Yeah I think it's a popular theory that the roswell aliens and everything to do with it went back to 'Hangar 18'. I am updating the thread later today with some more stuff so check it out guys. Well he brought the dead body and this was a hoax, not sure if he has been involved in any other hoaxes. My theory requires that you know this is a hoax though and that it is the body of a hairless monkey. I'm not saying that it is the creature of Metepec, I am saying it is a monkey that has bred with an alien, made to look similar so that we make the links. It's quite complicated but the video helps explain my idea. I personally think they look brilliant, these screenshots don't do them justice as they where taken from a phone and screenshots don't seem to upload to elite at the moment but seriously go into a game and take a screenshot of a denizen under a light, save the screenshot then go and look at it as the quality becomes better once you have saved it. Maybe yours and mine idea of cartoony is different but I don't think they look cartoony. Updating the thread later today with some more stuff so check it out.

I think I have found where Treyarch got their inspiration for the denizen. The 'Creature of Metepec' is a strange animal found by a Mexican farmer in a trap. The farmer stated that the Creature was still alive and very aggressive when he found it. The UFO-Journalist Jaime Maussan bought the dead body of the Creature from the farmer, because he thought it was an alien. The 'Creature of Metepec' is rather small, about the size of a small cat or large rabbit. It has smooth whitish-grey skin with a large head for its size. The Creature appears to be quadrupedal, with dexterous front paws and a long tail. It had two forward-facing eyes, giving it stereoscopic vision and likely indicating that it had predatory habits. Its head resembles that of the well-known Grey aliens, possibly suggesting a connection. This theory requires you to watch this video below as it talks about the Metepec creature and how it was found to be a monkey that someone made look like an alien as a hoax. I have tried to upload the video with just the parts about the creature of metepec but it gets blocked worldwide on youtube so this will have to do. Dm0p63059fg So hopefully you can see what I am trying to say is I think Treyarch are either using the Metepec creature itself in the game or they have made the denizen look very similar because they know that is what a mutant monkey would look like and that we would eventually find the 'Creature of Metepec' and link the two. I think it is more likely that they are saying it is a mutated monkey of some sort that possibly bred with an alien giving it the alien like eyes. That is all I have for now but I will update this post at some point. Let me know what you think.

Yeah I saw that poster, on that same mission there is room you go in that has the chair and pretty much everything else that is on the start screen room from black ops 1, there is also a room you have to swim through afterwards that has lots of radios like the zombie ones as well, plus I think you can get the galva knuckles on this mission as well if you use the access thing on the custom loadout.

Nope it's not him, but the CIA guys on Nuketown and grief are exactly the same as the vr 11 guys, I think it is just treyarch reusing the character models though.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows if Treyarch are planning on doing anything with the leaderboards ? As most of you will know if someone leaves your game your round stops there and makes continuing to play on in to high rounds pointless. I understand that they done this so that people couldn't cheat but to be honest is that really needed? Personally it is ruining zombies for me and makes searching for other people to play impossible cause the majority of them leave if they go down which ruins your game. Does anyone else feel the same way ? I hope they sort it out or I will just go back to black ops and I am pretty sure other people will do too. Let me know what you think about the whole thing.

Yeah it's definitely Nacht,I dont think it changes the storyline we already have in any way though as the map didn't have any links to storyline anyway and they just stuck it in there so they could somehow work it into the storyline. I think it was a brilliant idea though as now nacht isn't just a developers toy that started it all it actually has meaning in the story now.

Lots of leaked game play about now, according to vonderhaar's twitter we have official streams coming later this week and early next. Didn't say if it was zombies or not but I assume it is as he posted it shortly after speaking about the leaked gameplay.

Amazing thread PINNAZ, workbench picture :shock: amazed... also looks like you may have found the what that bottom right emblem is about then, don't ask me what use it has to zombies though most probably has something to do with the Easter egg if not then the bus or wonder weapon. Also this picture here that you posted with tesla and hp lovecraft has me very intrigued because the guy that I think is the proffesor from tranzit is the ''reanimator'' from a hp lovecraft story. I think I might look into to some other lovecraft stories and see if I can find anything else relating to zombies. Once again amazing thread, have some imaginary brains :D

