  2. I definitely think the letters from the field will help us narrow down the date, but I wouldn't rule out dates simply because of dynamic snow in the map. I live in southern Missouri, which is generally very mild, but we had snow on May 3rd even with quote-unquote "global warming" but let's keep our eyes on the letters, I think therein we'll find our best clues

  5. Nicely put together BS, thanks for this only one question I have, at the very end you mention Vulture aid helps in getting the upgrade? just curious how? This has to be my favorite persistent upgrade we've gotten save maybe the headshot multiplier one
  6. Sorry, terrible spelling and such annoy me greatly. Also the point of zombies is to see how long you can survive. Your idea is effectively getting rid of what zombies is all about and making it much too easy. absolutely. this is why i hated the premise of the MotD easter egg and breaking the cycle thus ending the game without being eaten by zombies. the only way the game should be able to end is by being overcome by the undead, end of story

Yeah,Nova 6 Crawlers are a pain in the ass.They're the main reason on why I never liked Kino...or Moon.Everytime I was expecting to get to 50+,a bastard crawler crawls toward me,or teleport,and kills me on 47-49.I can't like them,they're bad persons lol. Denizens doesn't even need a comment.They're just terrible:You try to run,while they try to tear apart your eyes. And George,of course.I hate that guy.Always turning my crawlers into runners,or trying to kill me with that stagelight. Space Monkeys have a special place in my blacklist too. they weren't bad at all on moon, because like he said above, as long as nobody is in the labs they won't spawn. thats why Kino is not anywhere near my top fave maps like it is for a lot of people (especially ones who first played on blops and not waw) and they were a huge pain in the ass on Five too, simply because if you want to avoid them (which i do) it eliminates half the map from your usable area

Kindof,but I like them I wish we say more highjacked though....love that map this is why we have more remade maps, and thats the problem. the maps keep keep getting smaller and smaller to appease the nuketown/hijacked adhd crowd and now there are no good maps to engage long distance with snipers or anything.... all the maps are beginning to play the same with everyone just running wildly and theres nostrategy just reactions

Love em! its familiar but still feels like a new experience. like when i spawn in on the summit remake, i have to take a minute to know where i am on the map. love that we're getting a WaW remake in Apocalypse as well. wish IW would do this more often (i think they brought back a couple of Cod4 maps in MW2 map pack but it was not reimagined at all
  10. this would be a great way for them to implement the "micro transactions" into zombies especially for those that play pretty much exclusively zombies. like a weapon pack for 320 MSP or whatever and it puts all the WaW box weapons in the box, or something like that. different weapon sets you could use in custom games to make things a little more interesting
  11. the point i'm making is it makes zero sense to place geographic limitations on creating a zombie map. ok the first map is in Washington state. "Hey we think it would be really cool to do a zombies map at Alcatraz" "Nope, that is too close to washington on the globe, pick somewhere further away so we use up all the empty space." What happens is the team decides where the map is, they make said map, then the icon is placed over the location of the map. thats all there is to it, is to show the players where on Earth each map takes place on top of that, 70% of the earth is covered by water anyway lol. so we're already down to 30% of the earth's surface where the maps can be placed anyway :lol:
  12. Well thank you for your patience, but you've got it backwards. So they made a map at Alcatraz... where did you want them to put that on the map? the places on the map are already established. So basically what you're saying is, based on the already established places on the earth, the developers should have chosen the location of the zombies maps based purely off of their proximity on the globe to one another? do you understand how silly that sounds?
  13. well i think it should be looked at less as "look at all this empty space on the earth they should make more maps to fill the space" and more of "oh wow, this map looks like a southwest US ghost town, but its actually in Africa?" it just serves the purpose of showing visually where a map actually is located. It never should have been looked at as expecting to get the entire surface of the earth filled with maps lol
  14. although i find it admirable that you continue to look for ways to complete a solo easter egg, the fact of the matter is it just plain isn't possible. same with shang, because you HAVE to have 4 people to go into the eclipse... would be nice if they included solo versions, but they didnt

I definitely understand the liking simplicity, as i dont really like to have to hit select 4 times before i finally get to the match making part, but i do like the aesthetics of the earth select screen. Makes it appear much more like a standalone game mode, whereas on black ops 1 it still felt a bit like a mini game menu.
  16. Because it looks cool? its way more creative than a list like the previous two games had? kinda just sounds more like you're complaining about not having enough maps and less about the way in which you select them

(Furthermore, the Slquifier won't be in the box at first.) RPD is not in Buried. also add the MTAR and Type-25 to the Die Rise and Tranzit list
  19. Thtas what people on the activision forum told me. But I don't buy it. When someone spends over 400k on the box, I doubt its the same probability. and quick question. what guns are in tranzit's box that are not in buried's box? i disagree... just because a gun's weighted probability is 1/10 or 10% does not necessarily mean you will for sure get it if you roll 10 times. I'm sure the coding of the game has these weighted probabilities, and hence the name "random box" a random weapon comes out based on execution of the code based on those weighted probabilities. Just like if you have a quarter, and you know the chance of getting heads is 50%; but theoretically you could flip that coin 10 times and get tails every time... just because out of X flips or X box rolls you didnt get Y gun, doesnt mean Y gun's probability is 0. Now that being said, over time that probability should even out
  20. yeah the absence of flopper (for the most part) definitely caused a decrease in M&S usage for sure
  21. I could be wrong, but i feel like we mainly are back to the O4 guys, because partly the community did not connect well with the N4, and largely begged for the O4 back. If they had it to do over again, I really think they would have gone a completely different direction and have us play as the O4 all the way through
  22. exactly how I feel BS.... i feel like they maybe just decided to cut their losses with the N4 as opposed to forcing us to play one more map with them (being as there was overwhelming support for bringing back the O4)
  23. no i think you're looking at the zombies that is wearing the old time scuba metal suit. i thought that at first too. the actual robot is much much much bigger and as for the mauser starting pistol, if they have taken away mustang and sally, i am going to be that that thing will be absolutely beastly upgraded
  24. Alright now that the trailer has dropped and confirmed it IS Tank, Takeo, Nikolai and Richtofen that we are playing as, we can put this to rest lol
