this, but did you expect anything different? it seems like the black ops maps are light on content, but its important to remember that most of the most intriguing clues in the W@W maps (radios,notes, sound effects) were patched in almost a year after their initial release... if the new maps retain the same level of popularity its not out of the question that closer to black ops 2 we'll start seeing some more substantial easter eggs pop up...

GMT= Pacific (PT)+7 hours friendly reminder to the CODZ night (morning!!!) crew... just like with escalation, when the time comes there is a chance that the MP3 download que won't initially show up on the XBL dashboard Spotlight. upon release if you aren't seeing a tab for the download, do this: Game Marketplace > Explore Game Content>Titles A-Z> "C" CODBLOPS> Extras> See All Extras> Newest...if its available it will be at the top of the list. -

i have a question... 360 players, has anyone playing W@W der rise noticed 950 points added back to your score when the box 'bears out'? playing solo this has happened to me a handful of times in the past week. anyone encountered this? -

have been playing too much solo COTD...after days of hearing far too many cats and elephants than anyone on the continental eastern coast should ever succumb themselves to i considered the webcam to be a financially agreeable alternative to the gentleman's pursuit of game ranch poaching. equally short on time and sanity, i quickly snapped these with hopes that someone can make heads or tails in terms of translation. *disclaimer* i am not presupposing the significance of ZOO or any other Escalation multilayer maps to be of immediate interest point blank... this just seemed an obvious place to start, and maybe a welcome departure for anyone else looking for something else to squint at other than the foggy reflection of yellow eyes in COTD. also, i'm sure that others have been using the spectator 'faux clip'...does it not seem like the MP maps were hella rushed? outside of the immediate play area nearly all geometry save buildings is texture mapped like a scratching post.... oh, and the 1st pic is an overhead of the monorail, this is a poor representation, but firsthand it looks suspiciously like the pattern visible top-down on firing range's water tower....

To preface, you can’t really harp on the frustrating final zombie/crawler respawn as if the phenomenon is exclusive to COTD. I think this dates back a few patches b/c it has been happening on the W@W disc for some time as well, but even by ascension standards in COTD you have significantly less time before the repawn occurs. My only significant frustration with COTD, (we’ll save Romero for a minute) and really all post W@W zombie maps is adapting to the seeming increasingly counterintuitive ‘flow’ or layout of the environment. Post Kino/Five, surface area is becoming exponentially more expansive but at the expense of allowing any strategically feasible engage/retreat gameplay outside of solo play. Far surpassing ascension, COTD’s massive geography is mysteriously inversely proportional to the actual playing field. Relegated to a serpentine conduit of single file corridors linking a sparse few unobstructed ‘grazing areas’, unlocking countless barriers only to be met with a dead end requiring a zipline/flinger/ice slide escape totally kills the momentum of the experience. And the frustration of including near mandatory quick escape gimmicks is not so much in the intended disruption of assembling a quarter mile funeral procession for easy kills ad infinium. The real frustration lies in the sheer WTF factor of being forced to routinely launch yourself dead center into a preassembled congregation of circle pitting zombies. As for Romero, given Activision’s past he is Ghandi in comparison to the wolves they unleashed upon some of us in our formative years… go to around 10:30 if this looks familiar TLVGmvmNitg

ascension top floor power lever room mystery box. 1st spin, round, 5 split screen... a long bladed sword cycled through several times in the roulette animation. i was nikolai, 2nd player was dempsey... anyone else encountered this yet?
