The newly hyped map pack First Strike will be available Feb. 1st of 2011. This map pack will include 3 maps which were previously taken out of the game, and will also include the zombie map "Ascension". One of the MP maps included in the map pack is "Berlin Wall".

odd occurence with the mysteious red boxes.

ALL THIS IS SPECULATION: NO FLAMING!!! Just a thought; but you know how Treyarch took out the Amm-o-matic perk just before they released Black Ops. They also took out several guns, about 20 in all, including the AK-47 and the Wunderwaffe DG-2. Well, what if they also took out a Second pack-a-punch which costs 10000 allowing you to upgrade your gun a SECOND time, and in order to activate it, you had to connect all the red power boxes to the teleporter, thus giving it a power boost, and sending you somewhere other than the projection room. They maybe they thought it'd be too complicated and just took it out. -
Smh. You guys shouldn't be so quick to debunk the Area 51 map when it was clearly stated that American agents are keeping an abundance of element 115 there. Keep you minds open; this is Treyarch we're talking about. Who says he won't incorporate aliens into the whole thing. I honestly could see it happening.

New - Kino Der Toten, most finds so far. [Non-Official]

Beware the 6 has nothing to do with hellhounds; for the dogs can show up anywhere from Round 5 all the way to Round 9. There's no set round when the HellRounds begin. Beware the 6 simply refers to the Gas Zombies, in which, emit Nova6 gas upon being killed(unless killed with the Raygun, in which they don't emit anything.). Now as for how the DG-3 is russian. If you've got good eyes, when you get the Thundergun, look closely on the side of it. The Russian word for "DANGER" is clearly written across the side. -
No; I'm talking about going to the SAME room, more than ONCE, you'll get another roar and more pieces of the roof fall. I don't see why you can't accept those happenings coming from something other than the crawlers.
-
If you get offended by the word "moron" than you shouldn't be playing a game such as Nazi Zombies; or Call of Duty period for that matter.

I was just talking to my brother about that yesterday. I honestly think those were the containers which held the Gas Zombies; for if you look closely you'd notice they're too small for regular zombies, seeing as you have to kneel down to look into one. Was really freaky.
-
Wow; what crawled up your ass and died? Your negativity astonishes me. I clearly stated I wasn't referring to the Cosmic Silverback, but yet you keep on bringing it up. Just because you're too uptight to imagine anything else out there, doesn't mean I have to be. Just because all you SEE is crawlers, doesn't mean something else isn't out there. I say this, for I've opened the theater and had the same roar and roof collapse, with NO Gas Zombies coming out! I did it in the middle of a Round. So you're telling me they just bust up the roof, and sit up there patiently waiting for me to start the next Round before they come down? Oh; and also, they rumbling and roof collapsing happens more than once fool. For if you circle around a couple times, one entering either the theater or the lobby, you will once again hear a roar and more pieces of the roof will fall off. These are my two MAIN reasons why I know it's not "Creepy Crawlies". For one; the roof didn't just shake; the WHOLE building shook. Go check for yourself. When you turn on that power the entire building shakes. Also; if it is just crawlers, then where did the roar come from. For not once have I EVER heard a Gas Zombie roar. They hiss and screech, because they're monkeys! I don't care what you say. I believe there's something bigger out there that we don't know about yet.
-
Yeah; that's what I kind of figured. Still though; that doesn't rule out "The Giant". Most thought "The Giant" to be Der Riese, but his is proven false when reading Ludwig Maxis' biography. In there it clearly states that Maxis worked on a project called "The Giant" WITHIN Der Riese. So he worked on Der Riese within Der Riese. Yeah, I don't think so.
-
I'm not saying that either. The Cosmic Silverback is exclusive to Dead Ops Arcade and is not the source of the roof collapsing. It is however, said that the Cosmic Silverback has many brothers. So, something similar to the CS could be wreaking havoc above the roof. All I know is it's NOT Gas Zombies. I actually believe that whatever it is, it has something to do with "The Giant".

Gas Zombie hint in an unlikly spot... DER RIESE TELES
duh_beast_402 replied to goldkilla88's topic in Classic Maps
Gas Zombies are NOT Cosmic Silverbacks, but they ARE monkeys which have been deformed by the NOVA6 gas. Cosmic Silverback is exclusive to Dead Ops Arcade. Although something similar may be causing mayhem within Kino der Toten. -
No; you can only kill the Cosmic Silverback by making it to level 40 and actually fighting him in the ending BOSS BATTLE. Though the game just restarts from the first level and gets harder once you beat him. I think you get an achievement/trophy for it though. Can't remember.

I thought the exact same thing!
-
It's the PYTHON you moron. You can clearly tell it's a magnum.

I'm going to let you know right NOW, it's NOT the crawlers which make the roar and cause the roof to collapse. Yes; the crawlers emerge through the holes left in ceiling. Yes; if you no-clip to the roof, there's nothing but crawlers. And yes; you never actually see a "monster". That doesn't prove anything. For one; no amount of crawlers would make the theater shake like that. Two; crawlers wouldn't be strong enough to damage the roof like that. If they were then why aren't regular zombies that strong as well. Thirdly; crawlers don't roar, they simply hiss and screech - - because they're MONKEYS, deformed by the NOVA6 gas. Oh, and the whole no-clip thing. Of course they're not going to program that up there. You're not meant to no-clip to different areas. While the option is open for PC users, doesn't mean that's what they intend for you to do. Like others have said; Treyarch wants you to actually WORK to find the easter eggs, not glitch to find them. I highly believe that there is some sort of mega zombie roaming the streets now. Reason is simply this: "The Giant". What is that? It's not Der Riese like everyone assumed, for if you read Maxis' bio, it says he worked on "The Giant" within Der Riese. So he worked on Der Riese, in Der Riese. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I'm pretty sure whatever it is trying to come through the roof; also has something to do with "The Final Plan".
