I can't see that being Nuketown. If anything, it's "the map" that we saw in the developer's behind the scenes video. It's just hard to connect that with this picture because we never got a look at the sky box used, let alone the complete map. In the video, it seemed like it had a nighttime sky box and lighting, whereas this one has a more country, "dusty" look, the complete version of the aforementioned map.

Oh god yes. Yes. YES. This atmosphere just screams great zombie map. More excited than ever before!

Could Nuketown Zombies be a Solo Only Map?
Flammenwerfer replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Hm, you know, I've never really thought of opening the bunker. Either way, I'm still pretty stoked about this. -
I've been thinking about it and to me it seems like it it'll be a solo only map, similar to NML. I mean, it's a fairly small map, even if they opened up the debris that leads to the other houses. My reasons: 1. Small map - in the later rounds 4 players would be swarmed with zombies, there would be barely any place to run away to. 2. Maybe not a possible reason, but if you look at the promotional picture, you can see that the population is only 1, as opposed to 4. I'm not sure about this one, just seems odd that they would put just 1, as in there is only 1 actual living person there.

8 players, new modes ON ZOMBIES?
Flammenwerfer replied to owner_101's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I'd love a lot of new modes and such as long as it doesn't mess with the core zombies playstyle. Also, does anyone else have a bad feeling that this leaked "story" screenshot is just going to be a quick summarizing cutscene and not a campaign? :( -
It's before. Why isn't Sam in Richtofen? Because it's before!

When used on... 1. Wall Guns: -inverses the Ammo/Upgraded ammo prices, making the upgraded ammo 500 points and regular ammo 4500. -Cost: 3000 pts 2. Doors: -Opens a door for 20% of the usual cost, but longer wait time to open them -Cost: 20% of regular price 3. Windows: -Repairs them instantly, giving 100 pts to the hacking player -Cost: 300 pts if used in succession (be careful) 4. Mystery Box: a)If used on an unused location: -Makes the Mystery Box spawn at that area -Cost: 1200 pts b)If used on a weapon from the Box: -Grants a re-roll for 600 points rather than 950 5. Pack a Punch Machine: -Causes the gates to close around the player, granting a shield effect but losing the ability to teleport to Moon without resurrection. -Cost: Free 6. Used Perk Machines: -You lose the perk, but regain the amount of points spent for it. Such as, you have Stamin-Up, but you don't want it anymore, so you hack the machine to get your 2000 point refund and lose the perk. 7. Teammates: -You give the teammate 500 points. -Cost: 500+ pts (depending on how much you want to give) 8. Excavator Terminals: -Hacking the terminals stops the excavator from sawing the station, can only be used on the terminals that are lit up (only when an excavator is readying up). -Cost: -1000 pts (You GAIN 1000 pts.) If there are any mistakes or more to add, let me know!

No Man's Land is Area 51, I believe, as it doesn't record rounds, rather time spent there.

Hey guys, I was browsing a forum on Black Ops and someone posted this video. It seems pretty interesting, but I'm not sure if this is new. AQVup0lrZuA

Well, it'd kinda make sense. I don't see why they would exclude it from the map. But in COTD you couldn't PaP it and lost it once the ammo was all gone, so right now I don't think it'd appear in the same way concerning Mule.

I dunno, that looks like a rectangle if I ever done saw one. Don't really see how you could get a tomahawk out of that.

new inside xbox moon gameplay. play the enemy?
Flammenwerfer replied to Major ZOMBlE's topic in Moon
How do you know this? Or are you just taking a guess and calling it fact. There are a lot of dismissing comments on these threads. Just because somebody has a theory that sounds logical does not make it true and coming onto somebody elses theory thread and stating it not true like it's a fact is rude and arrogant. The truth is nobody knows what the deal with the astrozombie and it's a fact that all footage has only shown 3 players. I don't see how my comment was rude in any way. I was just letting him know what seems like the most logical answer. I didn't say "YOU'RE WRONG AND THIS IS FACT". Sure, I don't know for sure, but I do know what the most logical thing would be. If anything, you're being rude to me. -

That's just the astronaut zombie. It mimic's a player's name in order to somewhat confuse you into a false state of safety. -
How to download Moon upon release + other FAQ's
Flammenwerfer replied to RedDeadRiot's topic in Moon
I hope we still get the Soundtrack and theme as well. Also, how does the soundtrack work? Does it download sounds directly to the HDD, or are they just songs in the maps? I'm confused about this. -
What if the Gas Zombies...aren't even zombies?
Flammenwerfer replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in Moon
Who is to say that the aliens weren't wearing clothes beforehand? I can't imagine aliens all naked, they would be wearing SOMETHING before they turned. -

