Agreed. COTD, Der reise, Five and Moon are perfect examples for someone benefiting from NML when they are playing solo. High round recovery on those maps for solo is unforgiving especially in maps that don't have power weapons or monkeys.

well said Tom. I always tell myself and other people the same. NML is a different mode, It may or may not help you do better in regular maps. You won't be running around in a map like a headless chicken without jugs but it will teach you few things to learn eg: 1.How to recover from after being revived in solo. 2. How to play safe without using PHD flopper. 3. Extreme Kiting skills that may be useless in co-op because zombies in co-op are shared except when someone is clutching the game. I see NML as nothing but a fun challenge.

+2 I love NML. I just get very impatient with slow spawns and speed colas. I am distracated very easily at home for personal reasons and this game mode requires utmost focus and concentration unlike any other map. I wish there is way to disable speed cola permanently.

Link or where did you hear this? The devs pretty much said that zombies would return when they stated that Moon was the "season" finale, indicating another future season for zombies... I was joking about this.

Super, Are you going to try for a round 50 game any time soon using venom's strategy? I am thinking about doing it. May be tonight after I get home, I might give this a try but I need motivation.

pap ammo costs 4500. Which is why I always use unpapped smg's. I like to hipfire and spray a lot so 3 round bursts are big no no for me. smg would always help me get to point total I need. I can even pap later in the game if I happen to train close to that location. I would pap M16 if there was a good training spot like in Kino. Even then I would prefer traps and smg over pap wall guns.

All I heard was its the end of Zombies. There won't be any in BO2. So Don't go crazy and pre-order stuff people.

Like Chopper, I usually base my opinions on weapons ammo porvided. Spectre and Fal are probably worst. Fal might be a one shot kill but its worst point maker for starting rounds. And in high rounds it is just not enough to kill zombies and can slow you down when you are going for click click click. Even china lake and other explosives are not as bad if you have PHD flopper, you can group the zombies and make crawlers and slow down zombies in wost case and deal with them one by one. Kind of like slow version of MnS. But AR's and wall smg's are way to go. I hate anything that slows me down. Here are some things to consider while going for ideal weapon during any given round.. 1. Mobility. 2. Ammo. 3. ammo : kill ratio (low rounds) 4. ammo : point ratio (high rounds)

It's not as easy as it seems. After round 10, it gets really difficult. We can give it a try sometime.

Very nice Bin, I am a huge fan of first room challenges. Good to see you posting strategies. My high on ascension is 26 solo then suicide cuz it got boring.
