It does too! I pre-ordered it, so I'm wondering if this song will be on their with Not Ready To Die and Carry On, or perhaps it'll be on a Deluxe Edition or something. Shepherd of Fire is the first track on Hail to the King but Not Ready To Die and Carry On won't be there sadly. :(

They were if you count the remakes. Anyway, that's a direct quote from the press release Activision sent out, we're playing as Richtofen, Takeo, Nikolai and Dempsey.

Straight from the press release.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned (they probably have). But the two blood vials shown actually show 2 of the prisoner numbers from mob of the dead. -

Oldest Friend. So no, I don't think that's the case. -
The Easter Egg can be done solo all the way up to the Time Bomb on the Guillotine step. After that it requires 4 players.

So has this been confirmed that they will be releasing the next CoD title after Ghosts? God... surely we will not have to wait that long (2+ years) for the next zombies!?! I think I might kill myself tonight... Nothing has been confirmed yet, sledgehammers game could be anything, a remake, a downloadable title, a current gen title, the next CoD game, a game that is 2 years away. Anything at all.
-
There is no evidence that the SP were not involved either though. We have no credit list for each map, and I am sure Treyarch could and would outsource maps to other departments. Even if the campaign team are involved in the making of the map or not, it will be the vision of the zombies team. They have their plan for how each map should be based on setting and story. Whether or not they are actually involved in the production of it, it is still their project. @Fated - As for Sledgehammer making the next CoD, I have heard this mentioned but have not seen any confirmation of this, so assumed it was still merely speculation. If this IS the case, then yeah, I suppose there is no excuse for them not working directly on the final map, unless they are working on a non-CoD related game of course. It's a combination of SledgeHammer and IW again for the next COD. That's not true. Infinity Ward are working with Neversoft and Raven on Call of Duty Ghosts releasing this November. Sledgehammer are working on a separate game, which recent leads point to being a new Modern Warfare game.

Just thought I'd say, Brian and Kevin produce sound for every aspect of Treyarch's Call of Duty titles, not just Zombies.
-
When did they say that? That was the case in Black Ops 1 but now with expanded teams that's not at all the case. Development for a new map starts almost as soon as the last map is sent to certification, which is around about 1 week before the official release.

Going back to BO2 misty poster.

She was the biggest contrast to any of the older characters. I saw it as an attempt to advertise how "new" it would be. -
Using the SP team gives more time for each map to be developed. Rather than the Zombies team rushing Buried to start on this map or rushing this map because they spent a lot of time on Buried they instead get huge chunks of time. Think of it this way, the dev time between the maps. Die Rise (Zombies team) 3 months Mob of the Dead (Single Player team) 5 months Buried (Zombies team) 5 months DLC 4 (SP Team?) 5 months? And that's probably why it feels like each map improves on the last and why each feels so polished, there isn't this massive rush to quickly develop a map and push it out. Also, this is just a general note, this is pretty much confirmed for Map Pack 4, the description of this image gallery on facebook is.

Maxis references means it probably is.

I saw the Rezurrection picture being a direct hint to this being Map Pack 4 related, as it was also Map Pack 4

Treyarch have been posting some interesting teases which are most likely signalling DLC 4. The captions were "We were there at the beginning." "...and we’ll be there at the end!" They posted this today which is the most interesting. This is a small chunk of the Single Player team, so this most likely means that we're getting a map developed by the single player team just like Mob of the Dead. Now, the most interesting thing is obviously the weapon plan on the wall. Zooming in allows us to get some words from it and some rough letters. So let's see what we have. MAUSER PROTOTYPE --- MAXIS, JAN 5, 19-- The dashes are words that are too unclear. Mauser is a very unclear word but it can assumed that's what it is because, well, it would make sense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauser Now here's something interesting, the drawing underneath is labeled "ATTACHMENT SCOPE" That's interesting because while it could mean that it would be attached when the weapon is pack a punched assuming the gun is in DLC 4. But it could also be a new feature to possibly add attachments to things, but that's a shot in the dark. and then there's this. But I can't really gather much from that. Other than the obvious fact that, that is not a recent version of the periodic table.

They have a dedicated Wii team, so this doesn't affect their other projects :D
-
Title says it all, Vengeance hits PS3 & PC on August 1st. Which isn't even a month after release, haha.

Hey. Hey... Let's stop with FEAR TEDDY

When you complete either egg you get all perks that you can keep when you are down. With the full endings you receive extra rewards. Richtofen will give you: Unlimited fire-sale and a variant of Mule Kick that allows you to hold 4 weapons instead of the usual 3. (Not so sure about Maxis) But I believe he gives you random Zombies with blue eyes instead of Orange that give you 500 points when they are killed.
