I can't seem to find the video way, any chance you have a link?
-
Thanks for this Fatal! The link will suffice. BTW they said they spent 76.5 hours on that game! Thanks for the videos Super, the list has been updated. All but the videos I could find from Jimbo's 109 round game show 107 being the highest round. He's got a few videos from the game, but I can't seem to find any with round 108 or 109. I'm going to update it to Round 107 unless we can find the video from 108 or 109. And I say you do it, but it's totally up to you. I'd say it's only 10 more rounds, but I know each round is about an hour at that point .Honestly though, it's not like you need to prove yourself or anything man. You own the NML world record, and that in my eyes is the most prestigous and difficult to achieve. 100 Rounds is more a test of patience, but No Man's Land is pure skill (and a good spawn). You're just too damn good Super. Just curious, what's your highest amount of rounds without going down? Thanks. I'm glad this thread's getting some love now that's it's stickied. I noticed that as well. It cuts off a little bit from the top on my screen too, but it's not too much cut off. And the way I figured it, people could clink the link the youtube if they needed to enhance it. What's questionable about the video? I do find it a bit strange that he's using the Awful Lawton, but I haven't played CotD into the high rounds to know what it's like after the Hyena wears off. It is a short video, and there's no final stats screen either, which I like to see. There's definately alot of question marks. What do you guys think?

Updated the post with the new table function. It's looking alot cleaner if I say so myself . Feedback is appreciated! I still have to update the challenges. I'm gonna play a round of frisbee golf and will update them when I'm done.
-
Thanks for the update birdman. I've edited the list. I have redone the list now that we have a table function, should be MUCH clearer now. I'm still playing around with some things but this is basically what I was shooting for. I'm considering removing cjgarof from the list as he's not that active anymore and I can't seem to find the video anymore.

Hmm? Superhands. I swear I've seen that name somewhere. Wait, have you played No Man's Land before?

Some of these records need to be updated. Eg: Steve and Beasting solo beat Tom and super's pap record. Also for COTD MatoM21 has WR for 30+ rounds in first room challenge. I am going to work on this when I go home and create a table with all records and the videos following. Feel free to volunteer here Shooter. We need to update what Pish, Jim and I posted about new records. No worries way! I'll be doing a full update tonight with the new table function worked in. The table function and this thread being stickied have both happened in the last day or two, so I'm still catching up. Please be patient while these updates are made guys. Way, any work to update this would be GREATLY appreciated. But just a heads up I'll be updating it tonight as well.
-
Awesome. Thanks way! I wouldn't have been able to update it til I got home from work. Thanks again man! And Tom, you're just awesome. A huge thanks again for making the thread asking for a table function, this is exactly what we needed. I plan on doing leaderboards for all the maps now. You da man Tom. You da man.

Top left corner.... The Moon. I think they're hinting at something You can also see a "115" directly to the right of the gun outline when zoomed in.

One of our regulars here, Superhands is one of the best zombies players in the world IMO, and he's on PC. So don't be discouraged. Welcome 8-)

The sound you heard was simply the Meteor piece on the floor above you being activated. That meteor piece for the hidden song on Call of the Dead is known for doing that. It can be activvated through the floor. I'd have to assume that's what you're hearing. Edit: And that's a Aztec calender, or wait was it Mayan? I forget.

I've added this record to the Current World Records thread! You can view it here: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=20728 Very well done Zombie Whisperers!
-
Thanks pishizor for providing all those updated records! [brains] It seems most of them we're made within the last month or two. Just shows how many people still play the game competitively. Thanks again! That's just awesome Eye! Much appreciated! I will be staying on top of this with a keen eye now.

Personally I love George being on the map. It can be frustrating at times, but he forces you to stay on your guard and mixes things up. It keeps things fresh in my opinion.

To answer the 2nd part of your question, Rissole made a thread about the whole 2nd Earth a long while back that explains how it's nothing more than a graphical error. You can view the thread here: http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/ ... 72&t=17206 For the first part, I hope they got their revenge on Richtofen. How is very hard to say.

Welcome Jom! What a great first post! You'll fit in nicely here. Couldn't agree more with everything you said. [brains]

He teleported first to the Moon on accident after ongoing pressure from Maxis that his tests were failures. Dr. Schuster teleported Richtofen from Der Riese, in hopes for Richtofen to reappear across the room or nearby in the facility. Instead, Richtofen is teleported to the cave system inside the Moon, directly in front of the Vril Pyramid. He then touched the pyramid, was shocked, and teleported to Shangri La soon after. 19 days later, he reappears at Griffin Station, grabs Schuster and 935 members, and starts construction of Griffin Station. The oxygen was most likely there when he got there, presumably being provided by the pyramid itself or some other means. The cave was enclosed before Griffin Station was ever built, so the oxygen would never escape, thus allowing him to breathe and speak normally. The oxygen was most likely lost when they started construction on Griffin Station, or when the the pad above the pyramid was installed.

