This is correct. Yuri never physically saw Sam until he entered the Aether through the Gersch Device. He only found the toys of Sam, contemplating "How a child could get into the facility" Yuri can see Sam because they are both in the Aether, although Sam cannot immediately find him. Oh, and Tak wants to kill Richtofen by the time he reaches Ascension because his brainwashing from Richtofen has worn off. Takeo remembers all the testing Richtofen did on the group, and thus is why he is seeking revenge when Ascension comes around. He makes a reference quote on Ascesnion about Dempsey and Nikolai not getting their memories back yet.

Are you referring to the medal of Richtofen below my picture? That is a medal I recieved for being a part the Four Gaurdians usergroup, with a Richtofen rating. Four Gaurdians is a group you can join to show off your specific gampeplay skills in zombies. If my memory serves me correctly isn't there a counter type device above the Quick Revive machine? It's like a little post that slowly moves back into the wall. I'm pretty sure the time is constant too from step to step.

You can no-clip on Shi no numa and there is writing on one of the walls on the outside of the map where a zombies spawn is that has Tunguska just written on the wall (http://i35.tinypic.com/2aaliqb.jpg) and some of the words that flash by in the teleporter on Der Reise mention Tunguska. Not to mention in Shi No Numa at the end of the radio that is sent to Peter, it has the coordinates to the Tunguska Event. I've never seen that before, that's pretty cool. :oops: I forgot about the numbers on the SNN radio. Five's quotes should be done in the next day or two.

Unfortunately I always pull the Ray Gun 3 or 4 times in a row. Ugh, it's frustrating. I hate that dang weapon Seriously though, I pulled a China Lake 4 times in a row. Now THAT's frustrating!

Oh gotcha. Well you might want to consider rewording it a bit. It makes it sounds like you're stating "Maxis and his assistant Richtofen created such weapons as Porter X2, Scavenger etc...". Just a suggestion though. I'm really digging all these character bios BTW.

As for the perk location question, it would be cool to only have one perk available, like just quick revive for instance. Then, before each update release, they could have the community vote on which perk they wanted next. I would guess people would want Juggernog first, not Quick Revive. Also, I don't know if an open world would work with even 8 players though. A huge map like that would feel way too big for even 8 players, let alone 4. But I don't think they could support that many players/zombies/objects/all that fun crap. Plus that would be so different than what people are accustomed to, only having one map. It's all just so complicated. Since, they're running on the multiplayer engine this go around their capabilites are going to be extensive. I don't think they'll have any problem with a large, open world type map, throwing in 8 players, loads of zombies, an extensive amount of equipment I'm sure(maybe even killstreaks who knows.) I think they've got something huge in store for us with this 8 player Zombie mode. I think it's just a bit odd how they refer to it as "The Map". They make it sound like something bigger than just the first map. I don't know probably just me. I'm not totally against this idea of an open map like the one you described actually. We could always get a new map for a classic mode each DLC release, and the open world that gets weekly updates in between. I dont know, seems like a cool concept to me.

The quote is most likely just a reference to the alarms and sirens going off and the horde of zombies spawning rapidly.

Just a heads up, but the two weapons you named are two of the few weapons not created by Richtofen and Maxis. The Scavenger was created by Harvey Yena, and the Porter X2 by H. Porter. Richtofen created the Wunderwaffe DG2, Monkey Bomb, and QED. Maxis created the Shrink Ray.

First off, I love seeing more members getting into the story! It always makes me happy when I see newer members making posts about it. There's another quote on Moon that Sam says when a teammate starts killing zombies: Don’t kill the zombies, he’ll just gain power when you do” I think this quote and the one you posted are supporting the fact that killing zombies only makes the person in charge stronger. I do believe that Samantha may be their best option for stopping Richtofen's reign of terror. Dr. Maxis is still a possibility as well, as he is in the Aether and can still communicate via electronic devices (think Moon computer). I'm not 100% sold yet that Samantha knows how to get Richtofen and/or her body out of the pyramid. We know she wants in there, but I'm not sure she knows exactly how to get BACK into the pyramid. Takeo was fully aware of Richtofen's evil by Ascension, however Nikolai and Tank are still suffering from effects of Richtofen's brainwashing. Don't sweat it! There will be some sort of "original" mode, and we'll pickup right where we left off from Black Ops. Treyarch has developed one of the most impressive and complex storylines, I'm sure they have no intentions of leaving it unfinished, especially when we're just reaching all the action. The 2nd Earth theory has been debunked by one of our guys, Rissole. http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/ ... 06#p150497 It wouldn't quite make sense that Area 51 is on a chunk of Earth that's floating in space after the blast. The gravity would be practically non-existant if that was true. Imagine jumping in A51 and floating like you would on the Moon, except you'd never come back down. It's essentially like the atmosphere of an asteroid floating in space. I think you're in part right about the missles targetting specific areas. It could either be the source of 115 or the actual infection that Maxis was targetting. Either one's destruction would put a hitch in Richtofen's scheme of an undead army. Personally, I'm leaning towards the second option, choosing to bomb America, Russian, and Germany. I'm afraid Mars is not in our future my friend. The color of the sky is being altered because one of the upper layers of the atmosphere has been partly destroyed. The red is the sun's radiation coming through more clearly. and the stars are more visable for this very reason. This is a theory of course, but I think it's a bit more viable of an option than Mars. Oh, and CotD existing can be explained simply. Moon and Shangri La come directly AFTER CotD. There's no definitive dates of when we're at these two locations, so perhaps Earth had not been blown up yet. Also, keep in mind we must follow the GANG's timeline. We got to CotD in 2011, back in time to Shangri La and Moon, and then blow up the Earth. CotD is still there when we play it because Richtofen hasn'y gone back in time yet to Shangri La and Moon to blow up Earth. Get it? These are both options that could explain CotD.

I'm not sold that we "blew up" the Earth. I know there's Dempsey's quote, but I think he was just being dramatic for comedic effect. An unused Maxis quote from Moon and the fact that Area 51 still exists after the achievement proves that Earth still exist. Maxis didn't want to blow up the Earth completely. Think of it more as a calculated blast.

Things are a bit strange when it comes to Kino. One of his in game quotes from Kino when getting a power up "A gift from Sam, but why?" indicates he is aware of Sam being in the pyramid and contradicting the opening cutscene. It's always possible they traveled to Kink sometime after Sam ran in the pyramid, but before Groph contacted Richtofen. We have no dates to go along with either radio, so we can't know for sure.
