My personal belief is that when you watch the rockets, you see only 3 places get hit. Yes, they are hit big, but I believe they didn't get close enough to Area 51 to effect them.

Hey there! It is great to see more people on the site and I am glad you want to get into the storyline! You came at just the right time because the storyline section has started kicking again and we are having a good time debating! I really really appreciate that I was able to influence you to come on the site and if you have any questions about the story, just send me a message! I hope your stay is great :)

New breakthrough in SNN location! [UPDATE]
Tac replied to Matuzz's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Unless SNN was a Unit 731 facility working on biological weapons and human experimentation. I will quote a line from Takeo's biography. -
There have been some staff changes. Faust has become a moderator, I and a few others are now Dwellers, the usergroups are being removed and replaced with medals (except staff), and that is the major stuff. This and other things were discussed in out staff meeting, which you can view all the results of right here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=19994 And welcome back! Things have gotten a bit dry, but the Research is still on fire between BlindBusDrivr, MurderMachineX, nayrc, MixMasterNut, MonopolyMac, Zombieofthedead and I.

New breakthrough in SNN location! [UPDATE]
Tac replied to Matuzz's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Interesting. I personally believe that Shi No Numa is in Manchuria, China, but that is just me. -
In my opinion, the Americans never really ransacked Kino. I mean maybe since they have the Thundergun, but as you say, in the Terminal there is nothing about a theater. I think that they could have easily gotten everything anywhere else. But the Thundergun does confuse things. As for Project Thunder, it was a different version of the Thundergun. I believe that the Thundergun was included in Kino as more of a last second thing because he mentions the DG-3, but we basically already have that. On top of that, in the opening radio for Kino, he asks what happened to the little girl (Sam). But we know that way before that, Sam went into the pyramid, so to me, Kino is just one of those maps that makes no sense. At the latest, Ascension happens in November of 1963. The Fernsehturm wasn't even near completion in late 1968, so Kino is just the most confusing map EVER. I think that the 1975 are either actually reading like '35, or they are just there to be there. The thing with time is that when you time-travel, you automatically enter a new dimension. So technically a parallel dimension is already happening. I have seen the posters for myself and heard his argument and it makes no sense. No offense to Faust, I love him more than most, but his argument doesn't make all that much sense. To be honest, it is not implied that he did any plays there at all. As for the pictures, I just think it means recognition. If Kino was a 935 base, then it is not surprising that the assistant researcher would have a poster of himself in the base. I think that is more just really confusing than actually not happening.

The Different Zombies Universes (Plus Time and Location of Each Map)
Tac replied to Tac's topic in General Zombies Discussion
That is very true actually, I will do that now. -
actualy theres a transmission i foud where the COTD team and dempseys team teamed up and richtofen found the rod and hid it in his clothes and dempsey asked him what that whas doing in his clothes (cause it stuck out) and he said it was nothing they were planning on going to the moon then because they thought it was safer than earth but the rod altered the transporter and sent them to ascension That would make sense except that Call of the Dead is after Ascension, so they technically went from Ascension to Call of the Dead to Shangri-La. Richtofen still needed to get the Focusing Stone from Shangri-La so he purposefully sent all of them there.

To clear things up, K1llsteelr and I were talking about different things haha, so that might cause any confusion to be fixed up. I still believe however that the containers in the intel are the containers that we see in Kino. The radios can be viewed in full right here: http://bit.ly/llSwUy

I personally have not seen the contents of the barrels on the ship, I assume they are different if you think that they are not the same. In the intel, there are things about how they are storing things inside the containers to test the environment and conditions. I believe that the containers they speak of are the barrels with the creatures in them, because he suggests moving to human subjects. Because of that, I believe the containers to store monkeys. We know they used to do that kind of thing.

