  2. As a free update, great. But a lil' remake of an existing map as a DLC would be a rip off.
  3. Well, they made a lot of things people asked for. I'm thinking of the solo leaderboard, better melee weapons (knuckles and shield), attachment changer and such. Also great, that some things are really thought of. Hell yeah, the Town has no Wallgun, which is sad, but it has two box locations on the other hand. So there is a nice chance (33%) of having the box there. Pretty sure thats the reason for the lack of the wallgun. Or another nice point is: If you respawn in the Town, you have no gun, but Jug. Everywhere else, you have a gun but no Jug. Sounds like devs thought about this. I'm pretty sure PHD is out because of the lava. It would become pointless. However I agree, PHD should be back but just protect you from explosions, not from fire. Another new perk could protect you from fire though. Would be awesome. Mule Kick is not there, but there is the fridge, which is almost like Mule Kick. I kinda like all the ideas and stuff, but TranZit is still a pain. I really dislike, that I have to run around 15minutes to do a simple pap. I hate, that I run around 30minutes in the first 3 rounds. Or if I wanna hit the box 30 times, I need as well 20min for that. If I died, I run around half an hour until I'm set back up. That's craaap.
  4. I have experienced so many one hits. Then I watch the theater in 0.2 speed, and there was aaaalways an explanation. Sometimes it looks like a one hit, but is not at all. It is always a simultaneous multi hit, and/or not being fully healed, and/or the not displayed red screen. Always.
  5. Thanks. That is surprising, cause the MP5 was a 100% weapon in Blops 1. The spectre and the mpl I think were 110%. But not the MP5 ;)

  7. Well, the VOJ. Snipers are not easy to handle, lower running speed and everything. Just the handling already speaks for the VOJ. I don't know exactly about the DSR, since I just used it few times. But it did not convince me as the VOJ did. But I didn't test it in flat area, so it was hard to get headies. Should do that once. I think DSR is a nice one too. But inconvenient ;)
  8. Now on PC there was a bug, that upgrades didn't go away. That would mean, I would have been on the highest level all time. But the thing is, on this highest level my M14 should probably have done one shots until 10+. But it was always the same. Headless in 6 I think and no more one shot in 7. Same with the other two upgrades, no indicators for multiple stages. I do not believe this theory of multiple stages, because you loose the perk way too fast. I measured 25 zombies not killed by headshots and the thing is gone. Nuke kills count as non headshot kills. So... Knife a few with your insta. One of the knifed drops a nuke, boom, thing is gone. And you have a while to reacquire it in 40. Especially when u use the Ray :? However even if you get it, the nuke in the next round basically just takes it away again. I think the challenge is to keep the perk active, not to get higher stages. What kind of claims are those here actually? A oneshot Olympia in 18? A double fast revive? Video or it didn't happen, as simple as that.
  9. Yeah it's a very sad story. The glitch is known from like day one (several vids on YT). I hope they fix it.
  10. Just keep in mind, that if you got 3 hits, and then just after the red indicators disappeared a 4th one, it can be that it is actually a red screen situation, but the red screen is not displayed. I always play super careful after I get 3+1 hits. I never trust it ;)
  11. You know, the forum does not offer the same options as this google doc do (layout, design, overview and so on). So I ask you to click on a link. I asked for the Google name, which is a relict from once the sheet was new and I removed it.
  12. It seemed to me it's also at 66, but i was not sure. You sure it's only 33 and 100? Not at 66??? Would be not so intuitive... The perks drop approximately as a basic line you can take in: 1 (solo only for quick revive) 4 8 12 16 20 (coop only since oyu missed the first drop in 1, that you get only in solo) That is just a thing you can orientate yourself. I have also got the last perk in 23 or something...

  14. Well, the K/D is just a factor that represents quite well your skill. But I'm glad it's debunked. My KD was still about 105, now I did today: Rd 35 Farm solo Rd 48 Farm solo Rd 47 Town solo Like 8 hours of play or so, and it just went up to 122. What would I have to do, to reach 200? I wouldn't be aloud to play with friends anymore. They suck, causing me a lot of downs cause I try to revive or something (Hey, them friends, so just try to revive although its risky. If it fails, we simply restart. But we both have fun then, not just one playing one watching). Couldn't do that, so I'm really glad that I still can mess with the KD and also do test games. But I'm still wondering. I'm Top 20 now in TranZit, Farm and Town solo. As well top 20 TranZit 2ppl. So, still no shotties. The system is crap. My mate playing really crap is running around with the Skull. My other mate, playing quite decent (did the top 20 Tranzit with him), has also the Skull. Same rank, but their skill difference is massive... They should overwork it. I'm really disappointed.
  15. I just thought of respawn in power and then use the bus, that your team triggers at a perfect time. Can we debunk this too or may it work? Have yòu tested it already?

I'm struggling with that word though. How do you guys use it? Does "persistent" say, that the upgrades are forever? Or does the word still hold the option of losing the upgrades? Now we know, we can loose upgrades any time. So why do they say persistent if they are temporary? I mean, I earn my headshot thing in round 4. But I knife in 4. So I knife, get no headshots, and after 25 kills the perk is gone again. Or I stick to the team in the beginning, get my revive, in the 20ties I go to my own spot, run there, revive none, loosing it. So what is persistent of these perks?
  17. Do you play online? Do you know that there are two types of metal barriers? Do you identify them correctly? I never lost anything. Even not after hardcore terrible games. I start to believe that people play offline where the server does not tell your console, that you have the permaperk, and then they think they lost it. Or they think the full metal barrier is wooden and think only the barriers with metal edges are metal.

