I should rephrase the sending thing, I mean't to say that the group was never at verruckt, and that they were all most likely sent to Der Riese from where they were captured. Read this viewtopic.php?f=67&t=11861 I posted things there regarding the original characters, verruckt, etc
-
The poems are indeed from Verruckt according to the Terminal. The CoTD rados never talk about sending the entire group anywhere. It says they sent a spy somewhere, but never the original characters. All it says is that Richtofen has the original characters and are experimenting on them.

So you think that real life giovani is related to real life john which is the equivalent to video game John because they wanted to expose truth? So the characters would basically record themselves knowing that someone would search for them, and weird beings are trying to communicate with the players? Do I have that right because that was super complex
-
From what I have heard, Treyarch confirmed NDT is the second outbreak. What I am baffled by is how you know John lived a normal life, the comms from SNN, etc.
-
That would be super cool, I saw that post and it's an Italic V symbolizing Vodka, which I would assume Castro has a lot of :P

If I were you, I'd change the title of your post to something more capturing. When people see Jungle Ferns, they don't think of ferns on the map jungle, they think of ferns in the jungle, so something like "Exact Fern and Temple Positioning on Jungle" or something like that. Just a tip.
-
Other evidence is basically that on the campaign mission Crash Site, they say "welcome to paradise" and there are similar ferns and temples on the map.
-
Lol, I'd say so. Not to mention I heard there were teddy bears on top of boxes and other stuff representing zombies, so maybe were all being fooled and this is the next map.
-
Have you not seen the other posts about how they say welcome to paradise, have the same ferns, and the same temples in the campaign mission Crash Site? I do agree that this is a very awesome find, but I think that more evidence lies elsewhere. Of course I saw the other posts, but what I meant is that this pics is undeniably the best proof for the localisation of the map. Oh, gotcha. This is basically the only picture of a fern and a temple together that we have. So not a bad find at all.

According to Bowling, any art not posted by him isn't the real deal because they didn't even but the IW logo on the art.
-
Well the other picture that is on the Der Riese board with Kino and CoTD is a picture of France, but many (including me) have kind of discounted that map as a possibility.

According to the Terminal, the marines didn't die when Dempsey was captured. The wrote poems about the experience. But personally I agree with ZombicidalManic. I think it was just to modernize it and just get the old characters in the maps. Nothing really changed as far as Easter Eggs go, so I don;t think them being there in Black Ops truly effects the storyline.

I would love it if it was an EE, but frankly, them making NDU was purely because they wanted something else in the game, I don't think they had the ideas of EE in NDU. I could be wrong, but I don't think they thought that in-depth with that map.
-
That's a pretty solid find man! If that was a man, we would need to find evidence about Paradise in Jungle.
-
If it were so addicting the 12yr olds would have stayed I just don't like the map, it's good, it's well thought out and put together, I just don't like it.
-
You aren't incorrect in saying that Der Riese was so epic. I think that if they don't ad something huge next map to the story (not necessarily on Der Riese magnitude(, they might lose some fans.
-
Post an image so we can get an idea of what your talking about?

Richtofen must be getting suspicious of Takeo
Tac replied to Mr Dr Prof Richtofen's topic in Ascension
Thats very possible....and probably true. But I still don't understand the Takio Death Date thing. These guys are all from WW2 which means they were alive in 1939-1945 at least. Then they teleported to the 60's. So if Takio's date of death is in the 70's that means they survived Ascension and either teleported back in their original time and grew old, or they just stayed in the 60's and Takio just died in the 70's of natural causes or killed by Richtofen. Or they teleported to the 70's to somewhere else and he died in a zombie map. But those are just some ideas. There's endless possibilities to what could have happened. Not sure if this was posted, didn't feel like going through several pages. But, if his death date was in the 70's, then how did he survive when they teleported to CoTD in present time? -
100% Agreed. I really like zombies for the story now, and with the new maps, it's just gone downhill. Since Der Riese, I haven't gotten truly truly excited about a map. CoTD made me happy for the singular aspect of the radios, it has caused tones of speculation about Peter, which I am enjoying, but it's just not as epic anymore :(

I know it's no-clip, or ufo mode, pends on mod kit, but you must have a jtag to do it on xbox, gpd modding doesn't work with DLC content, you have to use an ISO mods. My friend has one, but I doubt he cares to do it, he only like doing it if he can sell lobbies. Oh you mean on consoles, gotcha. Well then, like ya said, you need a J-TAG :P

After completing the Easter Egg, this map doesn't seem to have a high replay value to me. Reasons: 1. Your ammo situations are based off complete luck due to no monkey, dog, etc round giving you ammo. (Sure there are more drops in the game, but they aren't always ammo. 2. There isn't anything fancy with the PaP, there is no process to go through to get there, like switching DEFCON or blasting rockets, you just look where the light is pointing. 3. While George may be easy, he can still just be hassle. When running loops he gets in your way, etc. I understand he's easy, but sometimes easy things can still be frustrating. 4. Being an avid Nazi Zombies storyline addict, this map truly added nothing to me. I know the entire thing back-and-forth and other than select radios, this map was useless IMO to the backdrop. I don't really care where the next Map Pack is going to be, but I just really want it to have a higher replay value. Comment with your thoughts on the map and whether you think it has a relatively high/low replay value! Regards, Tac

It's not J-Tagging, it's no-clipping with the PC mod kits that came with the game. But no I don't have one. :(

I'm the NEWEST example of a WWK Researcher :D
-
So I remember when carbon asked at the end of January if anyone wanted any help with WWK Research on Kino, Five, and Dead Ops. I was wondering if there is anything going on with WWK now? I feel I could be pretty insightful.
