Nazi zombie map ideas (I could make them...)
PeterTarrant replied to Daveyjone's topic in World At War
If you're still up for making maps I think a map on the top of a skyscraper - based of Highrise perhaps? Would be pretty cool. Or maybe a space station one - with a few big windows looking out into space and lowered gravity? -
Yea like Alpha said - Ray gun is made by Maxis Wunderwaffe made by Richtofen. And from the quotes by Richtofen in Kino the Thundergun is also created by Maxis. The Version 2 of the Raygun - was developed by 'Porter'? IDK but they are all German. I'm guessing the Winter's Howl was developed by American scientists in the Pentagon labs?

ECHELON is a name used in global media and in popular culture to describe a signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis network operated on behalf of the five signatory states to the UK–USA Security Agreement (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, known as AUSCANNZUKUS).[1][2] It has also been described as the only software system which controls the download and dissemination of the intercept of commercial satellite trunk communications.[3] ECHELON was reportedly created to monitor the military and diplomatic communications of the Soviet Union and its Eastern Bloc allies during the Cold War in the early 1960s, but since the end of the Cold War it is believed to search also for hints of terrorist plots, drug dealers' plans, and political and diplomatic intelligence.[citation needed] The system has been reported in a number of public sources.[4] Its capabilities' and political implications were investigated by a committee of the European Parliament during 2000 and 2001 with a report published in 2001,[5] and by author James Bamford in his books on the National Security Agency of the United States.[3] In its report, the European Parliament states that the term ECHELON is used in a number of contexts, but that the evidence presented indicates that it was the name for a signals intelligence collection system. The report concludes that, on the basis of information presented, ECHELON was capable of interception and content inspection of telephone calls, fax, e-mail and other data traffic globally through the interception of communication bearers including satellite transmission, public switched telephone networks (which once carried most Internet traffic) and microwave links.[5] Bamford describes the system as the software controlling the collection and distribution of civilian telecommunications traffic conveyed using communication satellites, with the collection being undertaken by ground stations located in the footprint of the downlink leg

Well what I was thinking is this - maybe 6 regular zombie maps on the game, but also more added as DLC, perhaps double the amount per year as we get with Black Ops. A custom/private match lobby to change difficulty and settings and also a different leaderboard for each mode. Different modes - like Co-op, Versus etc. Different maps were you could be seperated like Verruckt, but perhaps all 4 in different places and whoever reaches power room 1st wins? IDK.. Modes where you can have more than 4 players. An online multiplayer section where you fight each other while waves of zombies come at you aswell... AND a solo storymode that will explain all the secrets etc...

PeterTarrant replied to Hanz_123's topic in Black Ops
I have to agree with Pandaman - Dmitri's death has to be the worst :L -

But to me the chat is one of the main reasons I keep to this site - the ability to chat with other members and friends is a pretty good thing for a forum and I really don't want chat to go But I guess it's not me paying for bandwidth and looking after the site and your points were undeniable so I guess it'll have to go.... Perhaps try a poll just to see what people think on the matter?

In a few days I'm gonna pull out the old WAW disc and play through some of the old maps to look for anything new, we know they added that radio showing there travel to Kino on Shi No Numa, and I wanna check for any other new stuff that we may have missed, I dont wanna be on my own though and will post any findings. If you are interested please message me, or add me on PSN I'm called lordmidgit Also if anyone has a capture card to record this that would be very cool :)

Hey, a lot of people on chat have been asking how do I change the colour of my name, so I will show you, you need to be in a group, some are easy to enter, while others require commitment and maturity to the site, and others will be impossible for you to get. Orange for if you live in the UK. Pink for if you are a female. Blue for if you write an article on a zombie topic for the homepage. Violet for if you donate to the site. Yellow PS3 Ambassador, a moderator for the PS3 section of the forums and well respected. Dark Green for moderators. Cyan for the User Of The Month - elected by members. Dark Orange for affiliates, or Treyarch Developers. Purple For CovertGunman - the Community Manager. Red for Carbonfibah and Shri046 - developers and administrators of the site. Grey for forum dwellers - spend a lot of time on the site and make useful and helpful topics/posts. Light Green for veterans - had an account on the old forum. Blue for Survivors - active on the forum for a whole year. I hope you found this useful!

Operation Ω - "Victory cannot be achieved without sacrifice"
PeterTarrant replied to mallen23's topic in Ascension
I don't think just walking into a zombie to get killed is much of a sacrifice, if this is really what you need to do then I would suggest Cooking a grenade and taking 'em all down with you! It seems more fitting and might be why this isn't working. -
Nice, good research here, good work! [brains]

An Invincible crew for a 'Five' esque Map
PeterTarrant replied to NukaColaClear's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Mine: Duke Nukem, Sergei - from Vorkuta, Sackboy - well DEERRRR, and of course the mighty PETER TARRANT! I don't think Chuck Norris should be in as all the other teammates are nothing in comparison, and zombies would run away so it would be no fun lol. -
Just like other maps, I think around 60% will be recycled so we are probably seeing something similiar, or aspects of it every time we play...
