Honestly, before the map came out, I thought the GG Bridge WOULD have a No Man's Land mode attached to it. It's perfect for it, and I'd love to have the time-based setting again.

Welcome to the Forum, Tom! Nice to have you here! I play zombies on all three mediums, but I mainly play on Xbox. I only have Black Ops for the PS3, and custom WaW maps on the PC. But still, don't hesitate to contact our friendly users here for a quick game or two!

Give him Electric Cherry and then we'll get Electric Jesus! Honestly, though, nice theory. It was a good read.

 Anyway, I like to call Juggernog Jugg, Speed Cola Speed, basically the shortened version of each perk's name.

That's fine mate, this is just for people who have yet to submit an entry.

What makes COD zombies special?
Flammenwerfer replied to AlphaOmega's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Oh goodness, where to begin? Personally, I love the atmosphere of the maps. Firstly, it's survival, so you know you won't live through to the end. It's exciting to see how far you'll get with your bros, or your randoms. Secondly, the looks of the maps really add to it. Sure, it could be set in a city like every other zombie game, but not with CoD Zombies. We go to so many awe-some places, like a German weapons factory, a jungle paradise, and even the moon! I also love the mechanics of the game. Earning points and them using them to buy weapons, upgrades, new locations...it's just something I love, and I wish more games incorporated a system like this. -
Also guys, if you could, please send your submissions to InfestLithium. We just want all of them to be together with one person, instead of scattered throughout all of us. Thanks!

Hooray! That's some good news. Welcome to the purple, guys. ;)

I'm flattered! Thanks mate. Also, welcome, welcome, welcome! Enjoy your stay, and don't you dare leave. ;)

Next Map should not be big
Flammenwerfer replied to gunslinger979's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I don't agree. I love large maps. They offer a lot of new features and add to the atmosphere. Small maps are okay, but they get boring after a few games because there's not much there to see and experience. However, I don't want a "large" map like Green Run. Large maps should have content wherever you go, and promote exploring. -
I agree that there is quite the lack in weapon and perk choices, but I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing. Having a lack of bad weapons in the box makes sure you get a pretty good weapon. I know what you mean, how it takes challenge out of the map somewhat, but just imagine getting bad weapons in the box time after time, just to have Brutus spawn because you kept getting the KAP and RPG. Having better weapons available and only those weapons promotes less box uses, which in itself took challenge out of previous maps. Also, your point of having more perks in the game would diminish the challenge of the map. I mean, if Stamin-Up was in the map, then it would be easier to traverse. That in turn lowers the difficulty somewhat. I mean, do you want more challenge, or less? I'm not trying to come off as a jerk here, I just find this a bit confusing as to what point you are trying to get across.

Yeah, the community is usually open minded. Don't let this get you down. Just remember that not everything is super significant to the story, and not everything is connected to each other. And Captin, if you were talking about me and/or MMX, just stop. We aren't "know it alls", we just don't think everything is significant in the game. Sorry if I came off as rude, Requix. Again, don't let this get you down. You're being nominated for UOTM for a reason, you know. ;)

"Soul Survivor" is an achievement, not an easter egg... Also, like Delta said, it's only said when there's only one player left, as they are the "sole" survivor. There isn't really any connection to WaW with that.

Korn. I listen to lots and lots of Korn. And Metallica.

Flammenwerfer and InfestLithium are now Dwellers!
Flammenwerfer replied to Undead's topic in Site News
I'm a little late on this, but thank you everyone. Lithium and I hold this title with the utmost respect, and we will be sure not to disappoint the community. -
Neat idea, but I doubt it would happen. Treyarch knows that if they just re-released Der Riese as a final map, people would be in an uproar. Would I love a Der Riese revamp? Yes. Is it reasonable to think we'll get one? Not quite.

Solo MotD better than party MotD? Pros and Cons
Flammenwerfer replied to BizBloodshot's topic in Mob of the Dead
I almost always play with other people. I used to love playing solo, but I just hate having that "alone" feeling. Most randoms I play with are decent, but sometimes I'll get that one kid who always steals kills in the early rounds, refuses to open doors, and keeps a part to make sure no one can build anything. Anyway, I personally prefer co-op MotD. It's just more fun when you kill zombies with other people. :D -
MOTD Achievements Not Showing On Profile?
Flammenwerfer replied to NikolaisVodka's topic in Mob of the Dead
Yes. Just make sure when you delete your profile, you choose "Delete Profile Only", and not "Delete Profile and Items". Once you recover it, you can redo the achievements. Luckily, they aren't that hard this time around. ;) -
MOTD Achievements Not Showing On Profile?
Flammenwerfer replied to NikolaisVodka's topic in Mob of the Dead
Check xbox.com and see if your achievements updated on there. If they didn't, well then I have some bad news. See, when the DLC came out, the Xbox servers didn't update with the achievements, even though you could still earn them. This caused a problem in which only your profile on your Xbox had the achievements. This happened to everybody who earned any achievements before the server updated. The only thing you can do to remedy this is to delete your profile from your Xbox, then recover it. You'll have to earn the achievements all over again, but your profile will no longer be glitched. I had to do it, Infest had to do it, everyone did. Sorry man. :| -
CODZ youtube - NEW INTRO IN ORIGINAL POST (opinions please)
Flammenwerfer replied to Chopper's topic in Site News
I think I can speak on behalf of the PDT crew that we would love to be featured, but like Rissole said, we aren't "official", hence why we put the disclaimer. We have a channel of our own that'll be used for that purpose in the future, anyway, and like Jolteon suggested, I wouldn't be opposed to any "advertising" of the sort. I mean, if we do get the CoDZ YouTube channel up and running again, who's to say I won't help contribute anyway? Seriously, though, I want to see this channel reach beyond its limits. If I can help in any way, just PM me or something of the sort. -
Ah, how I wish we could. Unfortunately, not yet, my dude-friend. At least, not to my knowledge. Treyarch hasn't said anything about it in their recent patch logs.

Hey guys, sorry if this has already been posted. It's quite difficult to keep track of threads when there's 20+ new ones every day. Right underneath the Hellhead spawn in the Cell Block area is a small, fiery pit, like a smaller version of the pit in Green Run's power station. If you throw a grenade into it, you get 20 free points. It's not much at all, but it's pretty neat regardless. PS I just realized that this is the only map to not have purchasable grenades (I think). Strange, isn't it? ;)
-
Well, by all means, try everything you can, mate. Just don't get your hopes up, though. We don't want this to turn into another "WE HAVE TO SHOOT THE CHAINS ON THE BIG DOOR WITH THE FOUR DEATH MACHINES TO OPEN IT" scenario.

~Original Four in MotD~ In-game quotes and evidence!
Flammenwerfer replied to Electric Jesus's topic in Mob of the Dead
I thought those were beer bottles. Kind of a double correlation to how it would make sense since beer bottles work perfect for a Johnny Cash song. Also, remember that we are playing as "prohibition era gangsters." These beer bottles could be a rarity, and appear out of place in Alcatraz at the time (like the teddy bears in other maps).
