Every video i've seen, and i mean EVERY video of the "an-94 glitch" is because everyone JUMPS to get to the next ledge, you DON'T need to jump, just walk off the edge. I have never gone down from this area unless i've jumped, resulting in fall damage. There is no glitch just people who don't go down there carefully.

My buddy and I just figured out how to get PHD (its strongly recommended you have jug first) its based upon how much damage you receive from zombies (that are on fire) exploding. Easiest way is running circles in town. I have proof, a video in my theater my xblgt is qxbatmanxp. My buddy and I will also upload a vid tonight or tomorrow of us shooting our feet with a ray gun. Stay tuned!

w0000t i just made it to 28 with a buddy. Our strategy was the same as the video that was posted a few posts ago. One guy runs a hoard around the bottom of the light house. My friend was on top of the cliff at the end of the long ice slide by speed cola, just above where i would hoard. We did really well and could have kept going but stupid mistakes are always the bitter end...

Not that this completely confirms or denies anything but, in the new map Tank sheds some light on this easter egg. When you try freeing the four heroes trapped below PHD in CoTD he can be heard saying something along the lines of "I hope it's worth it this time, f***in gersch!" (at least that's how i remember him saying it) which honestly hints at the fact that this egg is over, and our heroes are just as disappointed as we are. As for HYENA i've only ever seen it useful to reset the puzzle when you mess up.

I posted this on another topic and i'll just repost it here: Round 1: Don't buy any guns, let zombies break in through the window and climb out for drops. Pop five bullets in the chest and then knife once. Be sure to rebuild the window for the 60 points before the rounds over. Round 2: Let them break in as before and pop 8 in the chest and knife once. If everyone is doing this by the end of this round and definitely by the end of the next round there should be a max ammo. Round 3: Until max ammo try and knife them twice in the window and let only some break in for the drops, then knife again. Rinse and repeat. Round 4: If for some ungodly reason you haven't gotten a max ammo by now, then buy the top door and run to the MP5, this should be the first gun you buy. Rounds 5-8ish: Leave the door next to the MP5 closed and camp here. You may need to leave in round 7 (mostly for jug), but be sure to leave a crawler and buy your way up to the box and any perks you want. Round 9-10: Chill at PHD and let your HK and RPKers stay up front and keep two others at the side and top windows, be sure to have someone with a Ray Gun at the top window to keep big groups from swarming at the stairs. Start calling all the landers. Rounds 11-Game Over: Hoarding Zombies! One person at PHD, one in the Junk Yard (the lander should be here), one at Pack A Punch (it would be wise to have thunder gun) and one person in that side room at PHD (this person would be a wise man to have a PaP'd Ballistic Knife as his secondary). For the side room you have to be very vigilant, watch the window behind you, cover the doorway in claymores and shoot out that hole in the corner at the hoard your buddy is grouping. Do not walk to close to the PHD dispenser or zombies will come through the doorway. If you don't know what hoarding is, then I'll explain. Walk in a circle around the lander (PHD), the junk/lander (at the junk yard), and the yellow structure that held the rocket (PaP). Let the zombies follow you and shoot them as you can, try not to run to much or the back of the pack will be close enough to turn around and hit you, only run to escape zombies and don't panic. You should have a big train of zombies behind you acting quite stupid running in a circle, so enjoy killing them! If one of you goes down, don't panic, through a Gersch if you have one, if not run to the trap on your way to the PaP and turn it on letting your hoard run right into it. This works if the PaP hoarder goes down. If the hoarder at PHD goes down, than the dude in the room should run out and let the hoard follow him, throw a Gersch and revive your buddy and then run back to your spot. If the guy in the junk yard goes down then have him crawl to the lander and call it to PHD, throw a Gersch and pick him up. The one that DIDN'T go down should stop killing zombies and let them follow you. The map can only load so many zombies at once, this will allow your buddy to run around and grab his necessary perks without zombies spawning and going after him. Once he's back, start killing your hoard. If anyone goes down and cant be revived have him run and PaP his M19 upon respawn, and hide in the side room. His job will be to keep zombies from coming through the door way until you can leave a crawler at the end of the round DON'T try and hit the box or buy Jug, you'll die trying. If you do it right, only run to escape zombies, and do your best to aim at their heads, you can easily get well past round 50. I've seen many many many survival guides, and hoarding seems to be the most effective way, Zombies rarely if ever touch you, and it allows your ammo to do more damage as it goes through multiple zombies that are bunched together. Sorry if it looks like i'm stealing your topic, i'm just trying to continue your guide, but if you use this guide than you can easily go from just staying alive to surviving. Good hunting!

Yeah i've noticed that too, it doesn't always work, but it works most of the time. I tried last night to get video of it the Crossbow/HK glitch but it didn't come out clear. I will do it again tomorrow, a buddy is coming over so we can play all day.

I was playing with a friend of mine and we noticed that when he would switch weapons, his ammo would replenish. So here's how it happened... He had a PaP'd HK for awhile and when he would switch nothing would happen. After a few rounds he got a Crossbow as his other weapon and PaP'd it. This is when things got strange, from this point until the end of the game if he would switch from his HK to his Crossbow and back, his ammo would replenish (except the mag that's in the gun). We noticed a few things that needed to be true for this to work. His mag had to have a few bullets shot out of it when he switched weapons and it worked best when he had over 500 left over. Now this might not seem all that useful having to switch that much, but if you're hoarding zombies like we were, it made all the difference when you actually have time to switch and switch back. I tried this again last night and it worked, you need to get the HK first and PaP, then the Crossbow and PaP it. I do not have video, but i will try and take video tonight to show everyone. Im letting you guys know because I'm sure someone will try it by the time I film it. If you do, let me know how it worked out! :D

Essentially, he's saying the egg is over, because we were trying to set Gersch free, not ourselves (as players). But yeah i agree with Mickey D up there, i still dont know what i'm reading haha

Crawlers Disappear And Turn Into Zombies With Legs.

Yeah unfortunately crawlers require babysitting now. As long as a crawler is near by one of the players it won't die. But if it's all alone for awhile it'll come back as a runner. So just take turns babysitting and you'll be fine. -
Yeah the top door is designed so that your players height is different relative to the ground. The hot fix to fix the lander glitch checks the height of players relative to the ground and any discrepancies end in insta-death. Good job failing to patch a glitch right 3ARC, now you've got a worse one on your hands. I see this happen a lot actually, it's starting to be a problem like a serious one, i've seen it in almost every game i've played today, it's starting to turn me off from the game. =(

I personally have tried with some players hitting the Gersch with Ray, Zeus, and Dolls before jumping through, and while jumping through. All of this was done while not doing the Easter Egg. Unfortunately, it hasn't yielded any results different from going through it without shooting it. And from what i understand from the coding, "powering-up" the Gersch only effects it while doing the node. :|

Thats not very definitive, hell i had a game last night that went into the 20s and i only had 300 something kills because i was watching a window and not the front over at PHD. I mean yeah checking their kills helps, but having 300ish kills in the 20s doesnt tell you they're a glitcher, they could just be a defensive player, running in with a PAP'd Ballistic Knife or something.

Please don't double post. I have made it to round 40 with two people and round 32 with four people. my gtag is in my sig. I dont care what your voice sounds like as long as it isn't 10 years old and that you can aim your weapon. I play pretty much all the time, but I would like to know the highest round you've been to on Ascension, then we'll talk haha :D

Not rly. Those round 80 bastards are still in the leaderboards and they will stand there forever. Well yes, but now you actually gotta earn it, so the leaderboards will start to be legit, unfortunately like you said, they'll stay up there.
