Huh? Can you provide a picture?
-
The best thing to do, in my opinion, is just be active on the site and you'll pick up on stuff. Getting all your information from one place is a bad way to do things, either find multiple (like a lot) stories to read. I've never fully supported any story thread, not even mine, because there are always flaws. But yeah, there's no real way to feed you the perfect story, you just need to be active and you start to pick up on it all. The story itself isn't hard, but there is a lot behind the conclusions made and THAT'S what you need to know, not the story written out.

I've got a feeling that they were going to find, capture, harm, or even kill Richtofen. When they arrived, they were overtaken by Zombies and were forced to work with him to stay alive.
-
How are we positive, or at least know, that the Americans were making a replica?
-
They are two completely separate Asylum's. I advise no one to such a thing, please. When we move the site back over, it would be horribly time consuming to go through all the reposted threads and merge them together. I am heavily against the idea, didn't mean to sound like a dick though :)

Brook Agnew on Hollow Earth:: Must Hear for Theorists
Tac replied to Faust's topic in Story Discussion
Good post Faust, I will definitely need to check out that video. With Stuhlinger having a Hollow Earth quote or two, I feel like it's hard to deny its involvement in one way or another. My post from July 2011, which includes the picture PINNAZ posted: Nazi Expedition into Hollow Earth -
Part of me has always liked the idea of it being a reference to Children of the Corn, but the most likely answer is that it's just for the ambiance of the map.
-
I was 100% agreeing Tac but he's trying to prove it's real. He wants to add people to show it. I'm not defending him, I'm saying if it's fake, he's going a long way to prove it's not fake.. That's exactly why I haven't locked the thread yet. If people here all believed it I'd lock it, but everyone is catching on so there's no harm done by letting try and explain.
-
This has been altered with the audio file put on top of this video clip, in my opinion. Unless it can be replicated by another source, maybe a few more, I'm calling fake. This hasn't been heard in any sound files or by anyone in the game that I've heard of. I won't lock this thread, but I'm keeping an eye on it.

I edited the original post because the author did a triple post, so I added them into one and deleted the others. Also, please upload proof of this quickly s the thread isn't locked :)

Proof of BREN tower and nuketown bus?
Tac replied to Marty Mcdempsey's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Is this the complex you are referring to? viewtopic.php?f=100&t=26174&p=253889 -
I should lock this thread. Everything you posted should have been posted in your other thread, there was by no means any reason post a part 2. I will let this one slide, but anymore topics from you about this will be locked. Just a warning. Now, to contribute to this thread, could this quote be about the man holes or what the heck is it referring to? "Darkened hole in a cliff, just ahead." - Bus Driver on Green Run
-
In regards to this, I will quote Shooter's excellent description of this:
-
"New route learned. Cross-referencing mapping software. Automatic Route Guidance still in effect." - Bus Driver in Green Run He definitely has some sort of mapping software that uses route guidance, so GPS is the most likely. As for the general idea of tracking the position of objects, we know it has been around for decades. Sputnik 1 launched from Russia in 1957 with the ability to track a location based on its radio frequency and the NAVY launched satellites in the 1960s for tracking submarines. The governments official GPS system is confirmed by TIME as being 1973, as Wikipedia states.
-
The author of the original post said it was his own idea and did not try and pass it as a leak. Because of that, this thread is going to be locked. I apologize for any inconvenience and if anyone would like to discuss it further, feel free to contact me. EDIT: After talking with the OP, I'm going to unlock the topic to allow further discussion on his second point he brought up: Post away, fellow slayers :)
-
I believe the same. I mean the bus license plate says 1960, which would fit with No Man's Land sign says 1960 as well, seeing as how they are the same time. However, there is the USSR State Quality Mark, not established until 1967, and a sign from Chernobyl, not occurring until 1986. There is some sort of time-warp here. EDIT: If the OP, Zaminic, doesn't mind, can you change the title of this thread to Green Run instead of Tranzit? I only ask because Green Run is the map we're talking about, not the game mode, TranZit. :)
-
This is my belief as well. A nationally known and respected bus company would never program such things into their robotic drivers. Plus, and I suppose this can be attributed to reused texturing, but the identical shade of blue for the eyes can't be completely discounted, in my opinion. The red eyes are interesting, as it can signify he's not always under the control of Richtofen's blue eyes. I think there is some sort of intervention by Richtofen, but I don't understand it completely just yet.

Thats a good point, stiener did escape and although he is linked to nova6 theres no proof he was a member of group 935 as far as i can remember? Which adds to the point all the scientists at der riese were all sworn to kill themselves incase of attack via cyanide pills (the only ones not included that didnt die at the der riese outbreak were those loyal to richtofen on the moon base, but as we know they met the same fate) You are correct in saying there is no absolute proof. With that said, however, there are heaps of circumstantial evidence. On the Project Nova campaign screen, it states that Steiner is a part of the Wunderwaffe Program and one can notice that it discusses all of the Wunderwaffe's in Germany, including Die Glocke, which I'm sure you've heard of. "Element 115, Wunderwaffles, Die Glocke, ah fuck it let's just go kill some freakbags!" - Tank Dempsey in Der Riese I'm unaware if you've read my other thread, but I encourage you to check it out: http://callofdutyzombies.com/vBulletin/ ... amp-Russia True, and i do agree about the location, however why would german soldiers and scientists be writing american locations on the wall in blood? That always sat wrong with me (im rather a stickler for details in some respects) Also as for the raygun, the only way the americans could have it was one of 3 ways as shi no numa was german occupied japanese base 1. Peter sent the scematics before he died there 2. Maxis shared information with hes contacts in america (much like he was working with the russians with the thundergun) 3. Richtofen gave the information himself to the illuminati when he was working for them Shi No Numa has an unknown location, so it is unknown where it sat. However, the characters say Japan. The only land the Japanese lost during the entirety of the war, up until their surrender, was the Korean Peninsula (from what I can find), so unless Shi No Numa is there, the map has always been under Japanese control. My personal theory is Manchuria: http://callofdutyzombies.com/vBulletin/ ... ured-There I think that the Americans got the schematics after going through Dr. Maxis' entire computer system data servant, Datenbedjensteter. After Rebirth Island, where we kill Steiner, the terminal states that the Americans received most, if not all, of the database. I am unable to sticky this thread because many threads have come in and out of here that got the juices flowing, so it wouldn't be fair to the others. Plus, with as many replies as it is getting, there is no need. However, if it begins to die down, I can move it to the Asylum where there are less threads so it will almost always be recognized. :)

Clearing things out about the timeline...
Tac replied to zombie_exterminator's topic in General Zombies Discussion
False. Turning off magic in the game settings take away perks. False. The characters have plenty of quotes about how the power ups come from Sam, making them perfectly involved in the story. Weapons aren't canon, end of story. -
We've been through this time and time again. This thread will be locked until the original poster sends a staff member this video he's uploading. If it is sufficient proof of his claims, the video will be added into the OP and the thread will be unlocked. If the video does not arrive or is a hoax, my post will be updated to reflect such things.

This map is difficult to decipher. We've got Grief Mode between the CIA and CDC, as well as survival. I'd almost say that they arrived separately in group, like survival. Then the other branch came and they fought, reflecting Grief. Then they may have died or something, I don't know, and our four characters arrive and TranZit occurs right then.

Hopefully this thread will help you, if you have any further comments just post there: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=26572 Thanks for understanding! :D
