  1. Yes, that is true that we are in modern times. Also, it's spelled Casimir What do you mean that the Zombies awaken? They've been around for a long time, since the early 1940's, so I'm confused as to what you mean by that. Alrighty, first thing. We go back in time from Call of the Dead to Shangri-La, as shown by this quote: "Ah, much better, now I can see the problem. We must have gone to far into the future. Look, the teleporter's completely broken, the time circuits are damaged." - Edward Richtofen in Call of the Dead Now, getting from Shangri-La to No Man's Land was indeed via teleportation, per this quote: "A time traveling temple, of course!" - Edward Richtofen in Shangri-La If you look at the first quote I cited, Richtofen mentions the time circuits (time) and teleporter (space) together, because the time circuits are in the teleporter. So basically, time traveling allows you the opportunity to teleport, and vise-versa. Physics shows that time and space is one fabric, so to speak, and Zombies follows that. Here's one more quote where he references time and space together, as one: "Now to use this to blast a hole in space-time and... what was I saying?" - Edward Richtofen in Moon As for Matuzz, that is very compelling evidence I'll have to sit on it, but it seems plausible to me.
  2. I'm almost positive that he was referring to all the Group 935 members, hence why she got inside Yuri's mind. He would not ask her to kill everyone, as in humanity. If he had the capabilities to do it, and in the end did. Well I mean this isn't a game, Maxis didn't just want to hinder his ability to have fun. As I said, he wants 935 members dead, not humanity. Well I guess he does, but not for any power. If he wanted power, he'd keep humanity alive so he could control them. If he is trying to kill them, then he clearly doesn't want power.
  3. The name Hanford Sanitarium is seen as patches on varying suits around the map. I have yet to see the suit, but some it's on a Zombie. In case anyone isn't aware, a sanitarium (also spelled sanatorium) is a medical facility to treat the mentally ill, like how Verruckt is actually taking place at the Wittenau Sanatorium. There is one result that I have found for Hanford Sanitarium, and it's located in Hanford, California. It replaced by the Kings County Hospital in 1910, where it was used as a hospital until 1973. It is a fully legit, operating place to this day, where parts of it is used as government buildings. As for anything directly near Hanford, I've yet to find anything fishy.
  4. "That is indeed the explosive compound trinitrotoluene." "Chemical bonds being shattered in the most glorious fashion!" Those are two quotes by Marlton on Green Run. Ever notice how when you shoot the Zombies that are on fire, it literally causes an explosion? It seems as though that either the lava isn't really the kind of lava we think and there's more to it, or the Zombies are wearing or contain some sort of chemical, but either way, that is not normal fire.
  5. There is also the number 24 on a train car, but I presume it is just the car number. Image via Monopoly Mac: As for the quote, it is this: "Nien, the Electromagnetic Pulse has worn off. You must activate this. The electrical grid is interfering my signal." - Dr. Maxis on Green Run
  6. If we get a map at the Eiffel Tower, or near it, I don't see it as being anything but the last DLC. As you said, the map has been hyped so much by the community that I feel Treyarch would make it a conclusion, if it's a map at all.

    Baby crying?

There is definitely a baby crying, that is just straight creepy. I don't really know what to make of it, however, whether it is just Treyarch messing with us and including random sounds or if there's a larger thing at play here. The child in the corn could be argued as a reference to the Children of the Corn, a 1977 horror novel, but I don't know about the other ones.
  8. Well, they wouldn't be yelling "RICHTOFEN", that's for sure. As for the sudden change; then yes; Tac is correct on this one. I think it could've only taken a matter of days (or even a week) from the time Richtofen gained control to the current events in Green Run. I kind of agree but I'm not just talking about green run. I think the basis of his ability to take control there was rooted in the tower of babble. It's a springboard for him to connect to any undead resurrected across the planet. I might be wrong I just think Maxis was aimed at disrupting Edwards control of the horde. The bombing of earth was like a final solution. The only thing I see wrong with that is that if the Tower of Babble was indeed his connection to the Zombies, then doing Maxis' side would take away all of Richtofen's control, thus making the Zombies stop right in front of us, yes? Maxis was most definitely trying to disrupt Richtofens connection, as proved by these quotes: "Greetings. If you are receiving this message, it means that Richtofen has entered the device. If you free me, I will help you minimize the damage that he will inevitably cause." - vox_xcomp_quest_step6_14 - Dr. Maxis on Moon "Good. Now that I am in control of the station, we have one last chance to sever Edwards link with Earth. I will calculate the position, retrieve the artifact, and take it to the launch platform." - vox_xcomp_quest_step7_5 - Dr. Maxis on Moon With that, I think that the towers could very possibly be a link to the zombies, having a H.A.A.R.P.-like effect, but I don't think it's just those alone. If Maxis wanted to sever the connection, he could have destroyed the towers, not the Earth.
  9. Good find, this got me searching, and I found what you are talking about. A strange signal from the Soviets could be heard sporadically between July 1976 and December 1989. At 10Hz, it was given the name Woodpecker. The output was extremely high, over 10 Megawatts in some cases, it disrupted many amateur radios and television stations, resulting in some receivers putting 'Woodpecker Blankers' into the design. Because the signal was so mysterious, some had claimed it was for Soviet mind control and weather control, which is the exact same thing as the H.A.A.R.P. conspiracy theorists say. After the dissolution of Russia, the government told the public that it was an over-the-horizon radar system for anti-ballistic missiles, with three experimental systems. Duga-1 was built in Ukraine to detect missiles from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which I may note is believed to be the location of the map, Ascension. Duga-2 was built in the same place to detect launches from the far east, as well as submarines, as they flew towards Novaya Zemlya, which I believe is mentioned in the Black Ops intel as it's in the Ural Mountains, a location we visit in-game. Duga-3 was made after the success of the previous two and is located in none other than the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone: So as you can see, the connections are definitely present.
