Is it possible that there is a LOT of new stuff added to the maps? How great would it be if Treyarch spent this whole year looking through the threads and forums listenning to EVERYTHING we were saying and fixed EVERY zombie map. Like in CotD they added a way to kill George for good, or in Ascension they added more to the Easter Egg. I guess we'll find out soon.

So even AFTER people see that it's Call of Duty Zombies Lab, they STILL think it's Live? What more do you need to prove it to you lol? By the way, GREAT find. I wonder what it is...it's either a short film, a game mode, a cut scene, or some weird viral campaign that is supposed to promote something Treyarch has up its sleave.

Indeed William Milton Cooper was a brilliant man who left us too early. I do however believe that sometimes people sometimes look up to him and his words as gospel when even he caught himself being wrong sometimes. His book "Behold A Pale Horse" has some of the most compelling shit I've ever heard. He was in the Navy and saw a craft come out of the ocean while he was on a ship. William Cooper was either a man who knew too much and was snuffed out, or he was a nut job who lost his marbles while serving in the US Navy. He did however have access to certain documents that normal people didn't. He was a freemason (or had certain ties to it) because he even states in his book that his high level clearance was attributed to it. His radio show can still be heard on youtube and other places on the internet. Of course he's been dead since Nov 2001 so they're all old. One inparticular episode of his show struck me as VERY interesting. It was the one about the attacks on nine eleven. One month before the attacks, he says something about a guy named Osama B.L. and how there will be an attack in a major US city sometimes within the next few months or so. I always wondered if he was a psychic. Sorry for the rant, but I saw his name mentioned and had to put my thoughts out there on the guy since his research is in my department.

I want this map to be SO awesome....SO epic....SO INCREDIBLY INSAAAAAANE, that it keeps us entertained until Treyarch's next CoD title. I want this map to be SO great, that MW3 will seem like a drop in a bucket and before you know it it's late 2012 and "Black Ops 2: Zombie World" is released...oh and EVERY CONSOLE GETS THE DLC'S AND THEY ALL COME OUT AT THE SAME TIME!!! I want Moon to be hard enough to make me throw my controller at my neighbors dog rage style. But I want my controller to still work after I've thrown it. I want this map to have an Easter Egg that you can only do with 5 people. Thats right I said 5. 4 people have to complete their steps in one game and then a solo player has to complete it in another...actually thats a pretty damn good idea lol...so since I've spoke my mind, I figure I'll just sum it all up in one word. I want Moon to be.....wait for it.....EPIC!!!

In Depth Moon Loading Screen Analysis *UPDATED*
ZombicidalManiac replied to TescoFresco's topic in Moon
If this is all just a dream in Samantha's head, it would TOTALLY ruin zombies for me. I can remember watching movies when I was a kid, and a lot of times the whole movie turned out to be a dream. A lot of people HATED that idea so directors and writers stopped doing it. If Treyarch did that they would lose a lot of fans. I don't think they'd be that negligent in their story telling abilities. Thats like a cop-out and releases them from the responsibility of telling an in-depth story. Although, since many many things do not make any sense at all in this zombie story, it wouldn't suprise me. I've been let down before so why not now? -
Shangri La is easy to do trains on. It's just like Five except it's bigger. You hold out by the slide (or mine cart) and when it gets heavy you leave. Then you take the underground tunnels slowly and let the zombies catch up a little bit while staying ahead of them. Then finally when you get to the bridge, you unload upon their undead asses until your ready to run again. Hop halfway through the mud pit, run through the spikes through spawn, through the other spikes, through the caves again...or just go right to the slide again. Pretty simple. I've gotten to round 36 solo but with 2-4 people it's a lot different...but pretty much the same. If your team knows how to work as one entity.

LoL Everybody thinks Takeo is a black dude. Just picture Takeo without his little hat, it's him.

How could Ascension come after Moon when you need to launch the rocket to activate the PaP machine? Your not the one who leaves on that rocket because YOUR the one who activates it. The maps are in order of appearance. The only one that falls out of order (technically) is Call of the Dead because it takes place AFTER every other map. But the crew go to CotD after Ascension, then go to Shangri La, then to Moon. Same as the order of release. Moon is the EPIC SEASON FINALE of Black Ops zombies as said by the dev at Treyarch in the trailer. Why would they release a later map as the first DLC anyway? Doesn't make sense.

In Depth Moon Loading Screen Analysis *UPDATED*

Wow, allow me to be the first person on this site to give u some well deserved munchies. [brains] to ya sir. -
Anybody wanna do the Ascension Egg? I need 2 people with mics if ya got it.

