I'm sure someone must have pointed this out already, but the weapon he shot i think is the combination of the two dual wield weapon in one of the trailers. they are facing each other and glued together. like ->

No, he's saying that the picture in the comic is of the saw blade. thus, what you found on the campaign is unrelated because what you found is not a saw blade.

It's really freaking annoying. to the point that zombies aren't much fun. I've made it to round 42 on Five, spending hours being careful and doing it straight up. my highest round of leaderboard? 20. freaking 20. Also, 2 days ago, I did Five with some random people online and we got to round 25. two of them glitched one round (then fell off and couldn't get back up) and the other perma died every round despite me reviving him about 30+ times (no joke). guess what? EVERYONE'S ROUND BUT MINE WAS SAVED AS 25. Mine still says round 20. it's so f***ing annoying that I don't really care anymore about zombies. Treyarch needs to grow a pair and fix the damn problem. it's only been a problem since DAY MOTHERF***ING ONE. when there are glitches that allow players to hop up on tables, they fix that within a week or two. So the fact that the leaderboards are still messed up simply means those people at treyarch don't give a sh*t. plain and simple. how many programmers are employed there? and they can't fix a simple glitch like leaderboards not saving? it's complete bullsh*t.

It is officially the biggest crock of sh** ever that we won't be able to buy the old maps. the limited edition were just that, limited. the supply did not match the demand. as mentioned before, some people couldn't buy the expensive edition right off the bat, and that's a valid reason on its own. As for me, I had NEVER played zombies before. i never played W@W once. I had no idea if I would like it or not. After buying and playing BO, it was by far my favorite feature. I decided I wanted to play the old maps and see what they were like too. Well, in order to do that, I had to either buy one of the $200+ copies on ebay which probably had the codes sold in them already, or nothing. I considered buying a cheapo copy of W@W, but found out I would have to buy the freaking DLC, so the cost would be huge just to play an old game with old versions of the maps I wanted. so effectively, there was NO WAY for me to get the maps, and that is still the case for no good reason. I've heard countless people say "oh, it was exclusive, get over it!!! it'll never happen!!" well it probably won't happen. but it was exclusive for a long time. people who were lucky enough to get an early copy get to have their fun with it while others don't, and they can brag and feel superior I guess. However, it should be SOLD as DLC now. they had their exclusive time with the maps for months now. there's no reason not to. I got F'd over because I simply didn't know zombies ruled. others because it was sold out. others still because they couldn't afford it. why should all these groups be left out in the cold? it's stupid. it's officially the worst decision 3arc could make. they piss off a lot of people who want the maps and can't get them just to make a few A-holes feel elite for buying the fancy version with a shiny cover. /rant over

So what is this new "Survival" mode under Special Ops? is it going to be IW version of zombies or something?

So i haven't posted anything for a while, but while enjoying a leisurely game of zombies recently i noticed something strange on ascension. Forgive me if it's already been posted, but here goes. (Also, i don't have a fancy phone or a good camera, so these images are from my laptop's webcam. That's why they suck.) When you are facing the mystery box at its original spawning point at the top of the stairs, you can see a crane in the distance. On top of the crane (doesn't show in the picture, but it's there) there is a pole which has a red light on the top of it. However, when you zoom in with a sniper rifle, The light is gone. Zoom out, red light. Zoom in, light goes away. Could just be nothing, but no PSN = more desperate for theories. Thanks for checking it out, would love to hear any thoughts.

I don't even pick up the winter's howl. I personally think it's useless given how many shots it takes to get anything done and how few rounds it has. the only reason I ever use it is to kill the thief early on.

I think there's a quote from Dr. Richtoffen saying something to the effect that it was used to try and train people (zombies?) to follow their instructions. sorry, too lazy right now to look it up.

I've tried it several times, he evades the trap. He'll run around it to get to you. It was my theory on how to kill him in the higher rounds (40+) but it didn't work sadly :x

Juggernog > Quick Reload > Double Tap > Staminup > Quick Revive (PhD Flopper - have no idea what it does, so can't say.) what's with all the double tap hate? it's incredible. it effectively makes any automatic weapon do more damage. and running out of ammo? buy more if off the wall (you'll make $ faster) or if not, hit the mystery box again or upgrade it. it's incredibly useful. if you're not using it, you're missing out.

Don't know in what way, maybe the intel on callofduty.com or something? but either way, hopefully it'll be today.

Ok, back on topic. Can anyone post the pictures of the launch location from the computer servers? I saw them a long time ago, didn't think much of it, but maybe if we can side by side we can come up with something. I would but I don't know how to capture it. I'm on ps3 (I want to say they were under nixon or something? maybe not though).

I don't want brains, I just don't want this guy constantly referring people away from this thread on a false assumption that they were "first." It's best if it's all consolidated here, and he's sending people away. it's dumb.