  10. The first calculator watch came out in 1975, they just peaked in the 1980's I believe.
  11. Please do post your thoughts, I'd like to hear them again. :)
  12. No problem man I feel like this may have something to do with the Hanford Sanitarium name that is seen as patches on varying suits around the map. I have yet to see the suit, but some it's said it's in the bus terminal. Not sure if on a Zombie, just in TranZit, or even where it'd be. Lol I have no details on how to find it. I've got a feeling this may be where our zombies in hospital gowns come in, somehow... Or Treyarch literally just created a fake place. One of the two Subject Two-Six had a breakthrough and was following basic instructions. It was a great success with only a little time to go, but Subject Two-Six was destroyed when a fire alarm went off and he attacked a handler. Same thing happened in Der Riese, to an extent. Dr. Maxis had gotten a Zombies to stand and walk to him before it lost control and had to be killed.
  13. It just means that whoever was performing the tests didn't decide to use collars until now. Up to this point there has always been a separate method for attempting to control them. Verruckt was done via electroshock therapy, Der Riese was by speaking to them and gradually getting them to listen, Kino was about hypnotizing them into doing what they were told. From there, we haven't been shown another case of "zombie control" until this map, where they decided to use electric collars. It may have been to shock them if they did something wrong, it could just be a renovated test of electroshock therapy.
  14. That seems about right. My only question, then, is why did it take til now for Treyarch to implement this change, when experimentation on humans and patients has been the basis of zombies for a while now? The change wasn't implemented now, it has been around for a while. In the Der Riese radios, we can hear Dr. Maxis trying to give the Zombies simple commands to perform, like standing and walking. Then in Kino Der Toten, we hear multiple radios which state that the men working there were programming their minds. It isn't often that we directly hear about tests on Zombies themselves, but it has indeed been around since the early days.
  15. If I remember correctly, the Zombies in Verruckt have surgical markings and staples on their head, suggesting that Group 935 was trying to enter the mind of them, which is further confirmed in Kino Der Toten. Now, with that, some of the Zombies in Green Run are wearing hospital gowns, which makes me believe that either the hospital is similar to Verruckt in that it was testing on Zombies, or it was to keep the patients in-line prior to their deaths and the collars were never removed. The NOVA Crawlers were created in Kino Der Toten by Dr. Maxis, not in America, however that is not for this thread. "These must have been the failed experiment Maxis mentioned." - Dr. Edward Richtofen in Kino Der Toten "Another reminder of Maxis' failure! Hahahaha!" - Dr. Edward Richtofen in Moon
  16. I feel like the fact that the Moon Loading Screen says "Meanwhile..." denotes something along those lines but I don't know.
  17. Where are you seeing these men in white in the Nuketown Loading Screen? Am I missing something?
  18. If you can find proof of a reference to it by some sort of official source then by all means do so but I'm almost positive your efforts will be futile. MurderMachineX has looked, I have looked, and we have yet to find one. The argument is not pointless, because it's the spreading of false information which we've dealt with time and time again, and it's not helpful by any means. I'm not trying to attack you, I'm just saying that whenever possible, it's best to not spread something that is false, even as small as a name. The point isn't to try and prove this forums superiority, because we aren't superior to everyone, and we all know that. I was just saying that if possible, I personally find it best to credit those within the forum since we are a pretty tight-knit website and like to give credit where it is due. Now, I know that you got your information from him and not the site, so I can't say much in regards to that, it's just that Dalek has been proven to spread false information. I personally don't have an issue with referencing outside sources, because all of us get our information from somewhere, whether it be here, another website, or our minds.
  19. lat: 39.831936N long: 117.392326W Based on the coordinates of the Tactical Insertion, real-life Nuketown shows up DIRECTLY in the middle of a highway. There's what looks like it may be a crater less than 15 miles southwest, and two mountain ranges nearby:
  20. I understand that you all call him TEDD because everyone else does, however that doesn't make it correct. If it was somehow referenced like the name Avogadro, then I would be completely understanding. But, there is no source in the world that has referenced this name, and I'll be damned if one is found.
  21. The achievements were leaked early and they talked about Green Run, and people made the connections to Hanford. It was basically known the day it came out when images were taken of the map in Green Run and an overview of Hanford in real life. I have a link to the images in my signature, titled 'Time + Location'.
  22. Let's go about this chronologically. At any point in the game, we can hear Marlton in the fallout shelter. At Round 5 (I think), we can hear the honking of a bus which we can presume is the one that take him to Hanford. At Round 25, the zombies eyes go from orange to blue, signifying the switching of souls on Moon. When you die, the nuke from Moon comes and hits Nuketown. From that, I had thought that perhaps Marlton had left when the bus was honking and arrived in Green Run shortly after. I was under the impression that the eyes being black was the transferring of souls in the Moon Pyramid, which goes along with the quote by Richtofen: "Oh, excuse me, just getting used to the Aether." - Edward Richtofen in Green Run via Moon
  23. Yep, this was found out in September via leaks. I didn't know until last month, but that is indeed where Green Run is :)
  24. Hacking into the code gets us a lot of things, like the quotes and allows us to see what each quote is referring to. Also, it helps us provide evidence for theories, like 'Shangri-La on Mars' and things relating to Nikola Tesla. Would I be correct in saying that the Black Ops II quotes do not actually refer to the trigger of the quote via file name? At least in cjdog23's videos... Yeah, basically. They named each quote with numbers so whether cjdog23 purposefully didn't include them or it was for some other reason, they do have names but as you said, nothing that helps us identify the trigger.