Here's the thing...I'm ALL for a zombie movie or whatever Treyarch has planned. I'm just not convinced that the nova crawler we see at the end of the trailer has anything to do with a movie or short film. I think it's probably a cut scene in moon. And also don't forget about when Mason is strapped to the chair in the beginning of the game. If you look at the tv monitors after you select zombies, you see footage of the nova 6 crawlers. It's not in game graphics either, it's more cut scene graphics. So I guess we'll see.
-
If the new perk gives you a third gun, you won't be able to buy the third gun without buying the perk first right? So the gun you bought AFTER you buy the perk will be the one you lose.
-
Probably a cut scene in the Moon map.

Moon Loading Screen Pic, lots of stuff to analyze!
ZombicidalManiac replied to jimbob200521's topic in Moon
The original character ARE in this map as we see in the Rezurrection trailer. The nova crawlers are back. There's a lot of floating going on too. The new perk either allows you to dual weild whatever weapon your using or allows you to carry a third gun. The new weapons look awesome. Since this all looks like it's a comic book, what if the whole Group 935 and Element 115 are just the prices of the objects that were baught by whoever is reading the comic. Like the thunder gun toy costs $9.35. lol.... Anyway, the control panel is definetely the one from the landers in Ascension. And in the trailer Jimmy Zielinski says the classic maps have a "new twist." I wonder what that means. -
I've seen this cloud of smoke after rounds when there was crawlers, and it just stays there. It doesn't move, it just animates like a cloud of smoke hovering in the air. It's exactly as I'm saying it. And no my PS3 isn't broke, it's not a zombie animation, it's just a hovering cloud of smoke I've seen in two different places in the same area...by the water slide. I'm assuming we've found everything in Shangri-La. The Easter Egg I guess is all that this map had to offer, but I do know the Jimmy Zeilinski said Shangri-La is shrouded in mystery and this is something I've never seen anybody talk about. Like I said earlier, it could just be a graphicaly error, but I try to look into everyhing. Who knows, it may be something...then again maybe not.

I woulnd't normally post something like this, as I think it may be a glitch. The reason I'm posting about it is because it's happened twice and mostly, graphical glicthes are like snowflakes in that they are always different and no two are alike. Two different times in Shangri-La, I've seen a tiny cloud of smoke that is levitating in the air. Both times this has happened I was by the water slide. Once was behind the window right next to the slide, and once on the palm tree in front of the side (in front to the left.) I've shot it and tried a few different things, but it just floats there. The first time I saw it I tried a couple things, but the second time I tried a lot of things. I took it as nothing the first time but of course the second time I saw it, I figures maybe it's something. In Call of the Dead sometimes I see the zombies eyes suspended in the air when they're in a big group. Like, I'll see a pair of glowing yellow eyes in the air. I know that's just a graphical glitch that happens sometimes. I dont' know about this one. I don't know what could be causing it or what...but Shangri-La is suposed to be shrouded in mystery right? I've seen this thing twice and it doesn't resemble any glowing zombie eyes or anything like that. It's a floating CLOUD of grey smoke that animates. It's like a tiny fog and you can see it smoking. This just popped in my head, but it could be the exaust from a pipe or something from another area on the map...but I can't think of a spot on the map with exaust. And there was no Napalm Zombies around nor did I just blow one up. It was probably around round 8 or 9 that I saw it both times. I dunno, let me know if you've seen thins please.

Everyone thinks the same thing I do. You'll be able to carry three guns. Easy Peezy. But everyone is like "b-b-b-but how would that work if you go down?" Well OBVIOUSLY you would lose the gun you bought LAST! So lets say you have the Ray gun and the Galil. You go and buy the perk that allows you to carry three guns. Then you hit the box and get the Famas. You go a few rounds and get downed causing you to lose your perks. Well since the Famas was the last perk you bought, you lose it. Of course, I don't know what the new perk does. I'm only saying that it's obvious how it would work if you get downed. I don't know why it's such a mystery. I probably sound a complete douche bag right now, but thats how I talk after a six pack. You should hear me when I'm drunk. But I don't think I'd ever post anything when I was drunk.

