I wish I did it last week so I could focus on my math finale...

I really want to do it at the last minute, but the math finale might suffer because of it... Why do the two finales I worry most about have to occur the same day?

Just an update- 4 to 6 pages left. Unfortunately, these pages have such vague directions. Damn this class...

See I hate english, telling you what prompt YOU should right about. In the real world a journalist would right about anything interesting.

Actually, I like knowing what to write. It makes things hella easier. It just sucks when that prompt is vague as all hell which is 90% of this class.

I like the break up in the story like they did last year. They gotta stretch the show out for a whole season, and we basically already got all of Season 3 in the first three episodes. Showing an outside storyline is a good way to pace the show instead of having the main group be in constant action, which would water it down.

It's not the breakup, it's the fact that they don't finish one storyline before switching it up that pisses me off. I was okay with them going to Beth's story. I want them to finish that before switching to Abraham's group.

I think i prefer it the way they are doing it. Keeps things more chronologically in perspective. Especially with groups intersecting (ahem: spoilers!! carol last night) i mean if they finish abraham's story and people are missing or present and then they shift, well it doesn't work. they have to keep things chronologically correct

i just got offered a new job making 35% more than i make now...... so yeah, might have to consider the ole upgrade to Xbox one..... mmmhmmm

but yeah, I'd focus a major. BS in broad things is usually poor.

BS ins anything along the science track is also poor.

You can't really get research or teaching jobs without at least an MS.

I think at my school, they make you take all the math classes (calc 1-3ish) in an Actuarial Science major. The Major is also competative, so I pretty much blew my chances of that with this last test. Most likely I will switch to accounting at some point. Thanks for making me feel better about being terrible at some of these things early on, by the way.

Just don't worry about it.

Math is a procedural skill, not a recollection based skill set.

It takes time, and practice. If the way your professors describe something doesn't give you a "oh, okay." moment, then you need to find a friend, tutor, or intelligent hobo who can explain it in ways that it does.

I did awful in Pre-Calc and prior. I'm not necessarily a typical case, but in Calc 1 and Calc 2, with a good professor, I was able to firmly grasp the main concepts, and at least temporarily grasp the specifics through out the semesters. I haven't yet gotten lower than an 85% on an exam for a math class in College.

The way you learn it, becomes the most important.

Believe me I know… It's tedious, difficult, and doesn't really even make sense…. I haven't even been able to push the button yet however…

If you do,it's because no one (or very little) people have classes on the weekend and everyone is trying to connect at once.

Think of it as everyone trying to run through a door at once.

But right now, it's Sunday, and a peak time in the day, and is working almost flawlessly. The internet is so inconsistent.

It's just the way college things work. You learn to accept it and work around. Unfortunately.
