  1. No problem, I'm glad you like it! If you have any questions or comments just ask!
  2. I also think that that character in the portrait might be the Mexican subject, however I also think it might be Brock from Shangri-La. We all had expected this to be a new characters, or possibly the Mexican test subject referenced in the Call of the Dead radios, but I have a new theory. In Shangri-La, after completing the Easter Egg, Takeo makes a rather peculiar quote. That sounds pretty crazy to me, we have what appears to be a direct reference to the old portrait. I am not sure of everything it means, but one of the characters that comes back to life in the Easter Egg is Brock. He makes a direct mention of Agartha, so he knows of the place. While I admit it isn't exactly a concept that was under wraps back then, he seems to know a lot about Zombies, since he was so calm when they arrived, and Agartha and the stories behind it. Perhaps he was an older Group 935 member from Britain, since they did allow foreigners inside the group! I don't think it is too far off to think that maybe after Group 935 was cancelled due to the Reichstag shutting it down and the war ending, the Brock maybe went back to Britain, England, or wherever his country of origin is and continued research. Then years later he attempted to fulfill his research and then Zombies end up coming after him. Remember that Maxis told Sam to kill all members of 935? Well Sam's way of killing them is to send Zombies after them.

Good to see a new face around here! You mention that you're into theories, which is awesome since I am too! Head on over to any of the theory sections listed below and feel free to add whatever insight you'd like! - If you're newer to the story, the Training Facility is best. - If you think you have a rather strong grasp on the story essentials, Research Facility for you. - For the ultimate Zombies theorist, the Asylum will test all you know. Enjoy your stay at CoDz!

  9. Well there is always the Jersey Devil, which is a legendary creature that supposedly is shaped like a kangaroo, has the head of a dog, wings like a bat, horns, small arms, clawed hands, hooves, and a forked tail. Haha quite the animal, and I always thought a Liger was intense The legend originates from a myth that said if a witch named 'Mother Leeds' had a 13th child it'd be the Devil. When the child was born, it was a normal human until it changed form into the description above, having a blood-curdling scream and killing Mother Leeds followed by flying out the chimney and escaping, never to be seen again until 1890. From there, there has been multiple supposed sightings of the creature.
  10. They will come down the stairs from the power room if you have got the gate to the left of the power switch open, the one that leads to the stairs that has the hole in the wall. That's the only way for monkey's to come from the stairs above Juggernog.
  11. There is no solo Easter Egg unfortunately. I am a solo-only player due to my lack of high speed internet and I would have found it already, as would have many of other people. They have checked the coding, they have checked everything and there is no implications towards there being a solo EE. Now onto the next thing, please stop twisting Treyarch's words into saying we missed something. They specifically mentioned the mountain range when saying we missed something, so I don't understand why you leave that part out and continue to mislead other users into attempting to find something they never hinted at. I'm sorry if this sounded mean, it's just late and I'm tired. :P
  12. In terms of the story, it is hard to tell if iOS zombies is canon. By canon, that just means whether it holds weight or not. Some people like to use the Peter's Grave Easter Egg on Shi No Numa to further their idea that Peter is the hanging man on the console, and while that might be true, it doesn't explain how Richtofen gets turned into a zombie in Nacht der Untoten. It is all very touchy and I'd love to say that we can include the Peter EE and exclude the Richtofen EE, but that seems irresponsible so I usually just exclude the entire iOS as proof for anything story wise.

  14. All of the maps are in order, none are out of place. I think that Moon is the beginning of the Zombies apocalypse and Ascension, as said, is the beginning of the countdown. Starting in Ascension, his master plan begins to take shape and he realizxes what he must do and how it has to be done. He plots with the voices in his head and they direct him which ways to go to get what he needs and by the time the rockets launch on the Moon, the apocalypse has began.
  15. :o I missed the poster?? BUMMER! That really sucks, perhaps I can find it on ebay or something. But I am excited to see what else they've got for us, at least this one doesn't expire. I'm just waiting to see the Hardened and Prestige editions of the game. When did they announce Black Ops'?

    Alien barrels

I think that over 20 years of the crawlers' existence in Kino, the NOVA 6 strain inside them has weakened thus doing minimal damage to our body. All chemicals and the effects of them weaken with age, and 20+ years would make the NOVA 6 gas inside the crawlers relatively harmless.
  17. They hinted at taking the nuances of Wager Matches and implementing that, so I'd like to see that stuff, that'll be sweet. As for the Zombies Spec Ops, I think that would be super fun because it changes up the way we play. I can't tell for sure how much they will want to stray from the standard gameplay features because they harp on that a lot, how they want to stick to core gameplay mechanics, but with new game modes it wouldn't surprise me to see them switch it up a bit.
  18. I totally think that this basically confirms that we'll be in NJ, now to figure out the implications in terms of zombies.
  19. Welcome to CoDz, I think you're gonna like it here! We have hard-working, dedicated people here and it's just a really fun community, I hope you enjoy your stay!

  21. Phew, that takes a lot of stress and worry off my head haha. And I agree, I thought I was gonna sound insane when I posted this but it is nice to see that others do actually agree me on this so it feels a lot more rewarding knowing that I was thinking logically and coherently :P
  22. Ya the part about it not making sense mining on earth makes ... sense. I always thought it was some impact site that they were digging in. But going off this theory explains a lot. Yeah I had thought so at first but it seemed like it goes pretty well with the theory so I decided to include it. And it really does open up a whole lot of doors for the story, I'm really excited to see what else they have hidden. Also, I hope you don't think I stole your work or anything because given that I was after you I assume people will think that, but I want to put it out there that I didn't.
  23. Haha I guess I wasn't the only one thinking along these lines. viewtopic.php?f=100&t=22842
  24. It would obliterate whatever it hit and certainly, in my opinion, move anything that wasn't hit just based off of the vibration and the impact alone.
  25. By hole, do you mean we have a sort of entrance and exit wound on Earth? Like it's now ruptured all the way through? I can't be sure. On the image above, in the OP, you can see a huge round-ish black hole. Now, I can't be sure which of the following has occurred: - The hole goes all the way through the Earth and is showing the outer space behind the Earth, given the size of the explosion and how some of the red mist looks like it's coming from behind the Earth. - The hole is just an entrance wound as we only blew the crust off of that section of the Earth, revealing the insides. It is one of the two in my eyes, but I can't tell which I believe more.
