed the time. It's possible something here changes the weather.

Oh Liam. You and your crypticness It's driving us insane!!! :x

To me... That "Perk Machine" looks like a Mail Box. I see it at a similar angle to the Mail Box in the picture I posted. Although another view I have is that we're seeing the back of a brand new Perk Machine. Notice the green glowing disc at the top. Also, don't forget, the Quick Revive Logo has been spruced up for BOII. Who's not to say the Perk Machines themselves have had a little bit of a re-design.

The bus stop clearly says "Bus Terminal" on it. If it were in Berlin, it would be written in German. "Bushaltestelle" Sorry, but I'm pretty sure this is America...
-
Seems likely The thing behind the zombies head seems interesting. You'd need the eyes of a SCAVENGER to see that. BUBARGATOOGHJGIUWJ!!! SCAVENGERS!!! Farm... Bus Stop... WHAT IS IT YOU KNOW!!!
-
Mmm. I think it's pretty certain the map's gunna be in America, but this may point to Nevada, yes. Hmm.
-
In terms of story wise it could possibly make sense 'some people' used that truck to flee nuketown only to crash somehow. That would not only tie Nuketown nicely into the story but it is also possible concievable. Mmmm. I think how relevant Nuketown actually is to the story is something we're going to have to keep a close eye on...
-
Hmmm. Nice find Liam. Could just be a model copy/paste job, or... Hmmm. You start off in Nuketown Zombies, complete the Easter Egg, hop in the removal van and crash in through the walls of a Der Riese look-alike-y catwalk building?
-
I thought the driver was a robot. As soon as I heard him say "Welcome Aboard" I was like... There's something up there. But, there he is. A Robotic Driver And is it just me, or does the 2nd screenshot have a real Der Riese-y feel to it?
-
I saw them two and I was instantly just like, that's Vahn... That's Bunting!!! More games should do this, it's funny. I mean... Imagine looking into a mirrow in Portal 2 and seeing Gabe Newell standing there looking back at you

Not a fan of metal. Never really got into NRTD if i'm honest. I do like Elena & Kevin's stuff however :P
-
Am I the only one getting a Back to the Future sense from this? The 1950s style Diner we were shown, this song... Hmmm Pretty cool though :D
-
I'm up for that. Can't say i'd be with you absolutely all the time 'cause I have a few IRL friends I play CoD with too, but i'm planning on getting to max prestige too. MW3 I stuck at Prestige 1 and just unlocked stuff, this time I plan on getting to max prestige. I have a Mic my K/D in MW3 is 1.02 Sadly i'm from England Weekends maybe? I'll have the game on day one and will be up for Multiplayer all year round As co-op as they come Also, I notice you said you'd want to play a lot of Domination... Well... lololol. 66 Hours good enough? Skype username is Sam404Birch PSN is Retro-Gamer-S Hit me up dude ;D

Precisely. You know what really annoyed me, is when the first Zombies Teaser was put on YouTube. The static TV. It got loads of dislikes and everyone was like "WTF? Blah Blah Blah! Where's our Zombies Trailer? Blah Blah Blah?" I'm just like... Come On! When has anything with Zombies just been given to us upfront? I'm pretty sure the whole point of Zombies is that we haven't got a grasp of much of the story, and it's up to us to piece the little slues we have together. It just wouldn't be the same if the Zombies story was put in a campaign mode where we venture through and learn the story along the way. It's much more fun there being random hints and clues and stuff dotted around the various maps 'n' such.