Everybody would love this. Everybody who's a member on this site would absolutely love this. Unfortunately, I don't think it will ever happen...Although Treyarch still loves zombies, they aren't putting enough "oomph" into the maps like they used to. Sure, the maps are fun, but they aren't as fun as the WaW maps, in my opinion, and many people will agree with me. Treyarch this time around focused a lot on Multiplayer, and they'd probably be too afraid to release a game that didn't feature PvP online matches. Them, or Activision. Yes, there's a lot of people (including me) who buy the packs just for the zombie map, but let's be realistic here. More people care about MP in the online community than they do about Zombies, and Treyarch/Activision will most likely try to monopolize on that instead.

Flammenwerfer replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in Moon
He can't believe them...because they weren't ;) -
You know, I've always assumed that these special zombies were just, you know, simple zombies. But, now I'm beginning to notice some things about them. First of all, let's take a look at the first place they showed up, that being Kino der Toten. Now, there was a lot of special things about this map, but there was one thing that everyone should remember, that being the creatures in the caskets. To me, at least, after looking at them for a while, they seem to somewhat resemble the Gas Zombies, and there are quite a few scattered around, as if they are going to be transported somewhere. Take note of this, because I'll reference it later. Now, when you turn on the power, these Gas Zombies start to attack, starting with a large boom across the theatre. There have been a lot of theories about what this is, and to me, I believe it is this: the caskets are all over the theatre, probably also in the attic area for storage. When the electricity is turned on, the energy breaks open thousands of caskets, releasing the zombies and creating the shaking boom. They then come down from the ceiling and start their attack. Now, that's it for Kino so far, let's move on. Now, there are only two maps where these zombies appear in, those being Five and Moon. This is where my theory truly begins. It all starts in Der Riese. Maxis took note of there being Element 115 on the moon, and as most of you know, the Nazis were working on the "Flytrap", the device they planned to use for god knows what, as well as the teleporters. What if the teleporters/Flytrap were actually powerful enough at one time (perhaps enhanced with E-115) to send the Nazis to the Moon to excavate the element? We know that there are mines there, as we can see in the Rezurrection trailer. Now, while Maxis was working on creating the zombies, the other members were getting to work on mining the mineral, while also creating teleporters to link back to Der Riese for easier teleportation between the areas. It is possible that it was on the moon itself where the workers discovered the Gas Zombies, or should I say, Gas Aliens? I believe that these "Gas Zombies" aren't zombies at all, but rather aliens who were exposed to the Element on the moon, thus transforming themselves. The workers reported this to Maxis, who was most likely intrigued by this. He ordered the alien-zombies to be transported back to Der Riese by any means, these most likely being via the flytrap (as the teleporters weren't very successful at the time). They put the aliens into containers and shipped them back to Der Riese. Maxis and the other members of the Group were most likely going to showcase these new "warriors" for the Nazi army, so they transported most of the containers to Kino, maybe via teleporter, most likely by vehicles. However, these zombies weren't very lethal or co-operative (not sure), so thus the experiments were deemed "failures". Thus Maxis started/continued work on creating the regular type of zombie. We all know what happened next. Years later, after the incidents, the United States found Der Riese and transported the teleporters and caskets with the aliens in them back to the Pentagon and Area 51 for further testing. The main teleporter was transported to Area 51 (the place where you teleport to in Moon) along with other materials, such as the PaP and others. They didn't know that the teleporters were now working, most likely, and as such fell to the zombie menace. So in brief, I believe the Gas Zombies are aliens that were on the dark side of the moon who were affected by the element and as such changed form. My theory is backed up by the fact that they only appear on the above three maps (Kino, Five and Moon.) Believe what you will, but this is how I see it. Hope you had a good read!

Pulls the trigger faster. I guess on automatic weapons it would be semi auto. your just dumb can someone please your very very wrong pulling to the trigger would not increase the rate of bullets per mintes You, sir, do not know the act of "double tapping." It IS about having a faster trigger finger. http://www.americanrifleman.org/Article ... 052&cid=12 As you can see, it doesn't affect the gun at all. It affects the player's trigger fingers, rather.