I was playing Kino trying to get the "collector" trophy when I got to the room with the fire trap (where Double Tap is) and I was trying to make out what the writing on the wall said. We know in the spawn room it says "Beware of the Six" which I think either means watch out for the Nova 6 Crawlers or something. And we know the boiler room has the words "Manhatten Down" sprawled out on the floor in those bill board letters. But the wall in the fire trap room says "Brimstone to Damnation." I can't figure out what that means. I also tried to put the extra letters in the boiler room together and found nothing. Although there is the roman numeral XII which means 12. There are 11 zombie maps including Moon. I wonder if this could possibly mean one more map? Who knows. Also, I found some letters that could make up the word Magic if there was an "M" in front of it. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know. I was also wondering if anybody ever heard of the 12 bricks that are in the boiler room that your supposed to shoot or knife to play a tune. I've tried this several times with no success. I watched some videos on youtube about it and I've never seen it done, only talked about. Probably a hoax or something.

From spawn, both doors lead to the power room (where the Bowie Knife is) and both paths cost exactly the same. Pretty boring map design if you ask me. But I like your strategy. Go for the Bowie first. People don't realize how bad ass that thing is. It's a one hit kill till round 9. And if you have the Ballistic Knife with the Bowie it's a one hit kill till round 13.

CotD Early Round Solo Strategy?
ZombicidalManiac replied to perfectlemonade's topic in Call Of The Dead
A lot of people are going to tell you what they would do. You sound like you may be playing CotD for your first time and I don't know how experienced you are in determining the zombies movements. After playing zombies for so long you can kind of figure out where they go and how they move. So I'm going to try to help you by assuming your new to zombies. In CotD if you want to survive a lot of rounds in the beginning this is what you do. The fisrt round just stab the zombies. Round 2 pump 8 shots into their legs and then knife them. If you can get 2 or 3 zombies to stand in a line, you'll get 20-30 points per bullet. If you have 2 zombies standing in a line and your shooting their legs 8 times, after the zombie in front dies, make sure you only shoot the one behind it only 5-6 times because of the damage you already did to him while the other zombie was in front of it. Before each round, take George to the opposite side of the rock in the middle. That way he'll be out of your way for the most part. If your starting the round on either side of the rock, shoot the guys coming up from the ground in round 3. Get as many as you can then when it gets crowded, run to the island with Quick Revive. Grab the M14 before you do this, it's only 500 points. Once your on the island shoot everything you can then run and hop in the water when they get close and do some ducking and weaving not allowing the zombies to even get close to you. Just keep repeating that until your at round 6 or 7 and you'll have enough for all the doors to power and you should have enough to open Jugg and buy it. Just remember, if you want to turn the power on and buy Juggernog you'll need EXACTLY 7500 points. I always try to buy the MP-40 on the way to Juggernog but you'll need 8500 points to do that. After you have your Juggernog and your MP-40 a good place to camp for a while is the top of the ship by the power so you can take the zip line down when your in trouble. Do that every round until round 7 or 8 then open up the way to the back of the lighthouse and your golden. Hope this helped. -
I'm really glad you guys can find it in yourselves to put all that stuff behind you and step back to look at the big picture. This is about zombies and zombies only. And Carbon you sound like a legit guy. Your modest and humble and your site is one of the best in existance. I'll be coming here just as much when zombies dies down after Rezurrection and posting theories just like I always do. You doing this for free makes you an even better person. I always hoped you guys would squash the beef because I watch their videos and come to this site often because of the content you all have. Now if we could only end the console wars between XBOX and PS...lol jk...but seriously though lol

I was just thinking that Treyarch are into conspiracy theories because they added the illuminati myth into their story line. So as some of you know, there is a large conspiracy that says the government staged the moon landing in the 60's. If Treyarch was trying to mess with us, they'd probably have the moon be just a large hangar or film set that is located at Area 51. We know that Area 51 is involved in this map because of Treyarchs statement "zombies have taken over Area 51" or something like that. But the QED might teleport us from place to place if the moon is real...which it most likely WILL be. I'm just thinking about that moon landing hoax conspiracy and reaching too far probably. But I do like the idea of the classic maps being involved also. Like maybe the QED will teleport us to the old maps for a round or whatever. It would be really messed up if the perk machines were scattered throughout all the maps. Like you have to teleport to a classic map to get a perk or something. I don't think they'd do it but it would be neat if they did. Oh by the way, this is way off topic but I'm so happy that I have to say it...I finally got the Shangri-La easter egg done. I was lucky enough to find two good players online with mics and my buddy came over and we had split-screen action going on. It took us 3 1/2 hours because the box seriously didn't wanna give us the JGB, but after about 15 different spawn locations later we got it. It was crazy.

Treyarch has been suprising us lately. Nobody thought they'd do a whole zombie pack, nobody thought they'd include George Romaro and a bunch of famous stars in a map, nobody thought they'd release the classic maps, etc etc etc