The Gersch Device and FIVE Teleporters
Tac replied to ERich935's topic in General Zombies Discussion
A little over a week ago I actually made a thread on this exact topic, refer to the link below! The True Gersch and Teleporters Connection viewtopic.php?f=53&t=19697 -
Let's take a second look at the Ascension loading screen...
Tac replied to MixMasterNut's topic in Moon
That rocket design team consists of the following people, as well as there job when they worked for the Ascension Group. Some are blank because I was unable to read. Dr. Mikhail Ivanov - Computer Systems Engineer Dr. Gavril Petrov - Launch Facilitator Dr. Stefan Fedorov - Chief ICBM Weapon Directive Executive Dr. - Dr. Viktor Vasiliev - Dr. Boris Titov - Nuclear Fission Engineer -
Let's take a second look at the Ascension loading screen...
Tac replied to MixMasterNut's topic in Moon
Not sure if anyone noticed, but those schematics in FIVE aren't the actual schematics for Ascension rockets, or at least the rocket is modified. The one in the schematic has an antennae on the top of it, but the one in Ascension has no antennae. Just thought I'd throw this in :D -
I am personally for teams. It makes it so that people who don't care so much for the storyline can join some great players and play some fun games of teh Nazi Zombies. My opposition towards it is as follows: There are people who cannot join because they are not good enough yet to reach the requirements, which is fine in itself, however my understanding is that we all want people to be active and join. Sadly, they can't yet because they aren't good enough which turns them away. If a person cannot join a current team, they try and make there own, which doesn't go over well in the community because "we already have teams." Der Atzi tried to do this and some people got angry at him for it. Because of that, it makes it seem like there are people who are trying to monopolize the team "empires," as some like to call it, and then that makes them angry, resulting in people leaving, which has already started to happen. I hope this is what you meant and I hope this was calm and professional I am not against teams, just reforming them. My idea is that you should have maybe 3 tiers to every team, everyone starts out where they can fit and eventually they can work there way up.

What is your Favorite Wonder Weapon and Why?
Tac replied to maineiacs's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Lol like the last time I commented, like 5 months ago, I still have yet to use the WunderWaffe, so my vote stays with the Thundergun! -
The reason that the statement "TEAMS ARE NOT GOING AWAY FOREVER" is being reinforced is because people sit here and STILL say, "It is really dumb they are getting rid of teams." It's as if they are skipping over everything the mods are saying and are being completely ignorant. It is understood that this is a discussion thread, but when everyone has to drop everything to re-explain to some people that teams aren't going away, it makes them and their cause look worse and worse because they aren't listening.

The Nazi Zombies storyline is very confusing, but no where has it perfect. If you read any stories on the internet, I say you do your own research to tell what to believe. This is, however, the best place to go to talk Zombies and get a good understanding of the story.

What does sam want the CoTD crew dead and why george
Tac replied to Signman712's topic in Call Of The Dead
To me, George is filled with VRIL not 115, and he retreats down into Hollow Earth to recharge when "kill him." That is just me though. -
That makes sense. I feel that he may not mean just CoTD, but Shangri-La, Der Riese, and even Kino. I don't know sounds to me like they had quite the barrel count haha
-
My explanation for the radios being there are simply because they just are lol. I do not believe that he is in CoTD in the radios, but I do believe he was there at some point. If you want to get technical, the radios could have picked up a signal of some sort like all the ones in Shi No Numa.

The Different Zombies Universes (Plus Time and Location of Each Map)
Tac replied to Tac's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Edits made: - I changed Nacht Der Untoten's time period from "Late October, Early November of 1945" to "In the last half of 1945." - I deleted the idea regarding the VW Bug as I was proven wrong a few pages that it was not actually a VW Bug. - Did a mass update on confirming the time of FIVE and Ascension - Changed the wording a bit on Shangri-La's time I feel like this thread is very ugly to look at, the style isn't really flowing and stuff, so I am going to try and mess with it a bit. I am going to make a banner for each map to separate it a bit better, but I would some suggestions please for things to update aesthetically :D -
Yes sir, that is the plan We will meet on Saturday and just make sure that the reform is all good because we realize that while only a small portion of the community uses the teams frequently, it is still a part of the great site known as CoDz and this isn't something to be taken away, just reformed a bit like you suggested!
