  4. I hope some guys have chosen cause of the style of the guns I mean Kar, oops. FG42, most spraying shit ever. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger as T-800 couldn't hold that thing still. But for style, stuff like Oylmpia with the burning effect is absolutely hot.

  9. Absolutely not. So much no on this, can't even describe how much no on this. It makes me shaking, rrrrr. Those 2-3 wood and concrete textures? NML, Verruckt and Kino revealed? Another X maps with zero interactivity, all looking the same? So much no. However, feel is a wide word. More creepiness and stuff, that would all be good for me. But please no Verruckt or Kino or so revealed. I like the versatility (starting from whatever and environment via interactivity up to no gravity) of the new maps, and I hope it goes on like this.

  11. Thanks Ehj I have some ideas how to improve maybe. But since this is going into a battle, it's top secret, hehe. I tried to throw the 2.22 nade so that it takes out the runners, bu not the crawlers. Sad that it blew all zombies away.
  12. As many of you know, Superhands created this awesome 90s solo PAP. It turned out to be one of the safest and easiest way to do it, especially for inexperienced players. So he extended this strategy for a very easy, almost every time working 2ppl Jug strategy, seen here. We then started to try a 2ppl PAP based on the 2ppl Jug strategy. Our first tries didn't deliver proper results in speed, safety and reliability. So I asked myself, how a proper double PAP strategy could look. The main ideas were very basic, such as knifing crawlers is easy and gives you lots of points. So I did some testing, how the crawler amount can be maximized. I found a proper way, and created an exact plan, what we would do in which round. Actually still being at the testing and fine tuning stage, we had a pretty epic run, that we would like to show you.   13. The sound editing is terrible, to call it by its name. It must be perfectly synchronized to the image and stop when there is no more typing. Where is the marker sound effect that strikes the text? There also needs to be some background sound there. Now, this is very dry. I'm thinking of a little background sound that builds up some drama, makes it thrilling and exciting. Maybe a very simple one is enough, for example a conitnuous base tone. Or maybe some tritonus or something, that solves himself to the quint when codz comes in. Add some dynamics and it can already be enough. Then when there come in the key words story, strategy, matches, there must be a "distinct sound" on each of those keywords. Some Bang or Woosh or whatever. Right now I hardly see the words. They must be "BAAANG WE ARE STORY BAAANG WE ARE STRATEGY BAAAAANG HERE YOU FIND PLAYERS!" I must be "wtf how awesome is that?" Not like "Story strategy whut? Meh I watch something else". I could also think of a modulated voice reading those keywords. How callofdutyzombies.com comes in looks too amateur like.

  15. I haven't. I've seen that the ammo is quite in the air or something, but not that I wouldn't get it at all. One explanation I could think of is that you kill the monkey in the moment he teleports from the machine back onto the ground. So that his position is not defined by the game, and therefore neither the position of the ammo. But that you kill him five times in a row in that moment is not really likely. So I have no clue what happened there. I think I have situations in my mind where I kill the last monkey, that was on a machine, but then the ammo was just a bit weird placed, bit above the ground as said. But I'm pretty sure I've got always one. Very weird glitch.
  16. Very good question imho. My very first question, when I firstly found myself on FIVE: Why does my character say "we need power" when there is light on. This one is as basic as the question above. Zombies seem to be killed by the same guns that also kill humans. Knife hits hurt them, bullets hurt them, explosives hurt them, fire hurts them, electricity hurts them, strong air strikes hurt them, and and and. Zombies seem even weaker than humans. Your character survives a shot of the Mustang & Sally, whereas the zombie doesn't in early rounds. So why should a bomb kill humans, but not zombies? What is that bomb filled with? I think the most reasonable answers are: 1) Gameplay, NML wouldn't be what it's meant to be. PAP shall be in a challenging area. You shall also have the option to gather up points down there. 2) They wanna leave us the message, that there are still zombies around, as a reference to BO2. The fight goes on.
  17. Hey guys. Today I experienced (again) one of those one hit downs. I swore, that this must be a fault in the game. But now after watching the video, I indeed got 3 hits, after a little delay another 4th hit. But there was no red screen. So all hit indicators vanished, and then finally the 5th hit downed me. It seems like the little break between the first 3 hits and the 4th hit enabled the lower health regeneration rate, like you have it with a redscreen. However, the redscreen was not displayed. So I felt save, although I wasn't. I don't know, but I could imagine all or most mysterious non-sense one hit downs might be based on this bug, that doesn't display the red screen, so you are not aware of how critical the situation actually is. As well you are not aware of the lower health regeneration rate. Have a look at the video, so you understand what I mean. Don't worry it's just 15seconds. A-G3B-17J2I I ain't sure if I might have gotten a crawler hit and 3 zombie hits. You can hear a crawler quiet well, that might have caused the 4th hit. This could explain why no red screen was there. But I thought, only the enabled red screen means, that your health regeneration is now lowered. I think that's quite an interesting topic. Do you have other examples of this kind of downs? How does it work with the situations, where you get like 3 and a half hit? For example, 2 zombie hits + one M&S shot is no red screen, however the 3rd zombie hit would kill you. Is the lower health regeneration enabled there too? For me it seems atm that the red screen and the low health regeneration rate are two different things, enabled at different damage levels.

  20. Maybe its just that what made this 290 run. You have no clue what you are doing, so you focus like hell. And it works quite well. I was extremely surprised that I could go to 290, I did never think of it. I would have been happy if I achieved a Pap/Jug combo within a few hours of trying NML. Today, I was trying for many hours. But I guess I felt already a bit too comfortable and didn't respect the difficulty anymore. So I never got past 5 minutes today. It's very similar to the Random/Private thought. When do you play better? Inexperienced or experienced? I guess that's why I managed a very well run quite in the beginning, and now I'm in a deep deep hole which I can only get out of with practice and many routine.
  21. Yeah, I thought it would be that part. Still having many probs with it. Pap works well, but then Jug not so... Teleporting Dogs all over the place and so on, so still trying how to deal with it. However, had some good runs already. One looked greath, had about 30 kills more after 5min as in the vid above, but then got blocked at the back pool by dumb dogs that are where they are not supposed to be ;)

  23. Just played a lot with randoms now, and right now I would say again, that I play better with privates. The games seemed anyway pointless, so much pointless, that I didn't even give just a little bit of effort into the game. I guess my opinion about this questions changes randomly....
  24. If you allow me to be honest, the thompson sounds a bit like a paintball gun. I have to choose the MP40 But I would also choose the MP40 if the sound didn't matter.
