Why would it never happen? I know people on Reddit are saying it's for legal reasons but as stated above, that doesn't make much sense. No, I don't think they're coming back, but I don't think the legality plays any part.

I think with Black Ops 3, there's plenty to add now haha. @Doppelgänger My apologies for never responding, too many threads to work on ha. I would like to work on this again though, now that school is winding down. Stay tuned, woot woot!

I'm torn on the comic books, partially because I didn't look a ton into them but mainly because it's been so long since we've had them (Buried was the last?). Kino could make sense as the first one, so I'm with you there. The screen for NDU seems to be completely unrelated, so yeah I think it would probably be placed later (but that could be anywhere haha). As for the Verruckt screen, it's different? You described my feelings quite well. I have little interest in the side quest until it's over, so I don't care when it's completed haha. All about those radios and scraps. You've stumped me on the nature of the Rift portals, I can't think of why he would be using the teleporter (unless it was just sheer idgaf, which is something I could see from him). As for whose blood, oh man the possibilities are endless. I genuinely can't even speculate haha. Finally, for coming back, that too is peculiar. I don't want to give any credence to the idea that there's more to the EE, but I think there's certainly more to find.

@Monopoly Mac @BlindBusDrivr Us three used to go rounds and rounds about the pre-Shi No Numa intel and what it could all mean. Just as a heads up, this intel is about the World at War NDU, not the Black Ops NDU, so if there were a second outbreak, the second outbreak would be World at War NDU, not Black Ops NDU. Also for a while, we tried to say that this meant NDU was the second outbreak, which didn't make sense to us because we thought that was Verruckt. Short answer, we concluded that it doesn't mean anything unless they give us some reason to reconsider it. Those were dark times when we had to refer to those haha.

I worked for a long time to try and show that perhaps three of them survived the attack and one of them died, namely JFK. And then his doppelganger was assassinated by Mason, and the country would never know. It's always been my favorite by-no-means-canon theory.
