Solo: jug, speed cola, stamin up, quick revive coop: jug, speed cola, stamin up, flopper reason: the revive keeps me up in solo, I need the flopper if I want to use the ray gun in coop (I won't even take it out of the box without flopper). however, things change. If I'm in my preferred spot (which is rare), I switch flopper for deadshot. If I have a specific loadout, I switch for doubletap.

well the biggest laos connection is the dude saying "welcome to paradise", its a mystery man and directly afterwards Bowman gives a confused "can you copy that?" like it was a line from the middle of the blue. and he did not copy

the three separate forums are sort of confusing. I mean its kind of hard to tell what would go in those sub-forums compared to what would go into the catch-all "General Zombie Discussion". Maybe instead have just one hidden forum for people who have been around for a while? To prevent noobish posts intruding, just make it invisible to people with less than x number of posts (I don't remember if you can make those kinds of permissions with PHPBB2)

you can also fall if you have opened the door to stamin up/speed cola. This is because if you go down the ice slide, you end up outside the lighthouse with no way to get out unless you buy a door -

I think that would dilute each forum too far, there wouldn't be much traffic besides, "new finds" are always easter eggs, "weapon reviews" would be the same for every map except 1 or 2 guns, "george reviews" could be done in one thread, and "character reviews" doesn't seem like it gets multiple threads, let alone a full subforum worth

I'm pretty sure you just need the end of the zipline open, then you can use it -
50" 1080p plasma, 31" 1080i LCD, PS3, 360, wii, gamecube (the wii doesn't read discs, so I just have downloaded games on it), n64, dreamcast, 5.1 surround (too cheap for 7.1) and of course companion cube computer: don't know the specs offhand, but I normally use 3 monitors. They are spaced apart because I can see the whole 32" over the top, but not the 50" (which I use for most games). I'm also exceptionally lazy sometimes, I also have a netbook that I use for internetting when I'm sitting on the couch directly in front of the desk Games: 224 disc wallet, its about 90% full Movies: 300 disc case, 80% full I like having the full disc cases for everything, but I'm in the process of moving so they will be in storage for the time being.

Crysis 2 just released its map pack, entitled "Retaliation". I think that CoD changed the name just to avoid confusion between the two. -
I believe so but on a tangent note, I do remember everyone calling bullshit on a lighthouse map prior to the release of Ascension, and here we are

are the graphics/guns updated? I have them for WaW, and I've always wondered if it was just copy/pasted, or if the sights and sounds were revamped for the re-release

sigh. no. the game would become unbalanced. You can't have that many trash guns or great guns, and the really good guns can't be bought off the wall. There is a very careful ratio between wunderweapons, assault weapons, snipers, and trash. To put a gun in, you need to take one out. The Browning and MG42 were replaced with the RPK and HK, that was a very good balance switch. If we wanted to add the PPSH, we would need to remove an assault rifle from the box to even things out. These are the FAMAS, Commando, AUG, and Galil. in WAW the PPSH had a drum magazine right off the bat, I believe that if they gave it a stick mag (as it has in the campaign) it would be a suitable switch for the FAMAS without causing balancing issues.

tonight I'm doing splitscreen with a friend, same tomorrow. If you invite us maybe we'll join, but we're not quite as serious. Thursday I'm moving to Montreal, and spending the weekend with the GF. So I'll be around during the days, but probably not too much at night.

tonight my friend and I will check it out splitscreen, we'll both get the DG-2 and start shooting things. The dagger wall, the area under the lighthouse, and even George. I was under the impression that you can't kill him with it, but who knows. We'll unload 2 full DG's onto him in the base of the lighthouse after completing the easter egg and see what happens. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of that twitter feed, but it says "fight lightning with lightning", and I guess its worth a shot

I like takeo. Tank and Richtofen are the most amusing, but takeo and nikolai are about the same to me. Sarah and Danny are the most amusing of the new crew.

well once you get past round 25 or so, its insta-killing is very useful. So long as you have a scavenger and raygun whose ammo you can burn, its going to save time in the long run. Remember when we tried yesterday, it only took me 2 minutes to kill him with the scavenger and ray gun (and a couple death machines). So long as I wasn't stupid when getting myself killed, I would have had the waffe for a long time (especially with you running around, so long as we get a max ammo once in a while, you never run out)
