  1. I see a wolf's head for sure. But if I look at it another way I see a devil/werewolf face with horns and a goatee, smiling at me. The general shape looks like a 6-pointed star to me.
  2. No worries just something I thought I'd ask, my curiousity got the best of me. So that means that as of now, we have still yet to actually see Fluffy, just her offspring, yes?
  3. "I promise to destroy every last remnant of 935!" - vox_plr_2_quest_step8_9 So with these ghosts, they infest their own physical bodies and believe they are alive, so they go through the cycle and die again and their spirits realize they are actually dead, until they infest their bodies again. One question though, how do their bodies get back to Alcatraz Island if we end our lives on the Bridge with the electric chairs? Sorry for not understanding that part, haven't played much of the map. That's just a question I have. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea of them being ghosts all along, but overall the theory makes lots of sense, as more arises in my brain I can add more to this thread in the form of questions, comments, etc. :)
  4. So I want to bring something up here. We all know the story of Fluffy so I won't get into detail, but I want to know the chances of this Cerberus being Fluffy, or something of the likes. We know the Hellhounds appear in plenty of maps, some people believing them to be the offspring of Fluffy, but do you believe that this is true or are the Hellhounds just replications of the same dog, Fluffy? Dr. Maxis: Come back here! Samantha. Stop her! Easy. Come here Samantha. Good girl. Gently Samantha. That's not Fluffy anymore. We must get out of here.
  5. I'm going to have to lock this thread, because we have a thread for this exact thing: viewtopic.php?f=149&t=30877 Feel free to copy and paste your OP into that thread if you would like.
  6. I'm definitely thinking that hole goes to Hell
  7. How did I never see this thread? I love you Fated!!!
  8. Can someone post a picture of the hole perhaps?
  9. The only similarity I can really see is the whole in the axe blade itself, very interesting.
  10. I would be more than willing to help you out if you want to PM or whatever, sounds like a fun idea :D
  11. I do strongly believe the Vril-ya are evil, or at least a certain faction of them. As for the name, Satan, Lucifer, and the Devil all work for me.
  12. Trust me I've been wondering that, I don't get it at all.
  13. Alright I'll change it for you. See I agree, but here's my evidence. If we really felt inclined to, we could find 15 different eligible names, since hell is a widely used name for the underworld. However, 666 is brought up a few times in the game as well, and that (from what I read) is basically Christian-exclusive, so I propose Devil, Satan, or Lucifer, whichever one prefers to use.
  14. What would you recommend it be changed to? I personally believe we are dealing with a certain religion here, Christianity.
  15. First off, I want to say that this is very well written and I love every second of reading it, exceptional job you've done here. Now keep in mind that I have yet to play the game far enough to actually confront Brutus, so I know VERY VERY little about him. Just throwing that out there ahead of time. Now, onto my comments. My original theory was that whoever the announcer in this map is, say Satan, is actually one of the voices in Richtofen's head. He was power hungry, and when Sam took over, he needed someone else to take over the pyramid so he could indirectly regain his power. We have very similar ideas, however this theory of yours is very plausible and I like it a lot, probably more than my own haha. The name they chose is very interesting. Brutus is by no means a common name, so the parallel between the old Roman story makes perfect sense. Very well done, I'm intrigued to see if something more can be added into this once more is found out. This is what I think, I feel like he's the Warden. The Warden's office has some creepy creepy things in it and Brutus is the biggest and baddest Zombie around, so I think it fits. I think MurderMachineX was referring to FatedTitan. However, that doesn't mean yours wasn't great, because I thoroughly enjoyed it. :)
  16. Very good so far! Let me add to this, the character biographies released by Treyarch: GQEH4hCFSi0
  17. Could this really be the same Nikolai? I couldn't imagine it was, I mean how would he get into someone's head? He was in politics at this time, so I don't know. A quick search yielded nothing relating the name to Satan, the Devil, or demons of any sort, so perhaps it is.

Yeah it seems like he is for sure hearing voices. There's many theories right now on who the voices are, but I'm more intrigued as to how he got the voices in his head. I feel like there's more to Brutus than meets the eye, lots of theories floating around right now.
  19. One of the few people who write guides out in detail, thank you very very much!

This is something I have been trying to figure out. The Tower of Babel has no true Satanic references, the place the painting derived from doesn't either, so it may just be reused textures or I'm missing something.
  21. Yeah I have to update my thread, thank you for reminding me!!
  22. I agree completely, there's essentially no evidence at all for there being 115 related to this map.

Well reincarnation seems to be a theme at play here. The original characters always come back and they know they did something, but just don't know what, it's like they are having deja vu. So I definitely think it could mean something, so I'd say keep working at it :)
  24. Beat me to it! You dog :P

No. Why would we ever see Brutus again? He's a completely unimportant character and it's obvious that all he meant was that he'd be respawning within a couple of rounds... nothing more. He's not a completely unimportant character. He's vital for the EE as he reveals to the characters the numbers they need to enter plus shows them the truth of the story. Yes, in gameplay he can be annoying and is clearly there to make our lives hell but his character is important for the story. So is he the one that says "So you want to know the truth..." in the deep deep voice that makes me want to cry?