How Do You Reach Round 50 (co-op) Without Getting Bored?
Shooter replied to iFQ's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree. Snn is actually a great level to reach level 50 with in a reasonable time. Honestly, getting to 50 was never really boring before, especially on Co-Op with a buddy. It's the rounds after that. They really start to drag when the only effective weapons are the Thundergun, Wave Gun, etc. and traps. -
Woman on Poster IS SAMANTHA? Proof to back up theory
Shooter replied to jimirmixes's topic in General Zombies Discussion
This. If anything, that would technically be Richtofen as he is in Sam's body, and Sam is in Richtofen's. Considering that fact, I doubt the skull that Richtofen is holding is his own. Technically though, Sam's body(Richtofen) is still in the pyramid, how did he get out, and why would he even want to get out? You see it complicates things a bit. It possible, just leaves alot of questions that need to be answered. It could possibly be a new female character or female charcters in general as well that they're hinting at. I'm staying open to all the possibilites. -
Welcome to CoDz crushedicee! We're glad to have ya!

Is there a connection between the teleporter and the pyramid
Shooter replied to Tacitus's topic in General Zombies Discussion
The Vril pyramid, or MPD, found on Moon is a direct gateway to the Aether. While it does have the capability of both time travel and teleportation, it's much more powerful than a standard teleporter. It also has the ability to locate a person any where and teleport them to the Moon, among other things. Richtofen first used the pyramid, on accident, to teleport to a jungle (presumably to Shangri La), and back to Der Riese. Afterwards, he begins using the pyramid to teleport his fellow 935 members and scientists to the Moon to build Griffin Station. Richtofen understood how to use the pyramid correctly. However, the Americans lacked this knowledge. While they understood the capabilities of the Vril pyramid, using it correctly was a whole another story. They did eventually get the pyramid to work in their advantage, but only after redesigning a teleportation platform above the pyramid instead. Instead of teleporting with the pyramid directly, the power is transferred to the platform above the pyramid and then used to teleport. The last paragraph and quote here is more a theory than fact, as none of us know for sure how and when the Americans discovered the base. Hope this helps somewhat. -
There's hasn't been an official confirmation of bigger parties, but let's hope it's true! Let me guess, the uploader's best friend's dad works at Treyarch. The legitimacy of the source is just as important as the information itself. I'd wait for an official announcment from a credible source before jumping for joy.

I thought the same, but it can offer up one complication. Well, not so much a complication, but more questions. If this is indeed Samantha, it would mean that Zombies would presumably take place during the time period of BO2's campaign, 2025. Assuming the events of Moon did occur during the present time (2012), she would have aged 13 years, making her around 21 years old in the poster. The age of the women on this poster seems to match this scenario. She looks to be in her early 20's. So this could definately be Samantha. But here's the question: What happened in the 13 year period between the events of Moon and the events of the poster. If Richtofen has control of what zombies are left on Earth after the blast, how does he not overtake the world in a short amount of time? Are there not that many zombies left? Does Richtofen wait for civilizations to rebuild before taking control?
-
Here's an idea: The nukes hit the Earth, but did not fully destroy it. The 3 rockets most likely hit the 3 main areas of infection: Germany, Russia, and America. The blasts do not wipe out the entire infection, zombies survive, and Richtofen can continue his reign of terror. The gang (now with Sam) teleport back to Earth, and find a way to remove Richtofen from the pyramid. At what point in time they travel back to Earth is up for debate. After Earth has been rebuilt? While the Earth is in shambles? 2025? Who knows! I know what you're thinking. How would they teleport back if Richtofen, the only one with knowledge of how exactly the teleporter works, is in the pyramid and has no desire to help them. Here's two options: Maxis, still in the computer, helps teleport the gang back to Earth. The second option is a new gang for Black Ops II helps the old gang either teleport back to Earth, or the new crew stops Richtofen themselves, with the help of the old gang. Just brainstorming here.

Oh, you mean like the teddies found on Moon with the space helmets. Hmmm.... I'm on my phone, so it's a tad bit hard to make it out.