Are you a CoD fan outside of Zombies?
ccm404e replied to jameslieb1's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I love it all! You see, although Zombies is great fun, and really clever, and just a really great all round experience, it hasn't got anywhere near the durability of Multiplayer. Campaign you can play through once, enjoy the heck outta the story and have a good time. But, once it's done... It's done. I mean, go back through. Re-live it. Get the Intel, Complete the challenges, great! But it's only really a one time play through sort of thing. Zombies, I feel is something you have to play in small doses. Personally, I could not play a game of Zombies every day. Once every few weeks or so, when I have enough friends on. That's me. But the rest of the time is dedicated to multiplayer. I love the heck outta multiplayer, I really do. I don't care what anybody says Call of Duty's Multiplayer is best in class and I have not, to this day, played an online FPS I thoroughly enjoy as much as I do that of Black Ops & MW3. -
What do you expect on Wednesday(zombie reveal)?
ccm404e replied to SirPlasticDucky's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Honestly, I would only expect a trailer, similar to the Multiplayer one. Various shots of the new map, small introduction to the, possible, new team, a glimpse of some new guns, some of the new features in the map shown off, perhaps a little not towards the story element of things. That's all i'm after really :D -
I'm pretty happy to see, what seems to be, a proper Zombie Apocolypse theme going on. Everyday locations, abandoned and destroyed. Looks good. Also, I think THIS map is set in 2025. I mean, what Bus Stops do we see around with massive great big neon signs on them? Just meh 2 cents :P

To me, those lights in the distance are headlights. Like Liam and Waffles have said, it could be a bus, but it's pretty damn hard to distinguish it from the beams of light coming from the headlamps... What I get from a "Vehicle", is that it could be drive-able. I'm pretty sure, from the tiny hints and not the Zombies team have given us, that there's just going to be one map. One very, very large map. I mean, this looks completely different to what we saw in the Behind The Scenes trailer. What we saw there was a built up street, in day time, no fog, no radiation, no nothing. It's possible that could have been a work in progress, but the fact remains that the Street and the "Farm" are two very different locations, more than likely quite a while away from each-other. My guess is that it is a bus. A bus one person can drive, and the other three can look out of and shoot out of. If the map is way more open and much bigger, there's every possibility that running everywhere, or taking a zip-line, would be completely impractical. I think it's perfectly plausible for Treyarch to have stuck a more likely means of transport in there. I would guess it IS drive-able, but you never know. May just be a "Pay Your 3000 Points and enjoy the ride" style jobby. I dunno. Looks promising though. It has a very eerie, Verruckt style feel to it. The red and the fog I mean. This gon be gooooood

Trailer soon! *Now Removed* + NEW TEASER #2
ccm404e replied to DJDerp's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I don't get this whole "Give us everything now! We want a trailer" attitude to this. I'm pretty sure the whole point of Zombies is that nothing, EVER is up front and just given to you. There was no trailer for Black Ops Zombies, although the slip on the website proves there will be a trailer for this Black Ops II. Just, calm yourselves. Pretty sure we'll get a trailer by either the end of this month or through October. A week ago, I would have placed a bet on October, but the recent teasers and Zombies 101 Posts seem to be, almost counting down. I dunno. We'll see :) -
I think the problem is that it's a reflex. It's usually when someone pops up close to you and makes you jump and slam your thumb down on the stick, knifing. It's the action of shooting someone, getting a few shots into them, and then them knifing you that's the issue. That's what needs to be resolved.

Snipers will be fine as long as they don't do a Black Ops on them. Just make them usable and i'll be happy. I'm not a massive sniper, but I want to be able to have the option there to do it, and to enjoy doing it. Not just rage when you're bang on the guy and miss. Also, Quick-Scoping isn't an issue. I think the un-scoped rifles will be fine because of the fact they're un-scoped. People won't be able to complain that it's strictly a long-range weapon, so the haters will have no ground to base their frustrations. Plus, they were fine in World At War. Nobody complained. I'm friggin' stoked to see bolt action rifles return! They're by far my favourite part of World At War.

As far as I can see, you can have up to 6 perks at one time. Two of each colour. But it's up to you how many you assign. Looks as though that Podcast Leak was telling the truth! You know, I think TmarTn summed everything up pretty well. I'd check out his video.

It's only just gone 9am where 3arc are. Give it a few hours. They said morning, so I expect it'll be up before noon
-
You know, you have a point. While I would take supposed "leaked" info with a pinch of salt, the Pentagonal shape is very reminiscent of the 2nd perk slot from Black Ops. Can't say i'm a fan of Bronze colouring though :/

But, whatever. It's just turned 9 at Treyarch Studios, so soon... Soon...
