  1. More than likely after or during CotD, actually. It would have to be before COTD wouldn't it? When the crew arrive at COTD Richtofen says they went too far into the future. So in order to reach his DESIRED destination, he would have to travel BACK in time no? Too far into the future I think more than likely means that they went so far the teleporter could not handle it. I mean really, is there a real reason for why they could not go that far? Nothing's really... missing. I don't know, maybe it does mean what you mean, but this seems a bit more logical to me. It could really go either way.
  2. I say no until after the BO2 era is ended, otherwise there would be little point in playing treyarch's maps.
  3. ....um are you serious?? They went to the freaking moon, thats crazy. Travelling back in time is more probable than space travel but i dont ever see they doing it, with no guns to buy it wouldnt work and simple weapons (clubs and such) just wouldnt be the same. The only real way it could work is maybe to get to the pap you need to teleport and it takes you there for 30 seconds before taking you to pap or part of the easter egg. They are on to a good thing with the formula they are using and probably shouldnt change anything. I think traveling to prehistoric ages, with virtually nothing to use as weapons and other stuff is less likely, plus to me at the least it doesn't sound interesting.
  4. I don't think so... that would be kinda stupid to be honest. I'd rather just have it at like 1900-present or near future. Otherwise it gets a bit crazy.
  5. Man, there's more things that I disagree with than I can count, so I'm just going to agree to disagree here. WaW was my favorite CoD, and if there's one awesome thing about it, it's the maps. They are, in no way, bland. Even the bigger maps, which were more fun than some of the smaller maps because it changed up things. Telling me to go play WaW for WaW guns... wow, that argument is overused. Guess what? Not everyone either has WaW, or can play WaW due to hackers, (referring to Xbox). Enough on that part, though. I don't particularly want a WaW2 anyways, we need progression. Hate to break it to ya, but WaW was basically WWII CoD4 with a new campaign, weapons, gore, and zombies. Treyarch generally takes the good ideas from IW, and adds their own awesome ideas. Also, only MW2 & 3 are similar, the things added to MW2 totally changed CoD.
  6. Oh yeah, that was it. Well I think campaign is basically out of the question then if they say that. Actually, I think I saw the leak you had. The MP stuff was actually pretty decent, but everything else was kind of... well I don't really like the idea of zombie campaign.
  7. Help me out, it was the one CoD XP vid that they said they wouldn't do a zombies campaign, right? No, that was a full zombie game... However, their focus is primarily on MP, and I'd seriously doubt they'd ever go for a full on zombie campaign. If they tried to pull that off, I'd be pissed, though.
  8. There will DEFINITELY not be a campaign mode. Treyarch has stated that themselves. This info is false.
  9. Eh... we'll agree to disagree on this one. Besides, most people complain about the balance of guns and such, not style. Seems a little different...
  10. I love how 70% of this topic is people only commenting on the urban setting Not that I'm complaining. I'm glad that people like the idea, and honestly I'm surprised so few people have thought of it as a setting.
  11. People complain about perks and weapons, which they shouldn't because it honestly doesn't hurt the game all that much. People have literally complained about stupid crap like that since the start of CoD. It really has nothing to do with guns sucking. Like I said, not the best CoD ever, but I seriously don't think it is the worst. I've had moderate fun on it. Not as much as WaW, CoD4, or BO, but moderate. You guys seem to like MW2 a bit too much... I could really never get into that one. It was just insanity, so much that I had a literal hard time having fun with it. Not to mention OP things were about 10x worse (though I never particularly complained about that).
  12. I'm sorry, but WHY DOES EVERYONE COMPLAIN ABOUT MP?! I see this every year, primarily stupid reasons. Not being able to climb... well actually, that kind of is stupid on the game's part, but perks, weapon, stuff like that is nothing to complain about. I literally see that same old crap every single year, and it is just a BS excuse. Maps.. okay, that's personal opinion. I didn't think many of them as great, they all seemed too similar to each other, but I wouldn't say they're the worst either. Snipers... at least you can kill with them (looks at BO's snipers). Community... agreed. Nothing to help that, though. Don't get me wrong, I am not praising MW3, I have really no desire to play it, but it is not that bad.
  13. Indeed... if anything, that's what makes them so great, so unique. Sure, I may be one of the people who hates things added to the older maps, but really, for Nacht in particular it would totally be bad. Saying you don't like those because they don't have certain things is kind of not so fair to those maps. ANYWAYS, to stay on topic LOVED.. Shi no numa, because of the amazing atmosphere, toughness, intros to many new things (including the beginnings of the story), the japanese zombies, and the only really fun map to camp on for a long time. LIKED.. Pretty much everything else HATED.. None, though it irritates me when people say Der Riese is the perfect map, when it really isn't, but generally the classic maps annoy me for really just some of the little things there are.
  14. More than likely after or during CotD, actually.
  15. More than likely it's a combo. He seems to have gotten the voices from the pyramid. Now, schizophrenia CAN lead to huge mood swings at times. Of course, he was crazy before hand, but we really haven't a great grasp at what he was really like before that.
  16. 2 Reasons: Amazon leaked it, and we can pretty much confirm since Treyarch does every CoD after IW's, and the fact that we have info from the terminal on what plot details might be in the next game.
  17. The thing about Mule Kick that I don't like? It's there. It does not belong on that map. It ruins Treyarch's progression, and overall how that maps work. Not to mention, even if I don't buy it, it's still there in an awkward area on all maps but moon, and my team mates can buy it as well. Some things are worth complaining. Others, I will agree. People are morons and like to complain. I can not even begin to explain how bad adding perks will be. Those maps were not meant for these Perks, and will be insanely OP in every way. That, and I'm here for nostalgia.
  18. Around 250-350 thousand ish each day total I think.
  19. Some of it is nostalgia. If you go on WaW now a days it isn't the same. Hackers are everywhere, even in zombies. A replacement is necessary, and what they did to the Classics was not it. I didn't mind the classics, but there was SO much crap that could have been done better. For instance, BO weapons kinda sucked, and did not belong, and the original characters could have confused newcomers to zombies.
  20. I would have to launch a nuclear missile at Treyarch for screwing up the classics even more, not to mention screwing up Kino, Five, and Ascension ever so slightly. In other words, I'd be pissed. Mule Kick should never have been added in the first place.
  21. Actually, around now is probably the right time for a reveal. However, I think it's fake. Zombie info was released much later last time, so Sam Richtofen as a username makes no sense. It would be campaign first. It always is.
  22. They could have visited. Who said Shi no numa was a 935 base?
  23. They say time heals all wounds, but still, I don't think this is the case here. The impact would have been greater (swamp depth is really small), and I don't think some of the trees would be as tall as they are.
  24. We had one a few posts (maybe pages) back. It really didn't go out of Russia, So it's more likely to be Manchuria or High up Japan. HOWEVER, we can not rule out, now that I think about it, that they simply moved the meteor fragments. I do not see a crater around Shi no numa, after all. Also, it would be kind of dangerous for SNN to be in New Guinea, since that was the edge of their empire. If america took that, all their resources would be lost. Plus, by the time Shi no numa has its outbreak, it is likely 1945. Was new guinea taken back then? (I forget).