You may also gather all up in one thread as you did wit rank theories. Or give it an own board, then you can tolerate one theory = one thread. Admins: Try to fix the board structure asap (make em visible in index, put map and general strategy together, etc). More boards mean more order, more order allows also to have 2-3 threads on the same topic, as I just said if we had an own easter egg board, we could have one thread = one theory. But if we have only on board for TranZit, it covers anything from A to Z. This means, we loose too much overview with too many threads about the same. But I actually don't suggest a EE board.

If I gain one more tally, the case is clear But I still do not understand how you would gain 2 tallies at once... edit: Had 2 tallies before 7 and still have 2. Let's see tomorrow morning. edit: well, still 2 but i remembered... all games I did crashed, none was stored, not even in theater :)
  20. TALLIES So, we need to get clear of this. It's for me actually proven. Tallies = How many days have you played in the last 5 days. Now. Some dude says, he gets 2 tallies at once. Would fit that 7pm thing, if you play from 6-8. You play 6-7 (+1 tally if not yet played that day) and 7-8. You got that 7 confirmed? Is the overall thing (how many days have you played in the last 5 days) confirmed? Or is it the last week? Is someone playing not frequently? did someone stop or almost stop playing? can someone check every hour how much tallies he has? are theories that go apart from the activity theory even in a single way worth to notice anymore? Said in different words: Can anyone debunk this, or is it exactly true: The tallies show how many days you have played within the last 5 days. A day is count as "7pm to 7pm UTC -5h". Example: You haven't played from 7pm yesterday to 6pm today. You are currently on 2 tallies. You play now from 6-8pm. You get one tally, because you played in the "day" from 7pm yesterday to 7pm today. You get another tally, because you played in the "day" from 7pm today to 7pm tomorrow. So you gain two tallies in one gaming period. Example: You are on 5 tallies. You haven't played from 7pm to 6.59pm today. You check your tallies. Still 5. Now clock goes to 7pm. You check your tallies: You lost one, cause you missed the full period from 7 to 7. You will not be able to go on 5 tallies in the next 4 days, because you missed one day in the past 5. You have to wait for the fifth tally, until your missed day is no longer "in the past 5". Upcoming question: Is the current "in progress" day already evaluated. So I'm on 3 tallies, it's 3pm. Haven't palyed yet today. Now I do a game. Will I get instantly get 4 tallies after my game, or do I have to wait until 7pm, until the day is evaluated? If I play from 6-8pm one single full game, will it only notice "you ended the game at 8, so you played on day 2". Or will it say: You started the game at 6, so you played on day 1. Or will it notice, you played 6-7, as well 7-8, so you played on both, day 1 and 2 ? GIVE ME ALL HINTS YOU HAVE. People would not be willing to do such an effort. We would not get enough data. People would not be willing to evaluate a load of data. Or would they? You would have to check the stats (all leaderboard) of your friends and other, write all down in an excel file, and then sort by emblem, and then... hope for a miracle that you crack the formula. You could maybe find some stuff that looks suspicious, like "Kills almost sorts with the rank" or something like that (btw it's not, i think ranked most kills ranks 1 and 3 of PC leaderboard have only the dagger). Checked only top 3. I think we should use another basis first. And this is a question: How would you do it? Create your own ranking system. And tell us, how it would look and explain it.

  22. Nice theory with the sights. Has no one yet checked the whole map (including sky) with the Target Finder? Maybe it points something out. Sun, Moon, whatever. Had no one a look inside the church and every building with the Millimeter Scanner? I think if there is something to the sight theory, it must either be TF or MMS, cause you see not more with a Red Dot as you would without using a sight.
  23. I think that is not exactly correct. I investigated that myself in Black Ops 1 and made a funny video a loooooong time ago. Therefore, nobody has to see that Now what Stamin Does is: It has no effect on prone, crawl or walk. But the running or sprinting, whatever you call it, is always going up to (not sure) 100 or 110%. So, when you have a Ballistic Knife, which guarantees you as a superlight gun a running speed of 110% all the time, Stamin will have no effect. When you run with a Ray Gun, which has a 100% run speed, your speed will be increased by 10% in case Stamin provides 110% speed. In case Stamin guarantees you only 100% running speed, you gain no advantage here too. AR's have I think 95% walking speed, which is then increased to 110% (as said, it could also be 100%) again. Using a LMG with 87.5 running speed is a pain. But with stamin, you run again at 100 or 110 %, which is great and well noticeable. In Blops 1, sprint duration was increased from approx 4 to 8 seconds. I noticed so far no differences between Black Ops 1 and 2. So the reason overall to use Stamin is: [*:2ytq43zx] If you want to run your train with a LMG. [*:2ytq43zx] If you are a perfectionist like me, you can use it with AR's too, just to get this little bit of more speed. [*:2ytq43zx] If you have to travel far distances (COTD, Moon, TranZit - reach the downed, the perk, the box, the easter egg locations faster). BTW: You also avoid more Denizen attacks because you can sprint longer. This side effect provides again faster traveling. But you don't really need it, if: [*:2ytq43zx]You run with a Ray or M&S or something. [*:2ytq43zx]You stay at one place and you never have to travel.
