This is from a post made by PINNAZ. This is another style of the Tommy Gun. Although I wish it was, that gun in the trailer is sadly no PPSH.

I noticed that too. I want to say it's something else entirely as well. I'm leaning towards the mysterious voice. Perhaps this will be the map that describes its origins?

I used to make Mule Kick a priority, but after going down so many times without Who's Who, I only get it from the Jumping Jacks. With so many perks, we have to make a lot of choices as to what four we want initially, which sucks when there's so many "essential" ones.

~New Boss~ Scariest Map? They Weren't Kidding!
Flammenwerfer replied to Electric Jesus's topic in Mob of the Dead
Like I said in my thread, I think it's some sort of Hellbat enemy. Either that, or a floating, fiery, horned head. -
There were also some red eyed zombies in the promo pic as well that did not look like the zombie in the trailer. So yes, basically was bagel_ said. :P

Hey guys, just saw the Uprising trailer, so it's time for Flammenwerfer to dissect it! Here is the official trailer from COD. Here's a video version of my findings. The "Making Of" Video that aired after the CoD Championship. Xbox Exclusive. The first image we see is a red eyed zombie. This zombie looks important, as it is most likely the warden of Alcatraz. Perhaps he'll be the new George-type enemy? A tight prison cell corridor. Looks neat and tight. Broadway? Sounds interesting... Kinda looks like a new kind of buildable bench on the left. Looks like mo-cap for a new cutscene. Doubt it'll be a gameplay mechanic. Nice shot of Alcatraz from the waters. Notice the red beam protruding into the sky. New Mystery Box light? A teddy bear in a small room. Flashed for a second in-between the previous two pictures. Another shot of the prison. Notice red beam again. New gun. Kind of looks like the PPSH, but not really. Others say it looks like a Tommy Gun, but we've seen the Thompson before and it doesn't look like that, even with the drum magazine. Our new characters. Pretty interesting, I must say. What in the world is that fiery thing? Fire bat? New type of Hellhound? Very interesting. Also note that we'll have the 2025 weapons again. The Uzi is in zombies! Huh! Other Contributors: Read this Webpage. The Thompson Sub-Machine Gun http://www.vincelewis.net/tommygun.html The first Tommy gun to see military use was the Model 1928, used by the US navy during its expedition in Nicaragua. Called the "Navy" model 1928, it was fitted with a heavier bolt to bring the rate of fire down to six hundred rounds per minute. With the start of World War Two, the U.S Army procured a large number of these Navy Tommy Guns, and marked them as U.S Model 1928A1. The British commando's, paratroopers and many infantry outfits were equipped with the Tommy Gun, and it was issued with several thirty round box magazines as the drum magazines were too bulky for an infantryman to a carry. Below is the M1A1 Thompson submachine gun, with the cocking lever now situated on the right-hand side of the receiver. This was the most popular model and was used extensively by the Marines, U.S Army and Commandos in World War Two.

Yes, hence why I said that the zombies existed in their universe this whole time. However, another possible explanation could be time travel, if this information is to be believed. The information only stated that they were "prohibition era" gangsters, so it is entirely possible that they were sucked into a time vortex and sent to whatever time MotD is set in.

Great, now I don't have to report more "leaked" info threads. So guys, I guess I'll start us off with a theory. The zombies on the promo picture have red eyes. What could this mean? Two (possible) explanations: 1. The zombies aren't in control of anyone, or anything, and red is their normal eye colour. This suggests that the zombies were in this universe the whole time, and that Maxis did not create them, but rather simply tried to control them. This explains why people aren't as shocked to see zombies, like the CotD characters or the "Five" characters. 2. Another force is controlling the zombies, separate from Sam or Richtofen. Possibly the voice that controls Richtofen, or even possibly Maxis. So, what do you guys think? What will we see in Mob of the Dead in regards to these red eyed zombies?

The Tunguska Event - A Map, Finally?
Flammenwerfer replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in Research & Development
Nikola Tesla is a scientific hero. And yes, the codename for the Wunderwaffe is zm_tesla_gun or something similar. -
There isn't any second bus route available on the map, mate. Sorry to say it, but as of right now, there is nothing.
-
Uh oh, this happened to me on MW2 when it came out. Know what happened? My Xbox's video card had been fried. Hopefully, that isn't the issue for you, mate.

Isn't the moon just a moon? ;) -
Why exactly have you been told not to talk about it? You should be able to talk about whatever you want to. Sounds like he's stating something silly that PlayTheGame rumoured.
-
For a second there, I was worried they were going to use "Back In Black" for the hundredth time. I personally like the camos. I just wish they released a Map Pack 2 trailer instead.

When do the waves stop growing?
Flammenwerfer replied to godofwarNG's topic in General Zombies Discussion
It never stops. Ever. At least, not at the amounts you suggested. Maybe at round 65535. ;)
