But I figured something else out, the cipher that had to be used in the past clues had been referenced in the clue answers, for example, "If only I had this at the Pen of Pigs..." = "PigPen Cipher" which was used to decode the next message which was. "GOOD, OL, FASHIONED, IRISH, BEATBASH" BEATBASH = Atbash cipher, which was then used to decode this: Give me that monkeyword nikolai. After that point, I'm stumped. I'm hoping someone else can get further than that.

This was just Activision's pre-hype for the launch, not really a Viral, GKNOVA6 wasn't even a viral, it was an ARG (Alternate Reality Game) I think we'll see an ARG relating to zombies later in the year.

Because the leaks aren't always from Treyarch, take Half-Life 2 and Gears Of War 3 for example. Both games had early versions leaked because they were stolen from outside sources. Gears of War 3 had its campaign leaked in it's entirety months before the games release because it was stolen. Treyarch don't want leaks to go out for a reason, leaks reveal early and unfinished versions of a game that in a lot of cases give the community a lasting impression on what it might be like. If someone from Treyarch leaks something from inside, the rest of the team will no doubt be unhappy about it, embargo dates are in place for a reason. Now onto why we delete these threads. A lot of it is down to respect, a lot of Treyarch employees visit this site, in fact the founder of this site is now a Treyarch employee. They want to surprise the community with what they've been working on. Another reason is so nothing gets spoiled, it's always fun to witness a reveal all at the same time, like what happened with the Black Ops 2 trailer for example, the full trailer didn't leak and the whole CoDz community got to see it at the exact same time, we all got to discuss it together at the exact same time, and the pre release buzz was amazing. When a leak goes out, that buzz and discussion is gone. When leaks are released it's usually things that Treyarch didn't want people to see, which could ruin the whole game, trailers are made to reveal parts of the game without giving away the whole plot line, but when kotaku leaked the whole Modern Warfare 3 campaign from start to end before the game was even announced people couldn't get away from these spoilers, I enjoyed MW3 a lot less because I knew what was going to happen, I was also less hyped for trailers because we knew the exact setting of the game, but with Black Ops 2, I didn't see most of what was in that trailer coming,having info spoiled via leaks isn't fun. The only sort of leaks that we are less strict on are things such as posters, the "return for debriefing" gamestop poster for example was leaked, but it didn't spoil anything and instead got people hyped and got discussion going because of the reveal of an untitled Call of Duty game. There's a very big difference between a leak and a release, if Jimmy Z said something about Zombies in an interview, that isn't a leak, it's fully official info that has been released with permission, he won't get fired for it and nothing will be ruined. It's fan run and that image was made by a graphic designer. Fake. In regards to the main post this looks incredibly fake, the woman has a terrible outline around her where it hasn't been cropped from the original image properly. Also, please provide a source, we have no idea where you got this image from other than twitter according to the link of the image.

The title says it all really, some french magazine scans got released. This is the only one of importance really, the campaign appears to start off during the 1980's and Frank Woods is in the Horse mission.

The prestige medals are done! I want to reveal them via a poll, asking which is your favourite. Nemesis_96 and Undead xP are the awesome people behind these designs, they deserve lots of brains! So, which is your favourite and what prestige level will you be on when they launch? My personal favourite is Prestige 8, I love the colours of all the little perk bottles. I just want a change to the melee system, something a lot like counter-strike, where the knife has to be pulled out before you can kill someone with it, sort of like the ballistic knife, but instead of being a secondary weapon, equip it to the D-Pad, one press of the D-Pad, knife is drawn, then you can use it. Basically, I hate panic knifing.

I understand you are not wanting to pirate the game, but pirating of any form is still looked down upon on this forum, especially for a product made by Treyarch. Sorry

There's still a big chance that it could be renewed and that it will be announced at E3 2012. The only argument people are giving to the contract not being renewed is that there was no Xbox 360 advertisement at the end of the Black Ops 2 reveal trailer. Buuut, there was no Xbox 360 advertisement at the end of the Modern Warfare 3 reveal trailer either, and that has Xbox 360 timed exclusive DLC. CoD XP 2011's main sponsor was Microsoft. These conventions will cost a lot of money, I'm guessing Activision will probably be doing it again this year and Microsoft will no doubt give them money for it again. I'm swaying towards it happening again, while it might not be the best thing for the fans, it gets Activision a lot more money because Microsoft will be paying a lot, so this will convince them to do it. I'm expecting an announcement on June 4th