Hey codz, I think I may have found the location of Tranzit or at least the tower that we will use in the tower of babble easter egg. That place is Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and the reason why is because there is a tower that is located there that was used to communicate with the moon, it was a US Army Signal Corps project called ''Project Diana'' and was the first attempt to "touch" another celestial body. Also this theory ties in with fact Treyarch posted a picture of a diner in new jersey plus Electric Jesus's idea about green run being in Hanford, Washington as that isn't too far away. Here is lots of info on the whole thing. EME (communications) Earth-Moon-Earth, also known as moon bounce, is a radio communications technique which relies on the propagation of radio waves from an Earth-based transmitter directed via reflection from the surface of the Moon back to an Earth-based receiver. The use of the Moon as a passive communications satellite was proposed by W.J. Bray of the British General Post Office in 1940. It was calculated that with the available microwave transmission powers and low noise receivers, it would be possible to beam microwave signals up from Earth and reflect off the Moon. It was thought that at least one voice channel would be possible. The "moon bounce" technique was developed by the United States Military in the years after World War II, with the first successful reception of echoes off the Moon being carried out at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey on January 10, 1946 by John H. DeWitt as part of Project Diana. The Communication Moon Relay project that followed led to more practical uses, including a teletype link between the naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and United States Navy headquarters in Washington, DC. In the days before communications satellites, a link free of the vagaries of ionospheric propagation was revolutionary. Later, the technique was used by non-military commercial users, and the first amateur detection of signals from the Moon took place in 1953. Project Diana : Project Diana, named for the Roman moon goddess Diana — goddess of the hunt, wild animals and the moon — was a project of the US Army Signal Corps to bounce radio signals off the moon and receive the reflected signals. The antenna could be rotated in azimuth only, so the attempt could be made only as the moon passed through the 15 degree wide beam at moonrise and moonset, as the antenna's elevation angle was horizontal. About 40 minutes of observation was available on each pass as the moon transited the various lobes of the antenna pattern. The first successful echo detection came on 10 January 1946 at 11:58am local time by John H. DeWitt and his chief scientist E. King Stodola. Project Diana marked the birth of the US space program, as well as that of radar astronomy. It was the first demonstration that artificially-created signals could penetrate the ionosphere, opening the possibility of radio communications beyond the earth for space probes and human explorers. I thought I would add this as there is a connection to HAARP aswell kinda as there is a gwen tower located in new jersey. Lots of info below... HAARP: Earth is wrapped in a donut shaped magnetic field. Circular lines of flux continuously descend into the North Pole and emerge from the South Pole. The ionosphere is being manipulated by US government scientists using an Alaskan transmitter called HAARP, (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) which sends focused radiated power to heat up sections of the ionosphere, which bounces power down again. ELF waves from HAARP, when targeted on certain areas, can engineer weather and create mood changes effecting millions of people. The intended wattage is 1,700 billion watts of power. A former govt. insider deduced they want to flip the world upside down. Sixty-four (64) elements in the ground modulate, with variation, the geomagnetic waves naturally coming from the ground. The ”earth‘s natural brain rhythm" above is balanced with these. These are the same minerals as the red blood corpuscles. There is a relation between the blood and geomagnetic waves. An imbalance between Schumann and geomagnetic waves disrupts biorhythms. These natural geomagnetic waves are being replaced by artificially created very low frequency (VLF) ground waves coming from GWEN Towers. The USA bathes in this magnetic field which rises to 500 ft, even going down to basements, so everyone is subject to mind control. The whole artificial ground wave spreads out over USA like a web. It is easier to mind-control and hypnotize people who are bathed in an artificial electromagnetic wave. GWEN transmitters have many different functions, including controlling the weather, mind, behavior and mood control of the populace. They are also used to send synthetic telepathy disguised as infrasound to those victims of US government mind-control implants. (This was in conjunction with HAARP). The damming of the vapor rivers creates a river of electricity flowing thousands of miles through the sky and down to the polar ice-cap, manipulating the jet-stream. Again, these two major rivers flooded, causing agricultural losses of $12-15 billion. HAARP also produces earthquakes by focusing on the fault lines. GWEN Towers are positioned on the fault lines and volcanic areas of the Pacific Northwest. In 1963, Dr. Robert Becker explored effects of external magnetic-fields on brainwaves, showing a relationship between psychiatric hospital admissions and solar magnetic storms. He exposed volunteers to pulsed magnetic-fields similar to magnetic storms, and found a similar response. I think this person could possibly be the person from the Re-Animator films/ comic books or at least they are basing the character on him.
